I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service has been awful from the beginning. It has been difficult to get a response, and when I do, I receive little to no helpful information. To make matters worse, I still have not received the product I ordered.

As a paying customer, I expected much better service and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience and hope they improve their customer service and order fulfillment.

I will NEVER order from this place again. I love the pieces but the quality is trash, so is their customer service. The first bracelet received, tarnished after a few weeks. I didn’t request a refund or replacement. I placed two additional orders. One bracelet arrived broken, the other two broke while wearing. I dud request a refund or replacement on the Helene bracelet as it was still wearable. However, I reached out with pictures requesting a replacement for the clover bracelets. They were ok with replacing the first one but didn’t trust the second one was broken. These people have emailed me 15 times since Monday, July 27. Unacceptable. I’ve provided everything from pictures, videos, and a complete breakdown of each order and what was damaged. Sophie messaged me this morning stating they couldn’t open the video. Lies, I sent picture, not videos, and they were in the same format as the others they opened. I received another email from Sophie a few minutes ago, now requesting a video. The incompetence is insane. I sent the video, that allows anyone to open. I’m sure they’ll find a way to screw it up. Order at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

Shipping was quicker than I expected, and it came with tracking that actually worked, which sounds like a low bar but I have been burned by small brands before.

They advertise the BOGO but you only get one. They give the excuse one it’s shipped they cannot ship the second one. This is a SCAM

Disappointed, I was very excited to receive my order. The jewelry looked beautiful online. I wore one of my bracelets one time and it broke within the 1st hour. I am worried that the necklace's are going to break as well because they are the same thickness as the bracelet. Unfortunately, they are very poor quality.

The jewelry itself is beautiful. But I did have an issue with the nail bracelet but got it fixed. And the only issue that kept a 4 star review is when I bought mine it was buy one get one and I only received the one set, so that was the disappointment I had.

The bracelets are not high quality - when I tried to return them they basically made it impossible to do so and sent me a return address in China

So I messaged asking if it would be okay for sensitive skin, kind of expecting a copy paste sales answer. And they actually explained the metal to me properly, like a person. That's when I bought. Not because of the ad. Because of the reply.

I emailed them because I ordered the wrong size and I fully expected the whole thing, you know, the forms, the automated reply, the wait. Someone got back to me the next morning. Actual human. Sorted it. That's it, that's the whole story, but you don't get that anymore.

The quality is very poor, and the color is terrible. Their website is misleading advertising. If you want to save money, never buy anything from this website.

My daughter grabbed it out of the box before I even got to see it properly and said can I have this. She's nineteen. She has taste. So that's basically the review.

Very bad quality, horrible color. Not what is shown in the website at all. More like bronze color and very bad finish. I asked for my money back and they told me I need to send it back and pay my international shipping, or they gave me only 10% back of what I paid, that was not little. It’s very bad, don’t buy it

I bought the gold stack of 4 bracelets and one of the bracelets broke in less than 2 weeks. I emailed customer support and haven’t heard back about a replacement. Feeling very disappointed. will not be purchasing anything else from this company. Very poor quality.

My bracelet broke less than 2 weeks after getting it. I emailed customer service with my order number and a picture to request a replacement and haven't gotten a response

The jewelry was very slow in coming didn’t know it was coming from china!

Couldn’t get the clasp to work on the bracelet, reached out to you and nobody ever got back to me on this matter

Honestly, delivery takes a bit, so be patient it’s worth it. I absolutely love my bracelets. I loved them so much, I ordered a second set for my daughter and she has received so many compliments at work. The quality is great and I have been wearing them daily and don’t take them off. I do shower with them as I wanted to test out if they would tarnish. I can happily say they look great. I am not easy on my jewelry and I do chores on the barn and they have sustained the work. Very durable and just gorgeous.

I filmed the unboxing thinking it'd be a funny video about a bad purchase and now I'm just sat here being nice about it, which is not the content I planned.

I only wished I had read some of the reviews before ordering from this company. I never received what I ordered and was referred to the courier, which was the USPS. Needless to say I still have not received the package and it’s nearing several weeks. Don’t see the point of the insurance since ValerieMason is not trying to give refund. I will never order anything from this company in the future.

The clasp is the part I always check first because that's where cheap jewelry gives itself away. It's usually stiff or it feels like it's gonna snap. This one just goes click. Sorry. That's satisfying to me.

Fast and easy to order i purchase for me and my daughter but to small for me so my daughter received both set but that cool she have 1 gold and silver she love them both I will order again as a gift for a family member or friend
