The duvet is fine, but putting it back together after washing is a headache. The double zipper system is poorly designed and overly complicated. It seriously needs to be rethought.

They want you to keep buying something every 180 days to keep your points. I tried to buy something new today and realized that my several thousand reward points expired without notice. Why offer the program at all?

We bought the 2x items-- Queen sized Iced sheet set & HUSH 2.0 Iced Original Weighted Blanket.
Both products did NOT have the colors I wanted that was offered on their website; however, I was fine with other colors instead.
Our main issue is with the HUSH 2.0 Iced Original Cooling Weighted Blanket—it felt like being completely ‘trapped’ under a FREEZING COLD cocoon & was so heavy that it was difficult to actually crawl in/out of the blanket. IF You suffer from any arthritis type conditions (eg. osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis etc) and/or suffer from muscle stiffness/muscle weakness –We DO NOT recommend this Hush product! The blanket also truly felt too COLD, not ‘cool’ as advertised—this is our experience. We requested a REFUND (we are almost certain that we clicked “REFUND” VS. “giftcard” on our computer; however, Hush emailed Us a “GIFTCARD” instead. After MANY WEEKS of ongoing wasted time and communication with Hush Customer Service agent (Mahelie Marsan); HUSH refused to provide a “REFUND” to Us! Therefore, their 100 NIGHTS GUARANTEE is FALSE ADVERTISING.
BUYERS please please be very aware!! IF You are not satisfied with your purchase, You will NOT get the REFUND they advertise!

Purchased from this company before and shipping was 3 months. Sheets were nice, but holes wore through about 13 months later, but since I like to support Canadian business, I purchased again.
I specifically chose a color that didn't list as out of stock. My order was placed and card billed on Oct 24. 9 weeks later, my order had not yet shipped. I have reached out to customer service and been told they are shipping 'once back in stock'. I have requested to cancel my order as it is not yet shipped, but according to their policy: orders cannot be cancelled. Once received by me, I can return them, but if it is more than 30 days until they are received back there will be no refund, only a store credit issued.
Update: item finally shipped on Jan 8th and was received on Jan 11.

BUYER BEWARE!!! PRODUCT MAY BE GOOD BUT COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL!!! Extremely poor customer service and false advertising! DO NOT BUY FROM HUSH!!! I ordered a hush weighted blanket as a present at the end of November for a mid-December birthday. It is now after Christmas and still no blanket and no response to several emails demanding explanations save for a single response after my first email saying it was on back order. I have now requested a cancellation of my order AND full refund and am still waiting for a response. UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!!!
Women's pajamas
I just received an order of the women's pajamas. I wanted to wash them before wearing-- unfortunately, there were NO care or washing instructions within the top or bottom (and it's federal law that cleaning instructions be included; the material the pajamas was made with was included but not cleaning instructions). Either way, I washed and then put them in the dryer on low. These pajamas were incredibly expensive and I was shocked how horribly they shrunk!!! They are way too small now, especially the length of the arms and legs. I am really disappointed.

It never ends. I've tried to remove my email from their list several times. If you buy a blanket your signing up for daily email promotion marketing.

Worst customer service!! Took more than 3 weeks to deliver my blankets and full of excuses with returns. Rather buy from another company and save yourself money and hassle.

I ordered a duvet cover and sheet set at the beginning of Nov 2023. These items were in stock at the time I placed the order and I paid express shipping to have it delivered as soon as possible. Now it’s days before Christmas and I still have not received it. I’ve followed up with them a few times now and all they say is it’s on back order. It should ship in the next week or two. Now it’s expected to ship in January! And there’s no word on refunding the shipping costs because what’s the point now?! I hate dealing with this company. They’re awful. I love the products but not worth the hassle.

I ordered the white queen duvet and cover in Oct/23…after many follow-up phone calls with no product/backordered..I finally agreed they ship a grey one instead. The invoice billed me twice and I was told no matter will only charge for one. ? I received the product and had to return as too heavy for me…however I was charged $53.67 return fee ($251.16-$53.69=$197.49 refund.). I questioned the return fee as NOT explained under THE FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section….only at the very bottom of the page. Which you don’t check out when ordering but should! When I called/questioned customer service and asked to speak to her manager…she hung up on me!

