The duvet is fine, but putting it back together after washing is a headache. The double zipper system is poorly designed and overly complicated. It seriously needs to be rethought.

Terrible Customer Service - Deceptive marketing
Ordered from them when an offer came across my IG. Except when I received the order - it didn’t include the free offer. I called customer service and they basically told me unless I had proof of the offer - they wouldn’t honor it. The offer was a week earlier - how am I supposed to find that on IG? They wouldn’t consider that perhaps there was a possibility of me having that offer and maybe they should honor it. Was so disappointed I sent it all back. Extremely disappointed with their customer service experience and won’t shop here again.

This is a most puzzling and disappointing company. The product we eventually got is satisfactory but the aggravation in actually getting it is in no way worth it. As other reviews have stated they advertise well, but that’s where it ends. I ordered 2 sets of sheets last June and one set showed up in September. They tried to blame the shipping company for the 2nd set missing (which only resulted in wasted time and effort for me and the shippers). Then I was told the 2nd set was back ordered for October. When I contacted them at the beginning of November, they magically appeared. Obviously this is not uncommon for them so how on earth are they still a functioning company?? Why advertise so widely if product is so difficult to obtain? There is no chance I will be a repeat customer.

I waited 4 months for my blanket and they told me it was back ordered every time I emailed them. After reading many reviews I realized that this company never intended to ship my order. I started dispute with my credit card company and got a refund because this company refused to refund it until I started the dispute. I recommend you to stay away from this company at all cost.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Will never attempt to buy from them. They don’t honour their Hush Bucks, give me generics response that if I used their sezzle plan that I can’t apply promos. I wasn’t ever going to use sezzle and was never discussed prior that it might be a choice. Was told I could get 5% of the purchase when I ask about it on chat but then, when sales calls me, they will not honour.
Was told that if I buy online I can’t apply hush bucks because of free sheets, when I attempted there was no issue with it but they didn’t want to apply it over the 5% (joke discount right) that was offered.
When asked for a follow up as they didn’t follow through on their timeframe to provide me an update (2 day’s overdue) i received an update from a supervisor, the generic email response that was provided as an answer, not acknowledging the issue in question. ask for a callback from superviso and was called by a “different supervisor” because she was in a meeting and told him it was an important call but yet within 45 seconds of expressing my unhappiness, was hung up on and no attempt to call back.
Miss leading information, bad business practice, terrible experience.
Never buying from them/sleep country as they are now affiliated. Cancel all orders, modified our business to not purchase any product from them.

Ordered in august an item that was not back order. The item was not shipped and then became back order and shipment was delayed every month. I’m still waiting. Talked to them a few times and am not able to get a refund so I got my credit card provider involved. In the meantime they keep pushing sales as if they had actual merchandise to ship… So frustrating and shady.

If you order anything from this company it will take you 6+ months. Been over 8 months for me and still missing items in my order. False promises of eta dates - awful customer experience.

I have a 2022 Hush Iced 2.0 blanket. I bought a new King Iced 2.0 cover and it does not fit.
Hush Support tells me they changed the size of the blanket last year. now i cannot buy any replacement covers. They are also charging $30 to return the cover i purchased. will never buy from this company again.
Terrible customer service / no free returns for full refund
Had sheets for 2 yrs & a massive rip in one. Husband loves them so I agreed to buy news ones. Ordered 2 because the colour we wanted was not available for 30 days, got pop up offer after for $50 off. Asked them to honour, only offered $25 value in points. Asked to cancel order, ignored. Order arrives with both sets (so availability was wrong). Email to initiate refund, explain reasons, get template response. Initiate return, charged $25 for shipping them back (only free if you keep as store credit). Misleading at the least, definitely will not buy from them again.
Disappointing Company
I bought my Hush blanket 2 years ago. It was a big investment but I took the plunge. Now less than two years later- when I'm trying to buy a replacement cover for my blanket because truthfully, it doesn't really stand the test of time- doesn't wash well and stains easily- I'm told they don't make the a cover thats compatible for it...

