Incredible First Experience with Hippo
Just bought a new car and had the pleasure of working with Corrie and Matt, two absolute gents and couldn’t have made the process more smoother for us. I recently moved back to the UK from living abroad for the last 7 years and was in desperate need of a new car and Corrie showed me some good options, zero pressure on a decision and just clear and helpful throughout. On the day of purchase I dealt with Matt, who made that whole process just as seamless! I’ll definitely going back for car number 2.

Such an excellent, simple process from start to finish. Incredibly helpful and polite staff. Adam who found me the car was nothing short of amazing. And Josh who dealt with everything at the dealership was just as polite and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their new car.

Warranty error on my part……
After making a mistake on claiming on my used car warranty which the warranty company would not accept I asked the dealership for help in recovering some of my costs which they did and I am grateful for that,very responsive to the issue I couldn’t have asked for more.

Ruby was extremely helpful and…
Ruby was extremely helpful and understood i needed a car very quickly, she kept me informed with the whole process and answered my texts very quickly.
Garry delivered my car and he was again very helpful and showed me how to connect my phone to the car, he was very polite and the car was extremely clean, and just what I needed.
This whole process was not stressful at all and would definitely use hippo cars again.
