DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FRROM LOVELYFLORAWORLD OR DELIGHTFUL FLORA! Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews on there websites. They are fake. They are there to create the picture that what you see and read is all outstanding. FAR FROM IT. THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF FOR YEARS. Visit Trustpilot before ordering. Your hard earned cash is precious.

I have used this company before and had some gorgeous flowers. This time they have been so disappointing. Flowers already wilted, very dry and just look awful. Really not a good look when you are wanting to give to you mam on mother's day.

⚠️ Warning about ordering from Delightful Flora / Lovely Flora World ⚠️

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister and selected 5 March as the delivery date during checkout. On the day, I even received an email saying the flowers were “out for delivery.”

However, no delivery attempt was made, and the flowers arrived the following day, meaning my sister didn’t receive her birthday gift on her birthday.

When I contacted them to request a refund, I was told the delivery date you select is only a “guideline” and they can deliver 1–2 working days later, even though they let customers choose a specific date when ordering.

For a company selling perishable gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions, this makes absolutely no sense. The date is the whole point of sending flowers. Would anyone ordering Valentine’s flowers expect them to arrive on 15 February instead of 14 February?

After several emails back and forth, their “solution” was to offer a refund only if I return the flowers in their original packaging — meaning I would have to ask my sister to package up a now dead bouquet of flowers and send it back at my own cost.

This was a surprise gift, and expecting someone to return perishable flowers days later is completely unreasonable.

If you are ordering flowers for a specific occasion or date, I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as the delivery date you select apparently does not actually mean the flowers will arrive that day.

Deliverd 2 days early. After booking for a Delivery on mothers day.
Flowers are wilted. Tryed 15 times to phone them today with no answer . Emailed them will see if I get a reply in there time frame. Very disappointed. Definitely will not order again

Terrible company DO NOT USE!!!!! Said they will deliver my order on the 14th or the day after nowhere did it mention delivering the flowers 2 days early otherwise I would have used a different reliable company as the recipient doesn’t arrive home from her holiday until the 13th which means flowers will be left on the doorstep for over 30 hours. Disgusted by the customer service team response. Avoid at all costs I am now trying to get my money refunded via my bank as the chances of the flowers still being on the doorstep late Friday evening would be an absolute miracle. Also the company sends you an email asking for you leave a review which I tried but won’t send due to it being 1 star. I hope you read the reviews on here before placing an order.

Would not recommend using this company. I ordered their “Fragrant Star” bouquet for my sister’s birthday. The picture on their website displayed a nice full bouquet of flowers. What was delivered was a sparse thin bunch of flowers, excluding some of the flowers in their website picture.
When complaining to Lovely Flora World, their response was that each bouquet is individually handcrafted, and that they aim to match the arrangement as closely as possible to the photo shown on our website.
Well to be honest they skimped on the flower selection and the quantity.
Warning - do NOT use Lovely Flora World, they are a dishonest company. Rather try another online service for flowers and delivery thereof.

I am currently out of the country, but i wanted to surprise my friend on her birthday.
I've placed the order and paid for ot on the 9th of March to be delivered on the 10th which is my friend's Birthday.
Its 20:00 and still no flower at all....
I am very disappointed.
Why there is an option to order the bouquet for a specific day if they did not deliver it on that day??

My experience of this company is abysmal so far. This company also manage Bouquets by Post, the company that I am particularly dissatisfied with at the moment.
I am now in my fourth day trying to contact them regarding flowers that were returned to a warehouse, despite providing both the recipient’s and my own phone numbers.
I have contacted them via email, Facebook, and have left numerous voicemails (as no one answers calls in their call centre). I have yet to get any kind of reply.
My advice to anyone considering ordering from this company or Bouquets by Post would be to spend an extra tenner and order from a proper Interflora/Teleflorist florist. At least if there is a problem, someone will sort it out for you.

