On 1st April, I went to collect my new car. The salesperson who sold it to me was off that day, which was fine, and I was advised to ask for his manager to handle the handover. However, when I arrived, I was passed to another sales associate instead. While this wasn’t an issue in itself, it set the tone for the experience.
Prior to the sale, it had been clearly agreed that the car would come with two keys. During the handover, I was told only one key was available, as they didn’t know where the other was and replacing it would be too expensive. This was not acceptable, and I made it clear I wouldn’t proceed unless the second key was provided. After a long wait, the “missing” key was suddenly found. It does make me question whether I would have ever received it had I not pushed the issue.
I also identified a deep scratch on the car that needed repair. I was assured this would be resolved and that a courtesy car would be provided if required, and I made sure this was noted on the signed documents.
In addition, one of the tyres was barely legal at the point of sale. This should never have been the case, and despite raising it, the dealership refused to replace it. I have since had to cover the cost of replacing the tyre myself.
What followed was a frustrating process. After multiple calls and emails to both the original salesperson and the manager, I was eventually directed to the aftersales team. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into weeks of back-and-forth communication, with the issue only being resolved nearly a month after collection.
Communication was the main problem throughout. Each email response seemed to generate a new ticket, leading to delays of 1–2 days for replies. When I called, my contact was often unavailable, and no one else seemed able to assist.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. The service was excellent while I was in the process of buying the car, but once the deal was done, the level of support dropped significantly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not purchase from them again.

Delivery was bang on time like arranged. Alan who delivered my new car took his time to go through everything with me, showing me all the controls. He even let me take him on a little drive in it so I could check everything was good with the new car. Thanks again to Neil and Alan
