Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery as converter kit was needed urgently (foster carer getting emergency placement). Received email from courier to say item expected, then one immediately after from courier to say my order had been cancelled? No communication from company with any explanation, and am now having to chase and am without items that are urgently needed!

Attempted delivery once and didn’t retry at all so haven’t received it

As first time parents we were so overwhelmed with all the products on the market but decided to go for icandy to kit ourselves out and couldn’t be happier. We got the Cocoon 360, Peach and Pip - and are obsessed with all of our products! Each product is incredible quality - it’s sturdy and made to the highest standard, all whilst looking sleek and stylish. Couldn’t recommend more.

I had previously written a review in 2024 complaining about my peach 7 Icandy that purchased from John Lewis. That issue was resolved. It turns out that John Lewis had missed an item out of the order causing the pram to not be fully accessible. Icandy customer service was great. They rang me and got it sorted and the team were very patient with my frustrations. Although the one thing I would keep my word to is that the pram isn’t practical for a smaller boot, specially when doing a food shop!

Fast forward to September of 2025 I of course purchased the Icandy pip! I had no issues flying out to turkey with it in the upper head lockers! However I did have an issue with it though that it wouldn’t fold completely and that took longer than normal to resolve I’m not sure why maybe new staff or training, there was a slight issue with communication on Icandy part but I generally do love their products! Someone within management contacted me to put an end to the issues and her customer service was absolutely amazing! It made me forget all about the previous issues! The one thing that stood out most that she did was remained in contact with me after the exchange (I left my Apple tracking device inside the pocket) she happily posted it back to me so questions asked!

I candy products will always be a win for me!

Very happy with the travel system

I have been using my icandy peach 7 coco for over a year .. the best thing ever.. and I am able to convert it to twin too with additional coverter which is very convenient

The pushchair itself is light weight and easy for manoeuvring. Love the colour and the fact it packs away small in the boot of the car or stored at home. The disappointment comes with the fact that that my 2yr old is too big for this buggy. His feet almost touch the ground when pushing him or just over hang the front wheels. This should be a pushchair he can use until 4yrs but that clearly won’t be the case.

Poor communication and an item arrived that wasn’t even an icandy product obviously opened in transit and a random item put into the icandy damaged packaging then sealed in a Royal Mail clear plastic tag with a cable tie.. 😡

Amazing buggy, very comfortable for baby, spacious under basket storage and great off road too for those who like out of the city adventures.

My Order is missing, I only got the two chairs without the actual push chair. The delivery comes and runs away and does not call if they are at the door.

Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable made great points and wasn’t pushy. Resulted in buying our first pram! The icandy peach bundle.

I purchased an iCandy pram for my daughter at the Birmingham Baby Show in May 2025 at a cost of around £1,600, expecting a high-quality and safe product for my grandson. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and, more importantly, very concerning from a safety perspective.

While shopping in Tesco, my daughter attached the car seat (a Maxi-Cosi Pro, recommended as compatible with the iCandy system) to the pram base using the risers, as she always does, ensuring it was properly clicked into place. As she walked through the store, the car seat suddenly detached from the risers and fell to the floor without warning.

Thankfully the car seat handle was upright and took the impact. My grandson was understandably upset but fortunately not injured. However, it was a very distressing situation for my daughter, and Tesco staff had to rush to assist and help calm her. This could easily have been far more serious, and it is extremely worrying that a product designed for infant safety could fail like this.

We have also been disappointed with the pram in general. For a product costing £1,600, we expected much better. It is overly complicated to assemble, bulky, and difficult for a new mum to manoeuvre. It also consistently pulls to the left when being pushed, which does not feel normal or safe.

What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from customer service. Given that a baby could have been seriously harmed, the response we received was lacking in empathy, responsibility and concern, which was very upsetting.

New parents need to feel confident that the equipment they are using is safe for their child. Unfortunately, after this incident, we no longer have that confidence in this product.

Icandy has great customer service and very quick to reply. I have the Core2 and it’s an amazing pushchair. I love how it folds as one compared to Peach 7. Also the lie flat seat is super handy as well as the huge hood with air ventilation. The wheels can handle any terrain so it’s really easy to push, even one handed. Especially love the handy pocket on the pack of the pram seat. Really simple to fold and open up.

Im so happy for product i got and is very reliable and is very light and easy to travel with the grip is comfortable and make every push feel like a breeze.
