Ruby was extremely helpful and…
Ruby was extremely helpful and understood i needed a car very quickly, she kept me informed with the whole process and answered my texts very quickly.
Garry delivered my car and he was again very helpful and showed me how to connect my phone to the car, he was very polite and the car was extremely clean, and just what I needed.
This whole process was not stressful at all and would definitely use hippo cars again.

Josh looked after me when I came to pick up my new car , absolute top bloke.
However after getting the car home I’ve found there’s an issue with the washer fluid not spraying out to clean my window screen and having looked into it further I’m not happy that the car hasn’t come with a parcel shelf and floor matts after the amount of money I have paid this is not acceptable really.

what can i say! I certainly wasn't expecting the speed , professionalism and thought that I recieved when Nathan took my call. I was very particular about the colour I wanted and yes its fairly rare , match that with the trim spec and mileage no chance ! Nathan call me within an hour and told me he had found one .I was lost for words , he talked and messaged me every step and every day , once i arrived at the peterborough showroom , offered a coffee sat down with Matt who went through all the final checks and paperwork and I headed home with my dream car , I cannot thank Nathan enough for everything ! I will say the service at the beginning was great and when i wasnt happy with the car they offered to change this. However upon taking delivery of that car it was identified there was issues. The drivers door knocking, boot not aligned, repainter bodywork with sanding marks, corroded disks and after getting a check on the car was identified previous damage. As a result of this i used the return procedure and decided to buy locally as the savings from buying from Hippp were not worth it. What should be a straight forward process is turning into a daily chasing from me to get a response and when i do speak with someone they dont give you answers and tell you hopefully the team will be in touch. The team being the cancellations team, worrying if they are so busy they cant respond to you. I even offered to return the car myself in order to get my money back and close this issue out quicker. It feels like the customer experience team are not genuinely interested.
