Helpful, friendly Balham staff
The staff at the Balham location is so friendly and helpful! I walked in with my two little ones and they immediately set them up with coloring pages so that I could shop. They also helped me pick out the right size clothes and shoes when I had questions. Such a great selection too! We're so lucky to have this shop in our community.

Love the Lisburn Road Store!
I was in the Lisburn Road store in Belfast today and Jen was a fantastic help! I went in to look for leggings for my daughter and a gift for a friend and the girls were all so helpful helping me find what I needed. Faulty cardigan - extremely poor service received in response
I usually pop in store to buy for my daughter & for gifts. My mum purchased a cardigan as a gift for my daughter. It hasn’t had a huge amount of wear and got a hole quite quickly after purchase. My friend patched it up for me as I just put it down to a one off. But then it recently got another hole too so I sent pictures to customer service. Customer service told me to go to store & then when in store I was told to contact customer service.
My mum no longer has the proof of purchase and so I was told that without proof of purchase they wouldn’t be able to do anything as they couldn’t determine if it was a manufacturing fault or the price we paid. This is appalling service. Firstly, given the product is faulty they should not be insisting on proof of purchase. You can judge the fault by looking at the cardigan and I would have be willing to accept a credit note at the sale price if the cardigan had gone into sale but the company can check the price of their own products especially as this cardigan was only bought in the Winter season.
The quality of the product was really poor especially given the cardigan was over £30 and the service I received even worse. Genuinely really disappointed for such a well known brand that is on the much higher end of pricing for kids clothes.

Just walked out of the Chiswick store with a loveliest sleepsuits for my daughter.
The staff is so lovely and helpful, even helping me get my daughter out and back into her coat and pram :)