What kind of company- that preaches the values they do and is so expensive -doesn't have an option for a blanket that is less than two years old? It's not like I bought it 10 years ago.
The best part is when I email customer service the solution for me was 10% off to buy a cover that won't fit or a net new blanket for another $400!
I would be weary purchasing from this company. I love supporting Canadian companies and great causes but this is a money grab.
Also - just an FYI I purchased sheets and when I went to return them they charged me $30 to return them so beware of that when they say you have a "100 day trial"- you will pay for it.
Look at other options that will be reliable in a year or two. Do better HUSH, do better.

BE CAREFUL! I'll sum up first then break it down:
* Return policy: Careful, you will PAY to return, if you do not like the sheets they will still cost you money
* Sheets: Not worth the amount you are paying
* ICED 2.0: Did NOT work for night sweats
* Customer Service: poor and non responsive
FULL STORY:
I ordered the Iced 2.0 blankets, which had a delay on shipping (understandable with the supply chain issues). We tried them for 2 nights, they were like any other sheets of half the value, my personal opinion PRICED TOO HIGH. They DID NOT HELP with my wife's night sweats.
I tried to return and I found out I had to pay for shipping, which I should have read before buying. Luckily I ive in the same city, so I sent via local courier which costs me a lot less.
It took over a month and a half to get my refund, that is including several emails and online chats with HUSH, finally, I got my refund. My emails were ignored for the last 3 I sent (on different email chains). I recommend using the online chat to chat with someone as after several attempts one of the staff was able to assist in getting my refund.

I have ever seen irresponsibility and bad company. Three months ago I ordered cold sheet from Hush. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten yet. I send many times email about this issue but nobody didn’t solve my problem. I have paid 150 dollars, but nobody didn’t refund me even though I send email many times.
Cooling sheets/Microgravity Duvet = cool sleep
I bought the Microgravity duvet along with the cooling sheets/duvet cover in April 2023. I sleep very hot and would have trouble sleeping. Since buying the sheets and duvet from Hush, I sleep so much better and cooler. When I use non-hush sheets, I feel the heat right away and I’m now buying another 2 sets as I cannot sleep without my hush 2.0 cooling sheets. The duvet and sheets are very good quality and very soft. My husband, who does not sleep hot, loves the sheets too!!
2 months after ordered and paid for still no sheets
I ordered hush ice sheets August 2/23. It was a pre-order and they were to be shipped the first of September. My credit card was charged on August 02 and still no sheets. I have reached out to this company several times and each time it is a different answer. Either they say they are still back ordered or they will be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. Then they back to saying they are back ordered. Not sure how a company can sell a product, charge the customer and then 2 months after still have no product. Not a happy customer.
Don't bother
I bought the weighed blanket and set of sheets before I ordered a mattress from them. I got scared off by all the bad reviews of not honouring the returns and it took a while of persistent pestering and threatening to involve the credit card company for them to take the mattress back. Have not received a refund yet. There are better companies out there. Don't take the risk.

The king size duvet covers that I bought in 2020 have not lasted. The ties break off. The zipper has broken and there is nothing the company will do. I think that if I buy the blanket then I have to buy the cover. I wish there the company would help with this. Honestly, they offered me $20 off a new duvet cover. That just seems like they aren’t prepared to stand behind the flaws in their product. It is expensive to purchase.

As the other poor reviews, I have not received my order FROM MAY 2023 !!! I too was told of these shipping 'delays' but continue to see sales and ads on Facebook. I too was told that I could not cancel. Only option is to try to get the credit card company involved. This is ridiculous to see so many others with the same experience. Seems like my emails are going unanswered now ...

I have "pre-ordered" my weighted blanket plus a couple of other items that weren't on pre-order - it was supposed to ship "at the end of August". It is now September 11 and my product has not shipped. When inquired they said there is a strike at the Vancouver airport so they cannot ship my products to me.
I asked them to cancel my order as I've paid and been waiting since the beginning of August.
They advised that due to their "busy-ness" they cannot cancel the order. I will have to accept the package and then initialize a return.
This is very very disappointing and HUSH's customer service's inability to do anything is also extremely concerning for the consumer.
