The duvet is fine, but putting it back together after washing is a headache. The double zipper system is poorly designed and overly complicated. It seriously needs to be rethought.

BUYER BEWARE; ordered product on August 7th received email August 9th that all have been shipped at 6:30am and by 12:00pm all have been delivered. This was not the case. Only received blanket and cooling sheets not my mattress and bed frame. Been in constant communication with their customer service team receiving different responses each time. Purolator picked it up it should be arriving, the product was out of stock it takes 4-5 days to make then it ships, delays at the port for products, product it still out of stock but it is made now so should be shipping, we have emailed distribution to see what's going on give us 2-3 days then we will let you know (they never do), we have received an ETA (this was last week) all products are going to be shipping this week to you. Reach out this morning and it is the distribution email excuse again. Take this from me and many others order elsewhere there is no urgency within this company to fulfill your order and they do not seem to care. I have been more then patient with them but it has wore thin. Thanks to the person who wrote the review about 30 days and no product you can cancel due to the consumer act I will be doing that now as well.
Buyer beware
Hush does a great job of advertising their product. However getting the product to the customer is not as efficient as it should be. I am disappointed and disillusioned. Ordered the sheets on Aug. 24 (at the same time I ordered our new mattresses) and am told they will arrive in the next week or so. Have a new bed arriving next week and possibly no sheets to put on it. So after spending $617 for 4 sets of hush sheets, I will now have to make an additional purchase at a store, to ensure we have appropriate bedding for our new mattresses. The old adage: Buyer Beware seems appropriate. The company's cavalier attitude toward order fulfillment and customer service leaves much to be desired.
Worst Customer Service
The blanket is like any weighted blanket and their customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. First it took months to ship, then when they told us it was actually going to ship they kept pushing it for over a month. Then when we "received" our order we didn't actually receive half of our items..... Then reaching out to customer service they didn't want to help us.
I would not recommend them. Horrible company. Plus looking at their website, they are not actually showing the true reviews.... Completely biased, and false.

They did not ship on tiem and will not give updates. They refuse to refund the amount and have some of the worst customer service I have dealt with. Avoid at all costs!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The worst experience I have ever had as a customer. Paid a premium to support a local company and have had to follow up and chase after my order to get them to ship it. When it finally arrived, after a month, the mattress is a child sized mattress when I paid for a king. So frustrated with this company.

I really want to like this company and brand because they bring a lot of positivity but it seems ever since they were sold, the ego has gone to the owner's heads (Arron) it's unbelievable, there needs to be a class action lawsuit, and if anybody reading this really wants to get results like I did go to the head of Sleep Country and tell them your experiences find them on LinkedIn and social media they actually got the girlfriend of one of the co-owners Hannah (Its Hanna Eve) is the ID to write a fake positive review since the Yorkdale store was down to one-star rating on Google. I noticed that after they had all their friends and family right positive reviews and they changed the address to their corporate address now. I'm going to keep fighting for what's right the biggest issue is I know people that happened to where they give a free unwanted product like a pillow and then charge additional shipping for the return which is crazy since it was not requested in the first place.