Soo I bought a pj set for my wife on the 5th and called 10 days later just making sure that it was on its way. I talked with a lady from customer service where she said it might be back ordered or doesn’t know if it’s ordered!! She promised she’d get back to me that night to tell me what’s going on but of course didn’t!! I talked with customer service on a chat where all they wanted to do was have a pissing match with me a didn’t find anything out for me so I cancelled my order. After 1 of them calling me a liar no problem taking my money but don’t want to tell me where it is!!! Then to top it all off sent me we’re sorry call us so we can fix it and the phone # doesn’t exist I won’t spend another dime with this company and I’m hoping other people won’t either terrible customer service I guess they’ve got to big to give a damn

Don't waste your money on the Bamboo cooling sheets, mine lasted 4 months and HUSH won't do anything about it, they told me torn and worn sheets are not covered by warranty! Then they offer you HUSH bucks, why would I want to spend more money with you, as you don't stand behind your product !!

They deserve a zero. This company is a fraud. After being guaranteed delivery before Christmas it’s been nothing but excuses for a delayed delivery.
Called December 8 2023 for a refund but was told no. Calling the bank tomorrow to report fraud and have bank reverse charges.

Ordered a duvet cover August 5 2023, was told delayed till end of September because of port strike. End of September comes and nothing, so contacted them again oh now it's end of October...ok will wait some more....then again nothing, no communication...so contacted them and asked for a refund...oh the order will be shipped next week....nope...Now December 7th, contacted my payment service to get a refund as Hush keeps dragging me on....DO NOT RECOMMEND!

*Update, I received my bed frame within the delays. The reason for my previous 1 star was because of mistakes caused by customer service. I almost cancelled my order because of their service quality, but nonetheless the bedframe is great, amazing quality and takes 5 minutes to setup.
I ordered a bedframe from this company because it said that their product was in stock. I even paid extra for fast delivery. I message them to ask where is my parcel, they said they cancelled my order because it was backordered. I've never got an email from them stating this situation. Will update my rating when I receive the product, but so far this is very disappointing, especially since the product still says in stock on the website.
Love the weighted blanket
Love the weighted blanket. My wife had a hard time falling asleep and she finds the weighted blanket helps her fall asleep quicker. The cooling cover is also awesome for the summer!

An absolute poop show- I ordered my duvet in late July- it never came . I waited for another month then I asked for a refund. It wasn’t refunded after talking to someone . Then I talked to another person who said yes we will refund - and then they sent the duvet out! I already had bought one months ago from another company . It is Dec 3 and they still won’t give me a refund - no idea where the duvet is that was coming in error . Purolator has told me it was delivered back to Hush- robbery - $300 . Terrible business - shameful
Tried to Cancel an Order …
After I placed an order with this company I read the reviews on line about their horrific customer service. I tried to cancel my order right away and Hush refuses. They will charge you a fee even if the item has not shipped. They refused to tell me how much they will charge me. NONE of this is apparent when you place an order with them. There is no transparency with this company at the time you order. When placing the order there is nothing that indicates that you cannot cancel right away. Also, they say they provide free shipping but tell you to pay the $6.00 fee to guarantee that your parcel arrives safely and arrives without damage. If there is a problem with the item they charge you shipping to return it. Why not just guarantee that customers will get their order to begin with and guarantee that their order will arrive without issues. Do not give this company your business.

I am so upset ordered sheets sept 15.23 for a friends birthday in october 2023 - friend has yet to receive 2.5 months later I have asked for a refund a number of times and updates. response is no refund will be issued when they send friend can return and pay for the shipping and then it will be assessed if refunded. This is ridiculous I have ordered a different gift as friends bday was a month ago. how do you ask a friend to return a gift at their expense because hush canada can't meet an order from 2.5 months ago. SO disappointed and customer service horrible. will never be dealing with them again

Order a pair of blankets, with the insurance and expedited shipping. Never arrive by the delivery date propose. Email company, was told there was a strike at the BC port. Ask for new delivery times to only receive a "Hopefully it'll be shipped next week" very unprofessional response and bad business. Ask for updates and got no reply, ask for a refund and nothing. Will be getting credit card company involve because I want my 400$ back.

I ordered my first set of hush cooling sheets and they cost $181.00 CA. On my second order I was charged $270.00 for the same sheets. I do not recommend buying from this company. Why the almost $100.00 difference?
