Commande non reçue, service client lamentable

La commande devait être livrée hier, le tracking du transporteur montre un problème d'adresse. J'ai appelé le transporteur qui m'a demandé de voir avec Endy ... Endy refuse de faire quoi que ce soit puisque pour eux, l'adresse est bonne et me revoie vers le transporteur.

Aucune réponse aux mails, 30 minutes d'attente minimum au téléphone, on presse 2 pour parler Français, on tombe sur un service client Anglophone uniquement avec un accent étranger.

Bref, où est ma commande ??????? Pas encore reçue que les problèmes commencent déjà, j'ai peur pour la suite.

Impossible to get in touch with a person

I had previously ordered with no issues and ordered today again - changed card information and shipping address only to find out they didnt update the shipping address. AI chatbot incredibly unhelpful and furthermore keeps trying to direct me to "human care specialists" that I can not reach. This is ridiculous, and the pride in being Canadian made should be offset by the garbage AI customer service

ETA just in case they mention this I got in touch with all these concerns within 5 minutes of this order and all of the above experiences are within an hour, so miss me with that tight timeline.

I placed an order and mistakenly chose the regular mattress. I wanted the Hybrid one. I immediately contacted your customer service and the bot opened a ticket for me to stop the order, so that i could instead order the Hybrid mattress. Instead, i contacted customer service today and i am now told is already shipped to me. Disappointing, as i have purchased 4 Endy Mattresses and all i was asking for here was to upgrade to the Hybrid which is more expensive anyway. Now i have to contact Endy again once the wrong mattress arrives to request a return. Painful experience.

Hi Shawn, I'm so sorry you felt that way, that's never the intention to have any customer feel disappointed. My sincere apologies! It's just that our processing timeline is so tight and fast that all orders are processed and handed over to carriers within one business day. Once that's in process, unfortunately we are not authorized to make any further changes at that time, but we continue to assist the customer throughout till the swap has been successfully completed. Warranty

We love our Endy mattress. Purchased it in 2018 and then purchased another for our RV in 2020. Recently however, we’ve noticed some sagging so I thought I would explore the warranty. After gettting past the annoying AI chatbot I was able to send in a warranty request. They replied relatively quickly requesting photos of the issue. I submitted the photos and 3 days later I received an email stating my new mattress was on the way! I love when a company stands behind their products and honors their warranty.

Excellent customer service!

Customer service reps who are pleasant and genuinely try to solve any issues. Prompt email replies. No long wait for Chat queues. Excellent warranty service. It has been a very long time since I have dealt with a company that has always gone out of their way to make sure their customer is happy and well taken care of. Kudos to you, Endy!

Expérience frustrante et manque total de professionnalisme

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience avec Endy.

J’ai passé ma commande en décembre et, malgré de nombreux suivis et plusieurs e-mails envoyés, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. La livraison était pourtant prévue pour le 8 janvier. Nous sommes maintenant bien après cette date et aucune solution concrète ne m’a été proposée.

Le plus frustrant est que le service client est totalement inefficace. Je reçois uniquement des réponses automatiques générées par l’IA, sans aucune aide réelle ni prise en charge sérieuse de mon problème. Personne ne semble réellement traiter ma demande.

De plus, le paiement a déjà été prélevé, alors qu’il était censé l’être un mois après la réception de la commande. Cette situation est inacceptable.

C’est une expérience très décevante et un manque flagrant de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande absolument pas Endy.

I tried to order one mattress four times

I tried to order one mattress four different times and every single order was cancelled after almost a full day of waiting with no clear explanation. The first order was placed with my boyfriend’s card, fully authorized by his bank, and it was still cancelled as “high risk.” I then ordered with my own card and personal information and it was cancelled again. We tried a third time from his side and it was also cancelled. A chat agent later sent us an invoice and assured us that paying through it would prevent another cancellation, yet the fourth order was cancelled again the next morning. I even attempted to reach phone and chat support during working hours and was left only with an AI bot that could not help. I have now waited over five days for a simple mattress purchase that should have already arrived, and the entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing.

