Cannot comment on the functionality of the items as baby isn't here, but they look and feel amazing quality. They are easy to assemble and disassemble, and are lightweight. Very quick and compact delivery as well.

Last Tuesday I went through Babythingz…
Last Tuesday I went through Babythingz (Newcastle) to buy a stroller, looked at the ickle bubba Aries stroller. Picked it up on on Friday gone, used it twice since then. I'm not very impressed with the material looking at it and testing it, also realised in the wind that there isn't much to it. You can hear the wheels on certain ground making me feel insecure. There isn't much room in the seat when I've started putting coats on my daughter also. I've contacted the retail store and said because I've tested in store and then left with the stroller it will be questioned. However a shop floor is entirely different to practical experience and I feel like the response was poor in customer service. They have yet to contact ickle bubba to see about a refund. I will be selling private if no refund is given. Also won't be going back to retailer.

Great price and great product
Pleased with the Isofix base which fitted easily into my car.
Kept informed throughout by FedEx though found their website quite awkward to navigate successfully. Finally in their last notification email there was a direct link to be able to choose my preferred delivery option.

Lovely colour
Easy to order, came in a couple of days and the high chair is lovely. The colour is not grey as it states, it’s like a pearlescent neutral colour. Beautiful all round high chair.

Not worth the money
The bundle has some really good points, especially the bag that comes with it. It’s spacious, has an insulated bottle pocket, and includes a changing mat which is really handy when out and about. The overall design of the travel system also looks stylish.
However, there are quite a few quality and usability issues that disappointed me. The tan colour personalisation is attached with a zip-on cover, but it’s extremely tight and difficult to zip on properly. On mine, the stitching has already started coming apart, which doesn’t feel like good quality for the price.
The pram itself is manageable to push around and isn’t overly heavy, but folding and reopening it is frustrating. Once collapsed, reopening it is not smooth at all and it often gets jammed.
The car seat is another downside — it’s very heavy and not particularly user-friendly. The instruction manual is overly wordy and difficult to follow. I also tried looking for tutorial videos online, but they don’t fully explain everything you need to know.
Also they had delayed my order without even communicating with me about it. Then when I contacted them thats when they decided to finally ship it out, that too arriving after my due date.
Overall, it looks nice and comes with some useful accessories, but the quality and ease of use don’t quite match the price point.

Amazing strollers
We have bought two strollers from ickle bubba now, a single stroller for our son and then chose the same company for our double stroller when our daughter was born because we were so happy with our first stroller. Very compact strollers but still feel strong and very budget friendly.

Lahara was great. My ickle bubba virgo had a faulty hood. I contacted ickle bubba via wassapp and initially spoke to a bot which was very friendly and efficient. It put me through to Lahara who sorted a replacment immediately. It arrive 5 days later. Fantastic service
