I used it the first time yesterday on the school run and found the manouvering to be very stiff and not as smooth. I noticed if the baby was leaning towards the left the stroller would lean towards the left aswell making pushing the pram very awkward

Prompt response to issue

Prompt response to issue with clear instructions about what information and images this company required to be able to address the matter. Awaiting replacement part, but cannot fault the customer service.

Customer service

Ironically we didn't keep the pram we ordered as it wasn't quite right for us. It's totally personal preference and you have to get the right pram for you so nothing against the company or product on that front at all. Reason for the excellent review though is the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Spoke to someone via WhatsApp who arranged a collection straight away for the following day and was very understanding and helpful.

Terrible order experience

I ordered two newborn cacoons for my Venus stroller for my twins. The first package was two cosy toes which were of no use to me. I then contacted customer services who then only sent out one newborn cacoon. So once again I had to contact customer services to send out the second one which I ordered and paid for
I’m still waiting on the second one so unable to leave the house with my newborn twins using the pushchair. Very disappointed

Had missed placed the bumper bar

Had missed placed the bumper bar of my discovery buggy and as they didn’t have a replacement online I emailed to see if they would have one by chance. I got a quick response from Lahara willing to help to see if they would have a replacement but I did manage to find the missing one.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery - a item was damaged in the box - so contacted straight away within a hour I had a response asking me for details which were sent straight away and less than a hour after had a response explaining our replacement is on its way.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience très positive avec cette marque de poussette. J’ai rencontré un problème avec le châssis de ma poussette, mais le service client a été vraiment au top. Bien que les échanges se fassent uniquement par e-mail, les réponses ont toujours été très rapides et efficaces. Après avoir signalé le problème, un nouveau châssis m’a été renvoyé dans un délai très court. J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur réactivité et leur professionnalisme. Je recommande cette marque sans hésitation pour la qualité de son service après-vente et son sérieux. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

So upset

So upset, we unfortunately missed our delivery a few times and we’ve tried to contact ickle bubba about this and they’re claiming that it’s not they’re responsibility but the delivery system and when speaking to fedex which are the ones sending our order out. They have stated that we should contact ickle bubba as it was sent back to the main place Swansea. I’m contacting ickle bubba I’ve had no help in regaining our order but to be misinformed that our order would be sent out in the 26th of may! This was not true it was in fact it sent back to them not telling us this and we sat in all day waiting for our rescheduled delivery. I’m absolutely disgusted by how this Mayer has been treated no urgency whatsoever no accountability taken and asa customer feeling heartbroken. We spent over £600 on this new pram and travel system and have felt like we just don’t matter. I’ve left emails and my phone number to be contacted by them and their WhatsApp number doesn’t work so getting hold of anyone that can just speak to me is impossible. I’m leaving this review to hopefully get some contact and reached out too and will be more than happy to change this review after the matter is dealt with professionally and properly.

DONT PURCHASE they will pretend your buggy came from out of space and can't find your purchase even with code off the buggy

I had the ickle bubba buggy for just over a year ! And the handle snapped ! And they can't find the details even with the code off the buggy they made ! Very suspicious behaviour and utterly disgusting to try and off me another buggy for 100 pound !!!!! Don't purchase from these scammers

We’d just like to clarify that the batch code found on a product identifies the manufacturing batch and is not linked to customer order details or proof of purchase records. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to locate a matching order, and we were not provided with proof of purchase to support a warranty claim.

That said, we still want to help where possible and, as a gesture of goodwill, have offered the replacement parts required at a discount to help get your pushchair back up and running.

We appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, however we remain happy to assist. If you are able to provide proof of purchase, we would be more than happy to review your warranty claim in full and explore the options available to you.

Our aim has always been to help find a resolution, and we would welcome the opportunity to continue assisting you should you be able to locate the relevant purchase documentation.

Avoid. Sent unsealed returned/defective items. Told I must pay for its return.

I have just received the stomp luxe buggy, maxi cosi car seat and moses basket mattress for my baby who will be arriving in the next few weeks. Not only have I had to wait in for 3 different days because of constant delivery changes from FedEx I have just opened the box to find a bare moses basket mattress placed in the box, no cover to protect it, just bare. This is unacceptable considering it is for a newborn baby and is probably now covered in dust and unhygenic for a newborn. These are supposed to be well covered to protect them, not just chucked into a box. The fact that it is uncovered suggests it is a return or been sat for who knows how long in a dusty warehouse. Not acceptable for a newborn baby. Furthermore once getting the car seat out of the box, the box containing the buggy is unsealed and open, in the box the mattress that lines the buggy is again uncovered. It leads me to believe I have been sent a dirty returned moses basket mattress for my baby and a returned buggy, otherwise why would they be uncovered/open? When I purchased items from your company I did not expect returned and potentially defective items to be sent to me for my newborn baby. I am not usually one to complain but this has left me feeling incredibly disappointed and quite angry. This is very concerning and I would like this resolved.

Edit: They responded to say that a moses basket kept in their warehouse does not having any packaging to protect it which makes no sense. Had I of bought it on its own it would have come packaged but instead it has been packed absolutely bare and uncovered surrounded by boxes that would have been stored in a dusty warehouse. How does this suggest that it is new or safe, hygienic or free of dust for a newborn. How would you know what it has come into contact. They do not take any accountability for the fact that the buggy box was opened and unsealed, what other reason would there be to open the box unless it was a returned item. I asked for a return to be arranged because I do not trust that the mattress is safe for use and I have been told I have to pay for it. No accountability whatsoever and when you are weeks away from having your baby, this is just another stress that is not needed.

We’d like to reassure you that the item you received was a brand-new spare part as purchased, and not a returned or previously used product. While our complete products are supplied in bespoke retail packaging, spare parts are not individually packaged in the same way. This is part of our effort to reduce unnecessary packaging waste, whilst ensuring all stock remains stored safely and securely within our warehouse until dispatch.

That said, we fully appreciate that the presentation did not meet your expectations, and we understand why this raised concerns. Your feedback has been shared internally, as customer feedback is invaluable in helping us review and improve our processes.

Since receiving your enquiry, we have remained in contact with you and have offered a free return and refund option so that you are not left with a product you are uncomfortable using. Aries max stroller broken wheel

I’ve had an issue with my Aries stroller just over a year after purchasing. One of the front wheels got all rusty inside and broke. The wheels were not available to purchase as a spare part anywhere, so I contacted the team directly and 3 days after I had a replacement wheel sent home for free. The service was impeccable and helpful. Hopefully I can keep using the stroller for a while longer.
