4 day break at primrose valley, first day in the roof had a leak. Reported it 3 times to reception and security because reception weren't interested, the leak was over the front door so very dangerous. One family member slipped on the puddle and still nothing done. Emailed customer service and was passed from pillar to post and still no satisfactory answer

Reighton Sands touring facilities let this site down. Water leaking through both ladies & gents toilet & shower blocks, obviously been ongoing for some time.
We have visited this site with our touring caravan for many years & very disappointed to see how these facilities have been poorly maintained.
Love the location of the site & the entertainment complex. Come on Haven, you can do better

Three night break at Littlesea and really enjoyed it, Our caravan was clean and well equipped ,all staff were polite and helpful. We had a small issue where we had to call maintenance and they arrived within 10 mins and fixed the problem. The site was clean and tidy and plenty of staff in the bar/restaurant.
My only grumble is that the our no-smoking caravan smelt of cigarette smoke and it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to use the heating

Booked Prestige 3 Caravan at Lakeland Haven in Lake District for Family of 6- 2 Adults & 4 kids - 14yrs, 2x13 yrs and 10 yr old. We booked 2 activities - high wire assault course and Segways (for 3 older kids as had to be above 12). The high wire activity was canx by Haven prior to arrival with no explanation provided the £64 was refunded- disappointing as this was the only activity my 10 year old wanted to do. Fast forward to the accommodation which was clean but lacked basics- no draining board to drain dishes, no hand brush to sweep and keep caravan clean (though you did have the shovel for the hand brush???). The caravan was cold and despite our best efforts we could not work central heating as instructions did not match the system (although we later discovered it was controlled via a panel on wall- be helpful to state this in instructions). I could overlook these things however the final straw came when the Carbon Monoxide Alarm went off at 430am. Despite our best efforts we could not turn off or reset as it kept going off again so with kids was concerned that there may be Carbon Monoxide in the caravan. For the sake of the children we had to open windows in an already cold caravan. As per info pack we called 24/7 security which seemed to be only number manned at this time. On 2 occasions the number rang out on 2nd occasion caller declined call. As alarm was still going off waking children and potentially neighbours I had no other choice to get dressed and to try to locate security. I sent a text message explaining situation to which he replied 25 mins later that he would be straight round. To be fair he was explained it was the battery took it away replaced it and fixed the heating. Finally got back to bed around 530am. Woke next day at 9am for kids Segway activity to be told it had been cancelled as person running it was sick. So not a great start to the first 24hrs of this holiday. I went to reception to complain about issues and we were given £20 vouchers for the inconvenience (£3.33 each) and kids got a free pedalo session from Leona who was lovely and so apologetic. As yet I am still awaiting the £48 for the canx Segway activity which did not take place. Glad to say after this the holiday did get better but only as we spent time out of the site. Do yourself a favour and don’t book a Haven holiday~ poor standard of accommodation, poor service due to canx activities and despite the best efforts of lovely polite staff in reception poor customer service to think £20 vouchers is acceptable. Once I am up to it I will update a similar review on Trip Advisor but the only pleasant memories of this holiday were had outside the Lakeland park. Thanks Stephen

We have been here a week and this has got to have a been the worst holiday we've ever been on they charge extra for the stay and play and then charge for absolutely for everything so what is that pass for, the majority of staff are rude and really not helpful, when the weather is bad there really is NOTHING to do so everyone stay away from primrose valley, and the shows well where do I start they really have to be the worst we have ever seen they definitely do not pay any money for the acts, they just use the staff and go this and go that and its absolutely horrendous so yes you are best to pay extra and go to butlins at least some things are free there and plenty to do and watch !!!!

