Sconti che non scontano
C’è stata una settimana di forti sconti e offerte, tutto bellissimo ma quando andavi a concludere il pagamento gli sconti non venivano accettati e quindi non ne potevi usufruire. Ho scritto all’assistenza due volte per risolvere il problema e cercare di ordinare quello che volevo, mi è stato detto che appena avrebbero risolto il problema tecnico mi avrebbero fatto sapere qualcosa, ovviamente non mi ha fatto sapere niente nessuno e i sconti sono terminati, i prodotti sono tornati al prezzo di listino. Volevo dare fiducia a questa azienda perché i loro prodotti sembrano ottimi ma lato assistenza e sito non ci siamo proprio, è stato frustrante. Aggiornerò questa recensione se dovesse cambiare qualcosa in questi giorni.
Aggiornamento: ho letto dal sito che l’assistenza in questi giorni ha avuto diversi problemi e la mia richiesta è stata processata fornendomi un codice sconto che riesce a farmi acquistare comunque i pezzi scontati. Quindi direi che c’è voluto un po’ di tempo ma alla fine è andato tutto per il meglio.

Expédition ultra rapide et produits impeccables ! J’ai pris deux souris et un clavier de la gamme G : réactivité parfaite, confort exceptionnel et finition impeccable.
J’ai offert à mon copain la Logitech G pro X superlight 2 dont il est plus que ravi.
J’ai pour ma part décidé de refaire mon setup en blanc et étant donné que je suis toujours en étude je me dois d’avoir un setup hybride
J’ai alors opté pour le clavier G715 de la collection Aurora ( juste parfait je n’ai rien à dire) et la souris G309 qui en terme de qualité prix est INCROYABLE avec son capteur hero et sa double connectivité Bluetooth et avec le récepteur.
Pour faire mes choix j’ai regardé des comparatifs sur YouTube et les commentaire de Logitech.

Mijn product werd snel geleverd. Ik heb alleen geen enkele verzendupdate ontvangen en zo blijft mijn betaling nog op 'in behandeling' hangen. Support hiervoor vinden is onmogelijk. De mensen via de mail praten in cirkels. Verder onbereikbaar. Ik zou hier niet nogmaals bestellen.

The worst software that I have used since Clippy on Windows XP. Deactivates keybindings randomly in competitive games. Destroyed a tournament for me. Never again will I use this.

I ordered a M3 mouse but had to cancel it before it arrived as my old one stopped working and I had to go out and buy a new one, I was told by customer services to not accept delivery when it was delivered which I did. The parcel was taken back to UPS on the 17th July where it remains to this day ! After a great number of calls I am still waiting to get my money back and nobody can tell me when. Very poor customer service in fact nobody gets back to you, all they say is they are waiting for Sales to investigate. I will never try to buy another Logitech product.

J'ai vu la note de LogitechG de 1.7/5 au moment de l'écriture de cet avis après avoir commander mon clavier "le G915X", et j'ai eu très peur voyant les avis catastrophique envers la marque, mais pour ma part j'ai commander mon clavier le 17/07/2025, il a été expédier le lendemain et reçus le 21/07/2025, je n'ai rencontré aucun soucis avec ma commande, un coup de chance ? peut-être mais je ne comprend pas l'avis général au vu de mon expérience avec eux.

I placed an order yesterday and within the hour i changed my mind and so i wanted to cancel the order so when i contacted suppirt the first support advisor went quiet after a few minutes and stopped responding to me the second support advisor i spoke to lied and said oh sorry we cant cancel the order now as apparently its already been shipped but i receieved no tracking number and the status of the order hasnt changed so they lied and said apparently i can refuse the delivery or send it back once received so annoying and such a hassile especially in pc tech and building theirs a million things we change our minds on as we go along and in 2025 a company's cancel and refund process should not be this bad!

Ik kneep ‘m even toen ik geen mailtjes ontving nadat ik mijn bestelling had geplaatst en vervolgens de berichten hier las, maar ik werd wel heel goed geholpen via de chat van hun klantenservice en kreeg de bestelling netjes binnen de week erop.

Refurbished headset nooit gewerkt, Logitech weigert reparatie of vervanging
Ik heb via de officiële Logitech G-site een refurbished Astro A50 Gen 4 gekocht voor €120. De headset kwam binnen, maar werkte direct al niet draadloos — hij laadt niet op en gaat niet aan zonder kabel. Na onderzoek lijkt de batterijconnector los te zitten, iets wat makkelijk te repareren zou zijn onder garantie.
Ik heb meermaals contact gehad met de klantenservice, maar in plaats van een reparatie of vervanging (waar ik volgens de garantie gewoon recht op heb), blijven ze aandringen op een refund. Probleem: het product is niet meer op voorraad en een nieuwe kopen zou me nu €100 extra kosten, terwijl ik de defecte nooit heb kunnen gebruiken.
Logitech weigert dus een werkend product te leveren voor de prijs waarvoor ik heb besteld, en biedt geen enkele vorm van reparatie aan. Dit terwijl er 2 jaar garantie op hun refurbished producten zit.
Ik heb inmiddels een melding gedaan bij de ACM en overweeg een officiële klacht in te dienen via ECC Nederland. Zo hoort garantie niet te werken. Dit is geen klantenservice, dit is klanten afwimpelen.

I was just tired from having a wired mouse and for my work and for my gaming (mainly for my gaming tho haha) I needed some wireless mouse but I wanted to get the good one so it would last for along time.
After some time, I saw logitech G PRO X Superlight and the price was abit too much. The week after I saw this for 40% off and bought it, arrived in a week or so, and man this is the best mouse i've used in a while.
A full charge is enough for me like for a whole 2 weeks, and its' super light as the name says.

Snap de slechte reviews niet van deze webshop. Heb laatst een g305 gaming muis aangeschaft voor €49. Heb na het aanschaffen hier op trust pilot gecheckt wat deze webshop nou eigenlijk is. Door de slechte reviews had ik er eigenlijk geen hoop meer in. Maar tot mijn wonder kwam met goeie verzend updates mijn pakket binnen 3 dagen gewoon mooi en goed binnen. Zou hier zeker bestellen want is echt een prima betrouwbare webshop voor de volgende klanten!!!!!
Købte flere produkter og har ingen problemer.
Jeg har købt både en "Logitech G502 X Plus Wireless" mus og "G715 Wireless". De virker begge 2 fantastisk og jeg har enda fuld Logitech setup på arbejdet. Ingen problemer her fra. G715 kunne godt have lidt bedre belysning men ellers fint.

G hub software works fine, no real issues tbh other than some settings and commands being tough to find. Their products are ok, no real innovation in mice and I can't speak on their keyboards. Just an ok company.

I never received my purchase
I had a very disappointing experience with Logitech G website, where I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago. I chose the expedited delivery option that promised arrival within 3 business days. However, after 10 business days, I still have not received my package.
According to the UPS tracking system, my package was "returned to sender" due to a "service disruption." For 3 days, the status showed, "The package will be held until all packages associated with this shipment have arrived."
I have submitted 3 requests through the Logitech G website, and after waiting 4 days, I received an email stating, "If you prefer to still receive your package, you may contact UPS or sign up for UPS My Choice. Otherwise, we can provide you with a full refund for your order once it is confirmed as returned to our warehouse."
I was not consulted about the return, and UPS does not offer me any options to retrieve the package because they never had it, according to the tracking information.
I have tried a further 3 contacts with them via site, X.com and Chat, and no success. I had no other option than to use the purchase protection from my Credit Cart company.
I'll avoid this company in the future.
