Ive had a few issues with my Virgo Twin…
Ive had a few issues with my Virgo Twin travel system and each time ive reached out, these guys have been 10/10!
I personally wouldn't buy another Ickle Bubba pushchair, but I cant fault their customer service.

I can’t recommend Ickle Bubba highly enough. After our car seat became damaged—something that wasn’t due to any manufacturer fault—I reached out to their team expecting standard advice at best. What I received instead was truly exceptional. As a gesture of goodwill, they replaced the seat, which completely exceeded my expectations.

I have bought 2 prams from ickle bubba
I have bought 2 prams from ickle bubba. The stomp luxe and now the virgo
The first we sold as we needed to upgrade, after 9 months of use it was still in really good condition just a few parts of use. The virgo has been a life saver. We did have a few issues with the wheels and the converter mechanism jammed but after speaking to customer services they resolve these issues instantly. It's been 3 months now since our last interaction and we are very satisfied with the product. I would highly recommend the brand and company.

Really happy with the Stomp Luxe travel…
Really happy with the Stomp Luxe travel system. Bought in December and baby girl arrived in April. It took a while to get used to the different mechanisms but once you have the hang of it, it’s easy - definitely worth practising before birth! Weight is good and manoeuvrability great. Also good for bumpy pavements. The only thing I am slightly unsure of is that the bassinet is not completely flat/horizontal so when my 3 week new born is in it, she slips down towards her feet and I can’t see her!
