I´m a happy costumer of a complete…
I´m a happy costumer of a complete Ickle Bubba (IB) Travel System bought in 2020 that will now be used by my 2nd child. I was very happy to know that IB has spare parts for sale, so that the equipments can be renewed, if necessary. Unfortunately, when purchasing I realized that IB only dispatches items within the UK. I contacted customer service asking to have a couple of small items shipped to Portugal, no matter the shipping and tax cost, but was refused.
My only solution was to have the spare parts shipment sent to an acquaintance in the UK and have it shipped to Portugal afterwards.
It is unfortunate that IB has this policy and neglects customers from outside the UK.

We’re also pleased you were able to locate the spare parts you needed through our website. However, as a UK-based company, we are currently only able to dispatch orders from our warehouse within the UK. Unfortunately, we’re unable to arrange international shipping for customers who may have relocated outside of the UK following their original purchase.
We do appreciate this may have been inconvenient, and we’re glad you were able to find an alternative solution to receive the parts needed. Thank you again for your continued support of the brand.

Excellent customer service and support
We initially experienced some issues with our travel system, including concerns with the frame and a few quality-related problems. However, after contacting Ickle Bubba customer care, the team was very understanding, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
Francesca and the customer care team handled everything politely and offered a goodwill replacement upgrade, which we really appreciated. Communication was clear and supportive, and they took our concerns seriously, especially as this involved a product for our baby.

Pisces Stroller - Quite disappointed despite all my research
I spent so much time researching a suitable travel stroller that was cabin friendly, quality and the right size for my 20 month old whilst being within my budget. I was so excited when I found this one, ordered it and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I cannot say how disappointed I am. The quality feels terrible and my babies head is halfway over the back rest. When I lay the recline down, her head pokes out the back and I hit it with my knee whilst walking. The wheels also feel like they would not last. On top of that, when I fold it, it does not stay together. I have to put an elasticated strap around it which mom's will know, when traveling alone with a toddler, I don't have free hands to do. I don't even have time to send it back and have no choice but will definitely not be purchasing from this brand again. Why is it so difficult to get quality within a budgeted amount, which I will say £100 is still alot for most.

Great product. So easy to put together compared to the oyster. It’s a bit heavy but I suppose it is holding two little ones. Very easy to use and love the memory buttons. Delivered quickly as well. Thank you

I had a fault with my stroller and they didn’t have the original one in stock. I picked a different stroller for the same value as my previous one and Pheobe was a great help, they got that ordered for me straight away which I really appreciate as we are going away in a few days and needed the replacement

Shock absorption is terrible
It's quite nice. Not overly heavy but does feel heavy if you have to carry carrycot and base down a flight of stairs. Smooth control. Not so great for bumpy terrain so going for a walk on an uneven pavement is not so enjoyable for the baby. Every other thing is great

I spoke with Francesca and she sorted my problem out within seconds there was an issue in the warehouse where part of my order had not had the right label on so It wasn't delivered.
She found this out within seconds and came back to me to advise she was really sorry and this would be delivered on Friday, with it been my first child I was so stressed I only received half my order and everyone else were refusing to help me but she was amazing 10/10. I cannot thank you enough !!! Great customer service