Do not support this company! I’m ashamed to even acknowledge HUSH is Canadian! Beyond terrible customer service! The deception is unbelievable. Great product but terrible service. As a result I will be returning everything and not purchasing anymore products. Save your time and your money!
Scammy company w/ horrible customer service
I wrote a lengthy review and it was deleted by trust pilot for some reason, so here goes again...
I paid 311$ for a blanket on the 25th of July, and after 6 days still hadn't rec'd shipping notification, so I emailed them and didn't hear back a so I emailed them again a couple days later.
I phoned them after 10 days & was told my bank held the payment on suspicion of fraud (I paid by credit card, and the payment posted to my bill the day after I ordered, as it always does). Agent told me she'd talk to mgmt and put me on hold for 15min, then returned & said they insisted that's what happened, & to contact my bank, & I said I paid by credit card & that the transaction was on the statement I just paid, & they said they'd investigate. They never phoned back despite taking my information.
I contacted my CC company that day, & they looked into it & said I was correct, that it was paid, & that Hush had my money. They also recommended I contact their security department to investigate the matter. I thought I'd hold off on that until I heard back from Hush.
At 15 days, I rec'd an email from them advertising to me to buy more things, so I emailed back saying they should send me what I paid for before they go emailing me to sell more things. They emailed back saying it was on back-order & that it wouldn't be in for about a month or more, & that if I wanted it now, I'd need to change colours.
I phoned them about an hour later & inquired about why it wasn't sent & why nobody contacted me back & why I was told it was on back-order & was told by this agent that the item is NOT on back-order, but that my order was being held on suspicion of fraud by their sales dept. There was also no record of the previous call, no notes on file about my previous call. Again I was told I would receive a call back, this time I asked how long & was told it would take up to 5 days for them to speak with a manager, and was also told it's not possible to escalate the call, & that no supervisor or manager was on site to be spoken with. No call was ever received back.
3 days later, I received an email asking how my experience was, & I said in there what I've said in here. The next day, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled, and that they had refunded my money. The money was indeed refunded, I checked my CC statement every day until it was.
Horrible customer service, horribly run business. After seeing all of the positive reviews for the blankets on product review sites & even by a sleep study company, & seeing that they had even been on tv, I didn't think they'd be a bad company, & didn't think to check here, and I wish I had b/c I'd have saved myself a lot of unnecessary trouble.

UPDATE: after my 1 star review I received a generic email apologizing for the delay, but of course not offering a refund. Instead they gave me a $40 voucher to use on my next purchase. Make another purchase so they can steal more of my money and not ship me what I paid for? No thanks, never again. Complete incompetence and horrendous service, do not buy from these thieves!!
Terrible customer service. Save your money.
We bought three weighted blankets. Over $800.00. They sent one the wrong size and colour. They said no problem we'll make it right. Now they are accusing me of trying to get the right colour cover for free. Terrible customer service. Overrated company on it's way down.

The worst customer service ever. I was very plain at the start that I was looking for a blanket that would help chronic insomnia caused by fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and PTSD. The Doctor said I had to start sleeping as my heart was starting to cause trouble. “Oh yes! We guarantee you’ll see a difference in 100 sleeps or your money back.” Around 60 days I wrote to say I was sleeping worse (insomnia) and the pain was even worse (Fibro + more). And I felt smothered (PTSD) and didn’t want to give in that easily. Did they have suggestions. They sent me a link to a back webpage that had terribly outdated info on fibromyalgia which is no longer accepted by the college of physicians anywhere in North America. And that was it. So I endured another couple of weeks and asked for a refund as promised. “We can offer you a 30% refund if you donate it to charity.” What?! I said no. That went up toe 40% next email. I reminded them of the 100-night guarantee. Then they said I would also have the price of the ‘’free gifted’’ pillow taken off (nearly $200) because they couldn’t accept that back. Well I never wanted it in the first place and it didn’t work for my fused neck either. Then they sent me this ridiculous long list of how clean it had to be -even free of all hair both human and animal. No marks, oils stains etc. I have to use various creams to reduce pain. I had to put that cover through the wash three times in OxyClean to get it all out of the cover. Then I had to send it back in the original package which was cheap Chinese boxing that was falling apart. I’m glad I’m in the practice of keep packaging. But I had to tape it up with a whole roll of moving tape. I couldn’t send back the crappy pillow, which I don’t know that do so with. The whole thing cost me just under $400. Guess how much I got back once they had the blanket for over a month? Oh and I had to contact them more than a month after shipment confirmation to get this ‘full refund’ of zero dollars! They paid just over $100 to Affirm to pay off what I still owed them. I got NOTHING. I am a struggling senior with health issues and am having to choose between medicine, food and rent most months and they took advantage of me. Terrible terrible terrible company. I got a mattress from Silk and Snow three years ago with the 100-day warranty. It wasn’t a good fit. They changed it out and even gave me the difference in the lower price of the one I chose second. They came and got the other one and donated it to charity THEMSELVES. Such a difference Con artists! I so wish I could shame them on some TV program. I am out nearly $400-that’s my groceries or medications for 1 month!!

