Order cancelled, never issued refund.
I placed an order for flowers, they cancelled to order and said they would issue a refund. It'd been over a month and I still have not received the refund. I've called and asked to speak with a supervisor and have been hung up on twice. I've since disputed the charge with my cc company. This company is a scam operation.

Ponzy scheme - They are not a florist
They are not a florist but rather a third-party broker. While they advertise same-day, they can't actually promise that because they aren't doing the work. They go to other florist and if they aren't able to fulfill the order, they just cancel it without timely notification. I ordered an arrangement, they said it was confirmed, charged my credit card and didn't get a notice that it wasn't delivered until the next day. Now they say it could take 5-7 days for the charge to be reversed.

This arrangement consists entirely of signature yellow roses, and because our partner florist in that area experienced an unexpected shortage of fresh yellow rose stems, the order had to be voided to preserve design integrity.
Our strict policy is to release all payment authorizations back to the customer the moment an order is dropped. To eliminate any potential delay across banking networks, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today.
Your financial institution will post the returned credit in accordance with their standard posting schedule.

We had personalized service from Patrick, who made sure everything was just perfect for our special flower delivery.
EDIT:
Strangely, Patrick asked me to write the review whilst he was on the phone to me. He had been extremely attentive - making sure the card was correct; the flowers; delivery address and so on. They were due to arrive the next day - to a good friend whose father just passed. I was specific about including lily’s. The next day, my friend posted about an anonymous bouquet that arrived. No card. No lily's. Wrong flowers entirely. Were these the ones I sent? Who knows. I emailed to ask and to complain. I got my money back, and a lovely apology, but no answer if these were from me.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day because they advertise they are local. This was almost 2 weeks ahead as well not last minute. They take my payment, then I get a email saying they can’t fill the order. And I should get a fecund. I still haven’t gotten a refund. I’ve called been hung up on several times and have emailed their customer service. Still nothing.
They are not local. They take orders for flowers then try and find a local flower shop to fill the order. Please don’t use these guys.

The customer service agent was excellent and did his best to fill my order in a timely way. However, this company advertises that it is a local Hampstead NH florist online and it is not! The delivery was delayed a day because the location was actually 25 miles away from Hampstead. I would not have placed the order if I had known that. The flowers were lovely.
