compassionate, straightforward and professional when we needed
Sadly, our last dog died while he was still only a puppy, leaving us heartbroken and facing some very large veterinary bills. Throughout such an upsetting time, Kennel Club Pet Insurance were absolutely excellent. They dealt with everything without fuss, hesitation or unnecessary questioning, which took a great deal of worry off our shoulders.
You never truly know how good an insurance company is until you need to make a serious claim. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kennel Club Pet Insurance. Their handling of our claim was compassionate, straightforward and professional when we needed their support the most.

rung kennel club because our young labrador had eaten some blu tak and needed vet treatment.Lorna informed us that things like this usually involve labs sent us claim forms and received help towards the vet bill shortly after.they were very helpful with our old lab Ed who passed away last year.Thanks fot all your help over the years.John and Mara Thomas.

Only humans csn solve some issues.
Being able to speak to a human being is the only way to resolve some problems. Speaking with Sharon had my problem solved in moments. She was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. When you get chatbot options the robot does not have the enough information to solve more complicated issues. leaving people frustrated and wanting to find another provider.

Excellent service
The customer service team first of all were super helpful! So easy to talk to, great service from the very beginning and so far throughout. Unfortunately, after just 2 short weeks of having our puppy he become very poorly and ended up in intensive care. Fortunately, we had the 5 week free KC insurance and they were super helpful and supportive during that time. Our puppy made a full recovery and because of the fantastic service that we received from KC we decided to continue the insurance and we paid for the year cover. Everything was carefully explained and they helped me get the best possible deal for my puppy. I highly recommend Kennel Club and look to continue with them hopefully for many more years to come!
