The model I bought had many annoying steps and fragile assemblies. However the letbricks team has been very helpful and understanding when helping me. I do believe this is a good legit company and I just got unlucky in the model I chose. A very good looking display piece, but if you want a playable model or easy building experience, invest in a different model.

Extremely slow! Also can not scan the QR code as it is not legible. Now do I get the instructions if I can use the QR code on the box?

I was requiring information on when my package would be shipped, replied within a day, offered a refund, was very helpful and polite. I would, and will shop from them again. 10/10 for LetBricks :)

Ordered two MOC engines. Both came with no missing parts, good quality. Second order had shipping problems but was due to to transit company. Letbricks very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely order more products from company and recommend them to others!

The experience was great because there was some trouble with the shipping transit (not Letbricks fault)
and their customer service did a super job in getting the replacement to me. And the actual product once I received was packed perfectly and all parts of the product had great high quality and no issues. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Poor model design making it difficult to build and keep parts together. I had to glue many parts together. Also many missing pieces.

I ordered and paid for the product on August 2nd and yet by the end of October I have not received it… however when I emailed them they took action and now I am waiting for my package in the next days. It was a pre order. They instantly answer my emails.

Leider kein Top 5 Sterne. 6 Teile (Hinge 2873) sind nicht richtig geliefert wurden. Ich habe das schon reklamiert und hoffe auf eine schnelle Bearbeitung. Die Teile sind gut in der Farbe (minimale Abweichungen) und gut in der Klemmkraft. Die Verpackung ist super. Ich bewundere die Sortierer. Ist es nicht einfacher noch Bauabschnitten zu sortieren??? Das Modell lässt sich gut mit zwei L Motoren (oder andere) und etwas Umbauaufwand motorisieren.

Ordered a military moc from Letbricks and it is just great! They work together with moc designers so it is a fair way to both obtain a beautiful moc and support the creative designer.
Processing time took quite a while, but Letbricks added an extra gift in the box, and the set had no missing parts, awesome! Would definately order from them again!
