Terrible service and over priced rubbish cars. I have an Ipace with 46000 miles. Link cable has gone. Jaguar charging £3200 to fix it, as required 9 hours labour for a £150 part. Will never buy an... Vis mer

AVOID BUYING JAGUAR XE PETROL 2.0 PRESTIGE
Biggest Regret of My Life: Buying a Jaguar XE 2.0L Petrol Prestige!
Unreliable and Poor-Quality Car – Avoid at All Costs!
I purchased a 2018 Jaguar XE, and within just 1.5 years, the engine failed due to a timing chain issue. Shockingly, despite having the car regularly serviced by Jaguar dealerships, including its most recent service 8–9 months ago at Group 1 Jaguar Watford, this issue was never flagged or addressed.
Now, I’m facing a complete engine failure, with Jaguar quoting £15,000 for a replacement—an expense I cannot afford and one that I firmly believe is the result of negligence during servicing.
As a premium brand, Jaguar should uphold the highest service standards, ensuring that all critical components are properly inspected and maintained. The timing chain issue is a well-documented problem in certain Jaguar models, making it even more unacceptable that it was overlooked during servicing. Had Jaguar properly diagnosed this issue earlier, I wouldn’t be dealing with this financial nightmare now.
Guys, beware! If you’re considering buying a Jaguar XE, think twice before making the same costly mistake I did.
Unbelievably poor customer service
I had a complaint raised with them due to the poor customer service, they closed it without discussing it with me but the comments on the close statement say 'discussed with customer yesterday', and when I ask who recorded this statement and if they can verify they shut down my communication channels and just ignore any requests from me, probably because I asked for the internal audit team to review this given the false statement, I still have the open chat via messenger where they said 'closed' and then just ignored everything when I asked 'audit to be engaged'
I plan on selling my Jaguar F-type now and moving to a brand I can trust

So, Jaguar no longer make cars for the forseeable so obviously they need to really look after their current customers. Not a chance. Took two days to simply book a diagnostic on an F-Pace P400e just over 3 years old with a battery that wont charge. Loan car -
4 months wait for availability, presumably then another 4 months wait to book it in for repair. £70K car and this is the follow up. Never again. Im getting shot of it and will never darken JLR with my business again.
Deceitful Company
Jaguar have left thousands of drivers exposed to the risk of a hefty air con repair.
I found out too late, that the air con in the Jaguar iPace EV400 had feed pipes secured with the wrong bolts (too short). Dec 2023 I leased an iPace, which was delivered to my drive within a few months I realised I had an air con issue. I had a warranty from the lease company via Ramp anf was advised to take it to a Jaguar main dealer who impounded my car saying ot could make the main battery overheat. Many weeks later they confirmed a fractured pipe (at a
cost of £700). It was at this stage I found that, in the small print, my warranty didn't cover pipes. Surprise, surprise - they would have been well aware of their possible exposure to a £3000 air con payout. As Jaguar couldn't repair my car for months, I took it to an aircon specialist who sorted it out quickly and changed the bolts the other side at the same time as a safeguard.
The lease company, Hippo, have been dishonest but it all comes back to Jaguar knowingly supplying defective cars which, eventually, will saddle the current owner with a large bill. Customer Service is non existent.
My first and last Jaguar - don't trust them.
frustrated, disappointed and sad.
Marshall's Newbury: it would take too long to explain... So all I can say is: 1 I will no longer use Jaguar to service my E-pace and 2 my next car will certainly not be a Jaguar.
I have been trying to renew my Jaguar…
I have been trying to renew my Jaguar Remote Subscription for weeks. Having contacted Customer Service numerous times, I feel I have now hit a brick wall with no other options left. Customer Service keeps assuring me they have resolved the issue, but as I expected, they haven’t.
Finger weg
Finger weg. Mein Jaguar ist jetzt 12 Jahre alt und ich kann ihn verschrotten lassen. Er ist dermaßen verrostet, das nichts mehr zu machen ist. Traurig für diese Marke und diese Preise
If I could give them a zero star rating…
If I could give them a zero star rating I would. We have a problem with our Ipace randomly failing to start - press button, switches on - refuses to move. Random lights on dash flicking on and off. Presents very much like a 12v battery problem ( common issue in these cars).
Dealership insisting nothing wrong, battery fine, no faults in car. Apparently an intermittent fault is in fact not a fault at all according to their customer service dept. The only advice they would give was to wait until it breaks down again because otherwise they won’t even try anything like simply replacing the 12v battery.
We live in a rural village, lots of teeny dark rural roads. I don’t feel that telling your customer to go away until the car strands them in pitch black middle of nowhere on a freezing winter’s day is an appropriate response. Also, we were informed by the Jaguar Customer Service team that they do not have a customer complaints procedure so if we wish to escalate we’ll have to go to the Motor Industry Ombudsman.
Jaguar, how do you even have ANY customers left if this is how you treat people who simply want their faulty product sorted out? For sure, you’ve got one less now. Except it’s clear from your pathetic ratings on here you don’t give f#%*.

