There was a slight error with one of my orders which was delivered on a Sunday. They replied instantly on Whats App, arranged a courier to collect the wrong order the following day and delivered the correct item. No hassle just really fantastic customer service. The item I bought was really nice too. Can't rate them highly enough

These fans are amazing and work so…

These fans are amazing and work so well. They heat, they cool they do more than any other fan I've ever bought. I had a slight issue with 1 (I bought two) and their customer service was second to none. They answer the phone, they reply to emails, they follow up to ensure issue is resolved. Can't recommend highly enough

Please don't use this company

Please don't use this company. I ordered a personalised mug on 14 November and it's been in transit since 19 November. Today is 13 December. They don't reply to tickets or emails. Dreadful and I've now missed a birthday

Don't use this company. If I could I give them no stars I would. They overcharge, they refuse to cancel and items don't arrive. Just a scam

I cannot thank them enough. Wanted a ring to commemorate my mum who I lost and wanted a ring that sparkled like she did

Super slick process, James was beyond professional, will recommend them everywhere I can and I've had nothing but compliments about the ring

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I bought a "leather" handbag and they overcharged me so I asked them within 5 minutes to cancel the order. They refused, it was already being "shipped". It arrived and was Pleather. It came from Buckinghamshire. I asked to return it and they gave me an address in China and wanted it tracked so cost me another £22.70 to send it to them. They've refused to accept delivery so it's been returned. I've spent over £60 on a plastic bag and PayPal won't help either. Just don't use them, they're a scam company

Can't leave less than 1 star

Can't leave less than 1 star. The tracking says it's in Birmingham so I raised a claim with PayPal and suddenly the tracking is wrong. They're not a UK company they're Chinese. I eventually received the item 8 weeks later and it broke within seconds. Save your money don't use this company

Don't purchase

Loved the neck cream. Bought two jars for £40. Went to buy more and found Amazon sell exactly the same thing, exact packaging for £9.99. Just a money making scheme

Hi Wendy, I'm so sorry this happened to you. The excessively cheap versions you find on Amazon and Ebay are all COUNTERFEIT. Please beware!! The ingredients are not regulated and we honestly have no idea what is really in them. Ours is more expensive but it's real.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Ordered an outfit and matching shoes for a little girl's first birthday. No communication from them at all, no apology, 15 days later they cancelled half the order with no explanation. Told me they can't cancel the other useless part because it's been dispatched, which I don't believe. Won't ever order from them again. No customer service just a robot and I've missed a very important milestone

Goods weren't delivered twice

Goods weren't delivered twice, a senior manager offered me compensation as I'd lost 2 days holiday, they're now refusing to honour that as I can't give them his name and its not on my order. Will never buy from them again. Can't even honour an apology for dreadful service in the first place

I'm shocked that such a well known…

I'm shocked that such a well known company would treat customers like this. Ordered garden furniture, paid for delivery chose my delivery date and nothing. Took 90 minutes to speak to a customer service person who was as much use as a chocolate teapot. No idea where my item is, no idea when it will be delivered, promised to contact the courier company and call me back and nothing. Will never purchase from them again, please think carefully before buying from them

Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Booked a "once in a lifetime" holiday to Florida with my partner and son. Was assured that the villa would be cleaned with bed linen changed midway through stay. It wasn't and the villa was infested with ants. Made a complaint to Thomson in July 2017. Every time you email them your correspondence goes to the bottom of the pile. They reply, you send a response and it goes to the bottom of the pile again. Tried calling but the advisors on the phone aren't in the same office as those emailing and can only pass on a message. I was offered 10% compensation which I took through sheer desperation. This was sent by way of a voucher (last September) which wasn't acceptable to me. It has taken 5 months, the threat of legal proceedings and the intervention of ABTA to get a cheque for 5%! Will never use this company again. They don't care about their customers at all.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a bed for my son and paid £20 extra for Saturday delivery. After ordering was told by a friend she'd ordered from them and her bed just "never materialised". Called the company and was told the bed was in stock and would be delivered on the day requested. Disposed of my son's bed on Saturday morning. At 11.30 on Saturday received a text which said "we're not delivering don't wait in"!!!!! No apology, no explanation, no new delivery date. Held for 25 minutes to speak to customer service. Called "sales" in the end who miraculously replied immediately. They transferred me and I was told "the bed wasn't in stock, wouldn't be in stock for another 5 weeks, no apology just silence as I ranted". Was given a refund but my son now doesn't have a bed "he's in the middle of studying for A'levels" and it took 4 days for the refund to reappear on my credit card so this company has had my money for 3 weeks. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.