I think the product is good/decent. Seems to be comfortable although it was hard to put it together.
The customer service is the absolute worst thing I have ever seen. I spoke to at least 3 different reps, all of which made different promises. Promises from delivery time which were off by a week. Then a bunch of apologies. Finally a month later I was supposed to also receive my sheets. Still didn't get them but instead I got a customer service rep who felt that hanging up on me was the appropriate way to apologize. See below for transcript.

Don't Buy HUSH products!!!
Ordered a set of King sheets and enjoyed them... for a while. We noticed that they seemed really thin in spots and, when you held them up to the light, you could literally see the thin areas all over the sheet. I phoned the company and explained what was going on. We even sent photos. Now those thin spots have worn through. It's like the material is so thin, it has just torn everywhere that it was weak. The response from the company?? NOTHING. Totally unacceptable for a company to treat consumers this way.

This is possibly the worst company I don't blame customer service they just work for a bad company and it must get exhausting every day taking complaints. The only thing this company did correctly was name the company Hush. They take your money and you hear Hush from them . I bought and paid for my orders in April of 2023 its now July 2023 and I have received some of it . Its take 5 emails and a complaint to my credit card company to get any reply.

I ordered a king-size iced bamboo cooling sheet a few weeks ago. After trying for a few nights, both my husband and I have an allergic reaction (hot feet, itchy face). The sheet feels cool to your skin initially, but it doesn't breathe and accumulates your body heat. We didn't have a good sleep. We have had a bamboo sheet for many years; this is the first sheet we had a bad experience with. Ok, fine, maybe it's not for us, so we decided to return it as Hush aggressively markets about the 100 nights guarantee. This is where my experience with Hush became horrible. Despite explaining the sheet didn't work for us, Hush kept trying to make me keep it (first, offer a 20% discount and then a store credit). They finally accepted the return and sends me a big warning email that if the returned product is not sent in the original packaging to the teeth, they have a right to charge me 50% of the sheet. On top of that, they charged me $50 (this is 25% of the product cost!) for shipping it back. I demanded to send it myself with my choice of shipping fee, but they stopped responding. What a horrible experience! I have returned products to other vendors, and they normally make the return easy and seamless (i.e. as soon as the shipping label is scanned, they automatically return the money). For Hush, not only do I have to pay $50, but now I have to wait for them to receive the package, confirm the package is to their liking and then maybe will get the refund. Given the business practice I have seen from them so far, I have no confidence they will give me a full refund. Hush - I was proud that you are a Canadian company, but you don't preach Canadian values. I am very disappointed.
Soft but not cooling sheets
I bought the sheets hoping they would actually feel cool when I sleep - the quality and softness is great but they don’t keep you cool at night at all. That was a disappointment for me. I enjoy the luxury feel but any other sheet will be just as good.
Purchased a microgravity duvet
Purchased a microgravity duvet , I was not as impressed like others so after many many emails and texts to me to review the duvet I did gave it 3 stars and said I was not as thrilled as others , they never posted my review I called them out saying they only post 5 star reviews , no response , their return policy sucks you have to pay to return , plus they “recommended” when you buy you purchase the shipping insurance which like $8 I didn’t want to but a rep that finally got back said oh we advice to ?? Yet you offer free shipping so it’s not free is it, just hated the whole experience gave me a sour taste that’s for sure they only offered me a small discount off something from them because I was upset the duvet went on sale even lower saying the price I paid was the original price so very misleading, why would I buy anything else fps. guess being on dragons den gave them big heads. The duvet is just sitting in the box . And customer service never gets back only when I posted my poor review did someone get back to me , but no help at all.
