Scammers?
Scammers?? I ordered flowers for same-day delivery today. The moment the credit card was processed, the screen just went blank. No email or text confirmed the order, but the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. I contacted the help line, but the person just put me on hold. I received an email afterwards cancelling my order and stating that I will get a refund within 5-10 working days. Unacceptable. It surely looks like a scam!

Same problem as everyone else on here. Delivery cancelled when they say they could deliver. Lied about refunding the card. Now on day 22. No refund. Was already told once now 2x it was reversed. Complete liars. Stay away
Update. Now they are playing dumb with TrustPilot that they can't find the transaction when in fact they have already looked it up 3x and now have lied about a refund to me. They do this with all Trust Pilot reviews in hopes that the review will be removed.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. I ordered July 23,2026 they charged me and declined my order. I’ve called over 3 times demanding a refund. It’s 8/11/26 and I’m still waiting. This place is a complete scam.

They replied to this saying I received my refund. I did not. I’m still waiting. It’s now Aug 16.
Update. It’s Aug 25th and still no refund my bank will be taking care of the situation but I have to wait until Aug 30th

Your payment was authorized successfully. We will capture the payment when your order is prepared.

On Sun, Aug 2, 7:53 AM I received the following email:
Order Cancelled
I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.

In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Today is August 9th and still no follow-up or refund, but the funds have cleared my bank!
Because these were funeral flowers I had to quickly scramble and purchase flowers and hand deliver them myself.

Horrible. If I could leave a zero-star review, I would have. In this day and age of AI knowing everything, how did they not know when I placed the order that they couldn’t deliver to the zip code I entered? They cancelled my order then told me it could take 10 days to refund.
In the end, it took them TWO WEEKS to refund my money. Really? They take it in about 3 seconds and can’t give it back a little sooner?

This is a scam. I went online and purchased an arrangement for my sick mother. It was pretty so I plugged in my debit card only to get an email from them saying it my order was unable to be fulfilled. They also stated my refund was reversed back to the original card only to find out that was a lie. Now I had to file a dispute which could take up to 90 days. Im furious. These people should be taken offline immediately. The BBB has them on scam alert. I just found that out. BEWARE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! After writing my negative review, they flagged it to Trustpilot claiming they don't recognize my purchase. I know that scam websites often abuse this verification process to get bad reviews taken down. They hope that the reviewer will miss the 3 day deadline to verify the purchase. So it could very well be that there are even more legitimate negative reviews if some of the reviewers missed the email. As of today, I see 20 negative reviews. This fake florist has 100% one star reviews. Let's see how many they fraudulently try to remove. There could be even more than 20. And their website domain was only registered 2 months ago! This scammer keeps scamming. I've reported them to the consumer bureaus too. Please report them so they don't take advantage of other people!
Update on June 21:
I see many of "Kiky Florist's" replies to customer complaints say that they "cannot locate a matching record". Don't believe them! This is their attempt to scrub out bad reviews.
And in response to the reply below, it's funny how all of the orders placed on their website "exceed the operational coverage zone" after they get the money. I guess I would be out of their operational zone if they are based in some remote country masquerading as a U.S. website so they can take people's money fraudulently.