3 day break that lasted 2 days. The caravan was a disgrace, i understand that this was a pet friendly and maybe that explains the smell (being awful) and the overall cleanliness being really poor. I had a dog but i still respect the fact that to respect others property stands. My dog fortunately does not cast but previous visitors must have had dogs that shed as the caravan was smelly, dirty and severely run down fittings wise, very neglected. No basin, not enough crockery, windows would not open or close (on safety catches as they were faulty) and the fire was unsafe (no ignition switch) and how they get away with the health and safety rules is unbelievable. But hey! all i wanted was somewhere to sleep and i was not expecting much from a caravan park, but the bedding was badly soiled and blood stains on it and there were no spare covers for the 7th person, so we decided to cut the holiday short and only slept over 1 night although we paid for 3, which as you are all aware is not cheap. The park was rowdy peoples inhabitations go out the window, and the lack of respect for others, and as for social distancing don't even start me on that! So in all i cannot say anything positive about Marton Mere first visit and unfortunately will be my last. The most unfortunate thing for me was that i had three grandchildren with me who normally love the experience of a caravan holiday but sadly this was not to be at this park.

Its 2021 and yet NONE of their caravans in a HUGE park have WIFI. No WIFI at all. Customer service don't care and getting through to them takes hours. Constantly hanging up on you. Apart from this, cooker didn't work, fridge didn't work and make sure you bring basic things like tea towels and glasses with you because this place didn't have anything. BUT NO WIFI is unforgivable for a company that size in 2021. A joke.

Check in between 5 and 6 on monday check out at 10 on friday, so thats the monday and friday gone of your holiday,

Had some idiot jump though our window at 8pm tonight. He though it was funny. I though it was horrendous and i spiled hot tea over me. If this was an older couple anything could have happened to them. Tried calling security but no answered. We know who did it so if you would like to contact me to ask who. I would be very happy to let you know. They also had a party every night we were here. We paid a fortune for a four night stay. Didn't expect this much antisocial behaviour from other holiday makers.

Had a really enjoyable break at Rockley Park Haven in Poole. The van was grubby and needed a deep clean with a decades worth of urine encrusted around the base of the toilet, however a holiday is made by the people you are there with so it was lovely and we were sad to leave, we could quite easily have stayed another week. The live lounge was uneventful and lacked adult entertainment or even a disco. The website still says there is a spa which there is not. Lastly I'd like to give a shout out to the young lady on the gate house at Rockley Park who shon like a beacon, we have no idea of her name but we named her Shannon. She waved and smiled each time we left and entered the park, a fantastic greeting! We all need her charisma and vitality.

We booked in 2020 for 2 weeks stay at Littlesea in September in an accessible caravan. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the caravan, but unfortunately when we tried to sit on the seating in the lounge the cushions were old and the stuffing was in poor condition and to try and sit in the centre where the pull-out bed was situated was unbelievable, fortunately for us we had brought some garden chairs from home to use outside the caravan to sit in the sun, so we were able to use them in the lounge, although that did not leave much room to move about in the lounge area.

The first week when we showered the wet room floor flooded, so after the second time this happened I call reception and we were told someone would come and check the drains, after the visit we were told that the drains had been blocked so hence the flooding, so why were they not checked as part of the cleanliness that is now required because of COVID 19 and if this wasn’t enough them a few days later the complete shower head unit fell of the wall hitting me on the head, once again I rang reception and it was repaired.

We also found that in the master bedroom one of the beds the slats were in poor condition and kept popping out, in the end my husband went to reception and reported it, thinking they would send someone to replace them, but no, they did just what my husband had been doing and popped them back in, waste of time he was already doing that. After the gentleman left my husband sat on the end of my bed to put his shoes and one of the slats at the bottom of the bed snapped, it is a good job I am small so my feet did not reach that far.

The second week we also realised that the bedding and the clothes in the wardrobes in the master bedroom felt very cold, so we notified reception again and they sent a gentleman up to inspect our complaint, we were told that there was no damp. I was hanging our clothes outside to air them so we could wear them, he also said that the caravan we were in was the only one with twin beds in the master bedroom and that is was an at least 5 years old and was due to be changed I have been told over the years that I have had to have accessible caravans that the beds were either two singles pushed together to make a double or left apart on request

The cause of all these problems is the caravan. Furniture had not been looked after properly, you are advertising the upgraded furnishing in you able bodies persons caravan but you seem to have forgotten the disabled like myself, can you imaging suffering with arthritis of the spine and being woken-up by a sharp pain in your spine when the slats in your bed collapse.

