Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la spedizione che è stata rimandato 3 volte in 3 giorni, poi ho trovato un dipendente di fanatec che si occupava di fornire aiuto su un forum di fanatec che ha risolto la mia situazione di stallo, in poche parole il servizio in se all'inizio ha lasciato un pò a desiderare ma brandon che è il nome di questo ragazzo mi ha aiutato molto e se fosse stato soltanto per lui la mia recensione sarebbe stata 5 stelle.

Great product. Great Communication.

My son purchased a Fantatec Clubsport GT Cockpit. Communication with this company is top notch. Shipping was timely, the product came well packaged and the directions were detailed. Upon assembly, we had an issue with a screw (which may have had an issue threading of the screw) and it was not assembling properly. I emailed Fanatec and communicated with Chris, who assisted in identifying the problem and sent out replacement parts VERY quickly. The replacement parts fixed the issue. Very impressed with the quality and customer service with this company.

Superb Support

I reached out to Fanatec about a replacement part for my 9 year old Clubsport V2.5 Wheelbase. Not only did the support team identify the correct part they posted one out to me free of charge. Excellent service and the folk at support are a credit to the company.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been speaking with Brandon in the customer service department about a wheel that had a broken pin, I originally requested for a replacement pin set (that I was willing to pay for as I bought the wheel second hand) Brandon arranged for the whole wheel to be replaced as it was still under warranty. Brilliant customer support throughout the process with regular follow up emails to let me know what was happening and how the return was progressing. Within 4 days of sending my wheel back, a new one has been dispatched. Cannot fault the customer service

Own up to your mistakes

Own up to your mistakes. I’m done.

I spent over $4,000 on a full cockpit setup and got a defective DD Front Mount Bracket! wrong side drilled and the screw isn’t even threaded.

I stayed patient, we agreed on a refund, and I went out of my way to print the label and take it to UPS. Then you send me a replacement instead of the refund we agreed on.

Now you want me to go through all that again and waste more of my time fixing your mistake? No.

Your support is also terrible! email only, one reply a day, and this has been dragged out way longer than it should have.

Just issue the refund for the front DD and be done with it.

Exceptional support and human touch - Thank you, Fanatec!

I recently faced a very difficult technical issue with my wheel base following a firmware update. As a long-time Fanatec user and a huge F1 fan, I was devastated, especially since I am currently recovering from an accident and racing is my only hobby.
Initially, it seemed like there was no solution, but after escalating the case, the support team showed incredible empathy. Lex (Technical Support Lead) took the time to understand my personal situation and provided a professional, fair, and swift solution that exceeded my expectations.
It is great to see a company that still cares about its community and looks at customers as human beings, not just order numbers. My faith in the brand is fully restored. Thank you, Lex, for your help during my recovery!

Ik speel al jaren met een DD1 fanatec…

Ik speel al jaren met een DD1 fanatec stuur en V3 pedalen, nooit problemen gehad. Nu laatst is er speling gekomen in de remcilinder van de pedalen, heb gevraagd voor reserve onderdeel. Ook al hadden we geen garantie meer hebben ze deze gratis op gestuurd vrijwel direct. helemaal toppie.

Terrible Customer Service

Imagine selling all these products but your staff only works 9-2, what kind of customer service is this? Fanatec doesn't even have a support number, they insist on having AI run it for them and when you submit a ticket it takes multiple days to even get a reply, especially when your order is forced being sent back and it's impossible to fix that process because the workers at Fanatec are apparently part time. I would rate Fanatec 0 stars if it was possible.

Great support for an out-of-warranty product

After years and thousands of hours of intense use, my ClubSport V3 load cell brake system developed calibration and flickering issues. After a week of exchanges during which the support team provided all the information and instructions needed to identify and possibly resolve the issue, they came to the conclusion that a part needed to be replaced.

I was ready to pay whatever was required (for a product out of warranty that I had used extensively), but they even decided to send the spare part free of charge!

This is an absolute example of customer support excellence, and I would definitely recommend Fanatec as a top brand for their product quality and amazing support.

Supporto tecnico ottimo …

Servizio di supporto tecnico veramente ottimo... Nel mio caso : la mia pedaliera non veniva rilevata dal PC . Con il supporto tecnico Prima abbiamo provato con un nuovo aggiornamento dell app e nuovi driver , non abbiamo risolto il problema . Prodotto ancora in garanzia me lo hanno sostituito subito. Una volta che ti mandano il ticket per il corriere il tempo di arrivare il pacco in sede che hanno provveduto a spedire la nuova pedaliera... Servizio perfetto.
