Sevenoaks staff a delight
Sevenoaks staff were a delight.
I had a really enjoyable experience shopping in the Sevenoaks store. In the pre-Christmas rush the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They helped with size suggestions and pairing items to make outfits. They knew their stock and did not hesitate to check on additional sizes in the back.

Perth Store
I was out shopping today looking at new wellies for my son. I visited JoJo Maman Bebe after a upsetting experience in a different shop. (Staff had made a rude comment about my son being upset) so I came into JoJo Maman Bebe feeling deflated but the kindness myself and son received here was incredible.
The staff were unbelievably kind, especially to my son who was upset at the time. They made us feel comfortable, welcome, and supported from the moment we walked in and I managed to find perfect wellies! The store is so lovely and clean, the team were so helpful and caring.
I’m very grateful for their compassion today, a huge shout out to Audrey and Aiha their customer service was second to none.
We will definitely be back soon!

Stroud store - Lindsay
Had a lovely experience today in the Stroud store thanks to a lady called Lindsay. She was very helpful with checking our daughters wellies and shoes, which we've really struggled to find ones that fit! Lindsay was really patient and kind and kept going out of her way to help us. Really made everything so much easier.

I love the clothes in this store and a recent problem was dealt with in the best possible way.
I love the clothes in this store. However when I had a problem, Kate, the manager of the Guildford store, could not have been more helpful. The zip failed and fell apart on the 1 month old jacket I had bought for my 4 year old Grandson. The size I needed was no longer available so Kate refunded my purchase price. Knowing how much my Grandson loved the jacket and that I had promised I would bring it back to him Kate gave me the jacket back and suggested somewhere to get the zip replaced. Fantastic service and a happy Grandson. Thank you.

Order never arrived!
I ordered a baby sensory book online in good time to collect from store to give as a Christmas present. One day after ordering, I was advised via email that my item had been delayed by a "few days". Following that, the only communication I received was an email stating that I was getting a refund, with absolutely no explanation as to why. This was now 10 days since ordering and Christmas had been and gone! An advisor on the live chat option told me that they would call my local store to check stock and would ask them to put one aside for me, but this was never followed up with me. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that the item I ordered was still clearly showing as "in stock" online. No alternatives were offered to me, other than to randomly send my money back!