VERY Pleased with the bed and service!

After researching these types of mattresses, I settled on the Endy Plush and ordered directly from the company just after Christmas. The customer service was excellent. I received my order as promised and promptly set up my king mattress. I have been thrilled with my choice since the first night I slept on my new bed. I struggle with insomnia and a lot of back and neck pain. I have been having some of the best sleeps in years!

I did not opt for any of the bedding or pillows as this is not anything I needed.

Endy pillow fail

Mistake #1 - I purchased an Endy pillow from Sleep Country after testing it in the store. After 3 nights of tossing and turning trying to get the pillow comfortable, I woke in pain radiating from my neck down to my shoulder blade. I lost a day's pay due to the pain and required a massage to help ease the pain.
Mistake #2- Tried to return the pillow today Sleep Country. Turns out they only have the 100 day guarantee on mattresses, everything else is final sale. Reached out to Endy, who do have the 100 day exchange, BUT only if you purchase directly from Endy. They wouldn't help.
Mistake #3 - I gave the pillow to my husband to "break in," thinking his head is larger and heavier than mine. (Sleep Country told us it didn't feel like the one in the store because it needed to be "broken in!") After 2 nights using the pillow, my husband woke with a crick in his neck, limited mobility, and pain shooting out from his neck.
This was an expensive lesson in trying 'a better quality' pillow.

Missing Mattress, No Refund, “Wait 3–5 Business Days” – Never Again

I ordered an Endy mattress + bundle (around $2,000) and only ONE small box showed up at my door – pillows/sheets – no mattress, no blanket. Tracking, however, claimed everything was delivered. I have doorbell and driveway camera footage clearly showing a single box that could never contain a king mattress.

I did exactly what Endy’s own FAQ says: contacted them right away through live chat when the items were missing, provided photos, offered video, confirmed my address and phone, and tried to cooperate with their process. Their rep “escalated to Shipping Issues” and told me I had to wait 3–5 business days (not counting weekends) for an “investigation” before they would even consider a reshipment or refund. Meanwhile, my family is literally sleeping on the floor using the pillows and sheets that did arrive.[answers.endy +1]

Over the next several days I:
• Chased Endy by chat and email for updates.
• Waited on hold for an hour on the phone, only to be told to “reach out by email.”
• Clearly asked for one of two outcomes: reship my missing mattress + blanket with a firm delivery date, or issue a refund for the undelivered items.

Every time, the answer was basically: We can’t do anything until our internal Shipping Issues team finishes its investigation, which may take days. Endy chose the shipping partner, but they pushed all of the risk and delay onto me. Their public help article even suggests missing items will be “replaced in a matter of days,” which absolutely did not match my experience.

After giving them multiple chances and warning them in writing, I finally had to open a chargeback with my bank for the undelivered portion of the order. I provided the full email/chat thread, photos, and the fact that tracking is clearly wrong compared to what was actually delivered. No customer should have to fight this hard just to avoid paying for a mattress that never arrived.
If you’re considering Endy, understand this: if your shipment goes sideways, you may be stuck in limbo while they “investigate” with their carrier, with no mattress, no refund, and no urgency. In my case, the product quality is irrelevant – the customer service and accountability were a complete failure.

Horrible customer service

It took weeks for me to get a response to a complaint about an uncomfortable mattress. The company relies on AI to answer customer inquiries, which is infuriating. Never again, and I will warn friends away from this brand.

Very poor customer service

I ordered an Endy mattress during their Black Friday sale. As my wife and I had an upcoming vacation booked, I attempted to verify with Endy that the product would be delivered prior to our departure, given that no-one would be home while we were away. Endy was very unhelpful, could not and would not make any effort to check on the delivery date, and we had no choice but to cancel our order. We were very disappointed in their total disregard for customer service, and when we do again decide to purchase a mattress, it will not be an Endy.
