Good morning,
I visited the Didcot store on Monday 2 nd March. Both assistants were very nice . Leah served me and could not have been more helpful.
I wanted a gift box that was slightly damaged however Leah took a huge amount of care and attention to make sure that the box I wanted which complemented my gift looked professional and lovely. Thank you Leah for your hard work , care and attention. You are a credit to Jo Jo!

A little bit of gorgeousness for a new baby
Whenever there's a new baby around I always visit the Sevenoaks branch to buy a little something of quality & gorgeousness. It used to be friends I'd be spoiling a bit but now it's their children and our grandchildren.
I'm so pleased the shop is still there to visit as it's wonderful to browse and often difficult to make a decision and a choice. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful and it's lovely to have something special gift wrapped. Today I bought 2 beautiful sleepsuits for 2 new born baby girls and I know that their mum's will be delighted with their gifts.

Blocked my review
The cardigan I ordered was not as vibrant as the website made it out to be so I will be returning it. Disappointing that even though this is the case you still have to pay for returns as well as having paid for delivery. I tried to write this review on their website but they blocked it. Won’t be using them again.

I needed to process an exchange and the staff at the Clifton branch in Bristol, particularly Eleni, were incredibly helpful. The store is great and has a large selection.

Didcot store brilliant
Absolutely love Jojo- always have such stunning and well made clothes and the service is always fantastic. Didcot is our closest and the store is always presented beautifully and service always wonderful. I am always welcomed in to use the baby change facilities etc even if I don’t buy anything and the staff are always reallly kind to my children and give them colouring or talk to them while I browse. Katherine and Leah in particular gave really personalised and kind service today - thank you very much. Also found out about the reloved service they provide today which I will definitely be using.

Popped into the Wilmslow store today…
Popped into the Wilmslow store today and the two ladies who I spoke to were wonderful, they helped me pick two little outfits for my baby and helped with sizes. One of the onesies I wanted I couldn’t see a newborn size out on display, the lady checked stocks and managed to find it for me. I wish I got their names but they honestly made my trip worth it and I would 1000% be back once I know what I’m having to buy more.

Fantastic Wilmslow store - outstanding customer service
Wilmslow store - Awesome store and always fantastic service. Team are always really helpful not pushy and focus on the customer. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced and I’m 55.
Spend so much more in the shop than I would on line.
Please keep on the high street.
