My son ordered the big boy train and is an expert builder. While he does like the set it was not staying together well and he had to rebuild the engine a 2nd time. But overall he was pleased.

What a great company, They promptly reply to any messages you send them, If, you need any missing parts they send them right out, Their model kits are fun to put together and, they look great when finished. My last order I received in 13 days all the way from China!

Got the Edgewater Keep and the experience was awesome! Great quality of bricks and cool packaging. The set came very fast than I expected, I definitely recommend letbricks!

This week Letbricks initiated an email campaign in which they offer a free brick set to users who will leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot. Need I say more?

I purchased the holiday train in November of 22. I would say my initial thought was skeptical, because I was a Lego purest. I was thoroughly impressed when I got started and the model started to take shape. It looked wonderful under my tree and all be it September now. I’m looking forward to it being there again there were some parts issues. But once I spoke up and emailed my issues, they were super quick to send replacements. But keep in mind that was a year ago so I can only assume that the customer service has gotten even better. I’m waiting to have the right amount of disposable income to buy again. But I WILL be buying again.

Purchased the Union Pacific Big Boy 4014. 3200 pieces.

Too well-priced to resist! Shipped the same day I ordered it. Arrived about three weeks later. Took longer to make it through New York, than it did to arrive in the States.

Very neat model. Everything packaged nicely. letbricks included a second small model and a nice package of pliers and a measuring board (never saw these before).

Looking forward to diving into construction. Taking some photos first of all the bags to show a few friends.

Looks daunting!

letbricks responded to inquires in a timely manner and were helpful. Seems like a good company who cares about its customers. A couple of notches above what you might expect.

The delivery was on time, and well packaged. The quality of the bricks was brilliant and on par with branded bricks. There were no missing parts and my lego winter church is exquisite and I can't wait to include it with my other wimter sets.

The amount of deals for the site was unbelievable.

They have great line of products, with good pricing. Their communication is great and speedy.

LetBricks is something I am really happy about that exists. They sell afordable "lego" sets and they also cooperate with multiple MOC creators - they also pay them, unlike some other sites.

What I bought:
- Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy
- Plank Wagon Train
- DR-Baureihe 44 Steam Locomotive
- DR-Baureihe 50 Steam Locomotive
I bought that in 2 separate orders.

Delivery:
- Delivery to Czech Republic took about a month, which is expected. No problem there.

Bricks
- They are not original LEGO bricks, but that is fine. I honestly prefer their bricks over the LEGO ones.
- They are REALLY GOOD QUALITY, they hold together super tight, they are NOT bend, they are NOT weirdly shaped, they are NOT loose
- Only problem sometimes is that they are a bit too tight and you have to apply a bit more force when you are building. However as I said, this is definitely preferable over the other option, which is the bricks being too loose, especially when building MOCs.

Products
- If you want to see my reviews on the products I bought, you can find it on LetBricks website. Long story short, they are MOCs so certain challenges are expected, nothing too serious tho.

Support
- LetBricks answer on emails (or messages on Instagram) in less than 1 day and are super helpful.
- I have had some wrong parts in my second order, which they acknowledged without any problem and sent me the correct parts for free.

Sum Up
- I can definitely recommend LetBricks and I honestly think its the best site for buying "LEGO" Locomotive / Train MOCs.

The ship was not good as some of its instructions are not possible with the Lego bricks

The brick quality was mostly very good. But there were a few parts that didn't fit. eg. the window grilles. Had to glue them to the window parts.

There were also 1-2 missing parts. The Edgewaterkeep set, for example, was missing the statue's helmet, which is very important for the look of the build. I found that quite a shame. I'm assuming letbricks doesn't produce these pieces and that's why it was missing. It would therefore be great if you'd inform the buyers which parts are not included and which come unprinted. So you could buy them separately.
I think letbricks has a great selection of sets and the value for money is very, very good! Keep on doing what your doing! :)

Great! Wish I had numbered bags but it's a MOC. Other than that everything was wonderful.

It is a breautiful construction and very nice to build.
What can be better: finding the numbers.