I have just had a fantastic experience at this lovely hair and beauty salon Alero was a pleasure to meet , highly professional and meticulous in her work . She has created a beautiful short bob for me , spending time to really perfect the shape. I also have beautiful toenails and finger nails now !! Really impressed and worth every penny. Bye bye Jag
Love my Jag, but new branding has ensured I will be moving to another manufacturer, RIP Jag, such a shame, head of brand marketing should be sacked
From James Bond to this woke crap.
From James Bond to this woke crap.
Will they be bringing the new cars out in every colour of that Damn Flag that every sane person is sick of looking at?. Whoever is behind this revamp needs their head examined!
The woke bandwagon
This marketing campaign reeks of "woke" pandering, and it’s utterly baffling for a brand that once stood for luxury, sophistication, and exclusivity. Are you seriously trying to appeal to Gen Z-ers on zero-hours contracts who live at home with their parents? Good luck selling your cars to people who can’t even afford their own rent, let alone a high-end vehicle.
This shift in branding is completely tone-deaf. Jaguar’s appeal has always been to a discerning audience with refined tastes and the means to afford your products. Yet here you are, alienating your core customer base in a desperate bid to appear “relevant.”
And while we’re at it, let’s talk about your marketing team. Whoever signed off on this campaign clearly doesn’t understand your market. If your head of marketing thought this was a good idea, they should be shown the door immediately. Luxury buyers don’t want a brand that tries to follow social media trends or chases whatever cause is trending this week. They want a brand that embodies timeless elegance and quality.
This attempt to jump on the “woke” bandwagon is not only misguided but also a complete betrayal of what your brand has stood for. Focus on building cars that inspire aspiration, not cringe-worthy ad campaigns that alienate your loyal customers.
The most disappointing and shocking…
The most disappointing and shocking customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve owned a Jaguar from new for 7 years, but the service team has been a constant source of frustration with issue after issue. No one takes accountability, and they lack a proper customer complaints process.
Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, their representatives sent multiple messages on X (Twitter) rather than picking up the phone or responding formally. This is far from the premium service one would expect from a brand like Jaguar.
We had planned to purchase a new Jaguar in early 2025, but after this experience, we’ve decided to explore other brands. The image they try to portray is completely at odds with the poor level of service and care they actually provide post sale.
Woke Agenda
Woke Agenda!
What is going on with everything lately. Honestly, we are all acting like sheep this should not be an issue in life. I’m sorry people in the Jaguar marketing team but stop trying to follow a woke agenda and stick to the original of equality. Not completely woke where you target one specific audience. Jaguar rebranding does not need to be rebranded there was nothing wrong with the original brand which is unique to the vehicle itself. When you think of Jaguar you think of a predatory cat which the jaguar had modelled on the front of the vehicle for so long. Now you wish to change that and follow everything like sheep and not have an individuality!
Disgraceful to move to something everyone needs to follow. I believe the company in my view will go bust due to this. Not everyone will want to stick with such a unique car now well done Jaguar you lived to copy everyone and not have your own individuality!
Jaguar has completely lost its way by…
Jaguar has completely lost its way by embracing a "woke" rebrand focused on leftist and LGBT issues, completely ignoring the values that made the brand great. It’s clear they’re more concerned with modern political trends than with delivering the high-performance, luxury cars that loyal customers expect. I will never buy another Jaguar again. This attempt to cater to a vocal minority is a mistake that will likely alienate their true fanbase.
£60K every 3 years to be told you don't…
£60K every 3 years to be told you don't want customers like me! Guess what Jaguar...all your customers are like me! Jaguar will be known as the company who spat on their customers, to gain mentally ill customers. They have turned their back on 97% of their customers to make the 3% happy....may as well hold a gun to your own head, idiots. GO WOKE GO BROKE
Jaguar is a joke!
Jaguar cars? They are truly as bad as their adverts!
Car booked in June 24 for 6 parts, all on back order,
Car due to go in twice and Jlr cancelled twice on me saying no courtesy cars available! Even after it was booked in for four months! More like the parts didn't arrive.
It was then booked in through lease company durect with jlr, car picked up, delivered to jlr Leeds, I then got a call from jlr why the vehicle was there? Totally unbelievable how bad this joke of a company is, they then sent it to vertu jaguar Leeds, I then got a call from vertu, can you tell us why the car is here!
Shocking
Car since has been sat for a month at Leeds vertu as jaguar has no clue what it's doing,
Luckily the lease has ended, jlr brand removed from the companies lease list for good,
Oh and that's a worldwide company operating in 20 countries!
My new Jaguar was good until it took me…
My new Jaguar was good until it took me to a gay bar in Brighton and the song take me to a gay bar over and over again played on the car stereo system
Then it connected to my Bluetooth device and started to order lipstick from Amazon for £250 each it was a very bad day then just too top it off it signed me up to a gay dating app I not happy please help
Go woke, Go broke
Go woke. Go broke.
Shambolic advertising and a gamble that'll destroy your company.
Shame.
But other companies will learn from your broken "woke model"
See you at the liquidation courts next year.