I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop and their customer services.
I gave my daughter money for her to buy herself flowers for her 40th birthday. They arrived the day after her birthday and were a very disappointing bouquet. It was half the size of the picture shown on the website and a few of the flowers were wilted and dying.
My daughter emailed the company on the day (Saturday 28/02/2026) but has never had a reply from them.
I have phoned the company 5-6 days times over 2 days with no answer and have left a few voice messages on their system to call me back but no-one has called me back.
My daughter purchased these flowers for £35. Im afraid what she got wasn’t worth anything like that!
This is not what I expect when purchasing from an online retailer. I expect professionalism and courtesy however we haven’t had either of those.
Based on this I would definitely not recommend shopping here.

Received bouquet Sat with box of chocs & balloon for my 80th birthday. There were about 7 roses had gone rotten at the base .. one disinterested as I picked it up .. the other flowers were very wilted & leaves dropping off .. some had no flowers heads just the stems. The whole bouquet was very poor & in bad condition .. flowers were not fit for purpose !! Despite me phoning since Sunday & leaving numerous messages to ring me back & leaving 2 messages on their chat line - I’ve still not had the courtesy of a response. Their phone line keeps you on hold in a queue, then gets so far & asks you to leave a message !!!! What’s the point if they don’t respond to your request. This is an absolute disgrace & terrible customer service.
I would not recommend this company AT ALL & I would urge future customers to give them a wide berth .. disgraceful !!!!

We ordered a get well bouquet and balloon for our daughter who suddenly got ill. We ordered it on Friday with confirmation for delivery the following day 28th feb the flowers arrived yesterday 2nd March !!! We tried many times to contact them by phone and even emailed them but got no response. We eventually managed to speak to them this morning but they were very unapologetic and showed no interest in how we were feeling being let down by their poor service.
We wouldn’t have ordered them if we knew they would arrive 3 days later as too late.

Excellent presentation. Arrived on time and in great condition. Mom loved them and what a great price as well. Will definitely be back to use them again shortly.

Terrible flowers - don't even last a week and smell awful as they go off. Customer services dreadful - won't give a refund unless you report before 3 days - flowers are okish at 3 days but not after that which they should be. Not just once - more than one bouquet

I ordered the 'joyful splendour/large' for my Mum's birthday. The flowers were delivered on time BUT sadly looked like a bunch of supermarket flowers! I tried this on line approach versus a local florists I know. My Mum noticed the clear difference. I will not do so again...

Many thanks to Lovely Flora World and to Bouquets By Post for the flowers and chocolates, which were delivered to my girlfriend in Maidstone for Valentine’s Day. Although they arrived before the requested delivery date, I do understand that you are extremely busy with so many orders to process and dispatch.

Therefore, it was much appreciated that they arrived a couple of days before the requested delivery date, rather than much later afterwards.

I would also like to extend an extra special thanks to Melissa. Who was very helpful over the phone, when the Valentine Mug had not been delivered with the flowers and chocolates. She ensured that a replacement would be delivered the following day, which it certainly was. My girlfriend was very pleased with all three Valentine gifts.

Having been a customer with both Lovely Flora World and Bouquets By Post for some considerable length of time, I have always been very happy and pleased with the service and efficiency.

I will certainly look forward placing another order with yourselves in the near future.

Ordered flowers on 23rd for delivery 24th not delivered until rang customer service rude & arrogant don't buy from tjrse

I ordered a bouquet originally priced at £29.99 with a very good discount down to £16.99 paid £6 Delivery on top for next day Delivery as stated on their website unfortunately flowers did not arrive until Monday afternoon. The flowers were significantly disappointing in fact no better than a bunch you would buy at a supermarket or garage for around £5. I did send some photographs to lovely flora however they were unwilling to recognise the inconsistency in the quality of the bunch advertised on the website and what they actually sent me , the bunch is significantly larger online and mine was missing the advertise greenery when I bought this to their attention they were totally unhelpful. To save disappointment and poor customer service goto the supermarket would be my advice. I would love to post the photographs on this review however I am unable to. I would suggest you stay well away from this company.

Really appalling service! Use them twice in one month. One was late by two days and the other didn’t arrive at all. Upon writing to them they will repeatedly inform you that the selected delivery date is a guide and not a guarantee and that deliveries will be made within one to 2 working days of the selected delivery date. No apology, no remorse and no refund. Avoid using them at all cost.
