Lovely shop for little ones

Extortionate costs, impossible returns
I ordered a maternity bikini, and the quality of the product was actually lovely! Sizing came up huge so I was keen to swap it, which is where my good experience ended.
I was given no other direct delivery option other than express, costing me just under £5 to obtain the product. Then working out how to return was like a Mensa test, eventually having to go directly via Evri. A whole convoluted experience later, I’m having to drop to a parcel shop, print a label myself, and costing me £2.50 for the privilege.
So when the delivery/returns process is costing me a quarter of the price of the product, I shan’t bother re ordering. Shame.

I was really keen to try this brand
I was really keen to try this brand, but unfortunately the ordering experience was very frustrating.
We ordered socks and leggings. The socks arrived promptly, but there was a delay with the other items. Initially, this was understandable. However, after contacting customer service three times over a two-week period, we were repeatedly told it was a supplier issue and that there was no update on when the stock would arrive.
What made this more disappointing was that on two of those occasions, the items showed as back in stock on the website and with other retailers. This gave the impression that orders were being accepted for products that weren’t actually available.
The lack of clarity and communication left us with little confidence in the process, which is a shame as we were genuinely looking forward to trying more of their products.
Shame really…

Won’t be using this company again
Won’t be using this company again. Wanted to buy a physical gift voucher for my nephew, placed order on 15th Jan, told I’d receive it by 20th. On enquiry told it’s only just been dispatched and will take up to another 4/5 for delivery. Newborn will be walking by the time I get it and then send it on to nephew. No option for express delivery. Rubbish.