Also the ground around the caravan was situated on an incline. The parking was on the grass beside the van which made it difficult to off load my scooter connected to a hoist in the back of my car onto uneven grass with the car being not on a flat surface. The bushes behind the caravan covered the back and one window in the master bedroom, there was only one side window that the sun shone through the rest of the caravan never any sunlight shining into it. We felt like we were in a goldfish bowl as the caravans opposite were higher up the incline so they were looking down of us , I asked for some nets to be put up but was told Haven do not supply net curtains, if we wanted to sit in the sunshine we had two choice’s leave the site and drive somewhere else or sit at the front of our caravan once again in a goldfish bowl.

Over the years we have travel to many parts of this country with your company, but the last two holidays, Rockley Park and Littlesea have been very poor with the standard of your accessible caravans. Is your standards begin to falter.

Really undecided on how to review my experience. Pre holiday: my goodness. It’s like Haven get a brownie point for every email they send. It’s totally unnecessary and because there was so many I missed the ones I actually needed. Which meant by the time I realised I needed to book activities they were all gone. Unless you want to pay £10pp for archery. (Which I didn’t). Arrival time of 5/6pm felt unfair and not what was on my original booking but as it turned out the traffic was appalling due to queues at petrol stations. I actually felt really quite disappointed with the whole build up to the weekend, nearly cancelled it. Like us all, it’s been a tough period and I just wanted to sorbs some quality time with my family and all the emails and pre booking just seemed nonsense.
Anyhow, we went, with the attitude of it’s only an hour away and we can always come home. So if we went to Church Farm.
How different Church Farm was to the Haven experience. All the staff were so relaxed, friendly and eager to help. Call out to the lovely Polish lady who served our group of 8 on the Sat night (so sorry we didn’t leave a tip, the kids got tired and we left quickly but we all commented on his nice you were) and the guy who tried to help us buy a packet of playing cards in the shop - they’d run out and I’m sure he would have walked into the next town to help us. So helpful. Church Farm is lovely. Not as big as I feared, we decided to chance not pre booking location on the park (the £30 charge) but we’re really pleased to be really close (we booked 2 caravans) to our group. Caravans were pretty decent, mine had an ensuite. An en-suite in a caravan - I was super impressed! Both caravans very clean and of a nice size with parking beside it. Kitchen was equipped - only one baking tray however so I’d recommend if you’re planning to cook to take another. WiFi wasn’t great but that was ok with us. The park is really clean, easy to get to and whilst we were there pretty quiet. Could do with more sign posting as it’s easy to get lost. Swimming pool was nice but I was disappointed the outdoor pool was closed as the weekend was beautiful.
All in all we had a lovely time, if I had to rate Haven it would be a low score, if I was rating Church Farm it would be a 5.

caravan clean ,shower extrator did not work,only fault but,was going use centre for all meals,use once ,food not hot,fish meal batter still runny and fish not cooked,pie on meal ,you needed more then knife and fork to cut thru. reported on day but nothing happened,never had another meal,this was a 4 day break for my daughter,wv ife and my 2 young grandkids.smuggles cave good for kids but let down completly by th so called food

Went to Allhallows during September, had received loads of emails telling to book tables for the entertainment. Booked tables and was then given an arrival time later than my 1st booking. Entered registration number on app months before but on arrival they hadn't got it. Had to ring up to find out caravan location because the app said something went wrong. Had to go into reception on arrival, needed to change my babies nappy, there was a changing unit but no bin for nappies, so I had to take a smelly nappy with me. Finally get to the caravan, the door was bent out the frame, it shut but there was a whole in the top of the door, the tap in the kitchen was all bent out of place and the heating had been put on when it was 23 degrees that day. We unpacked and went to go to the entertainment bar, for this we hadn't booked as it said everywhere online they were accepting walk ins and we didn't know if we would be able to make it in time. We stood waiting at the bar for 10 mins to then be rudely told by a young boy serving (who didn't look old enough to drink himself) "bars shut no drinks" at 8.30pm we then asked what was going on and was told the bar would reopen in 45mins and to come back then. We asked where we could get a drink and where pointed to the restaurant. Arrived at the restaurant and asked to sit to have a drink while waiting for the next entertainment. Was told no again by the young girl serving as she "didn't know" if they were taking walk ins. After being told no twice in front of the children who were growing increasingly disappointed we thought we would try the arcade, every single machine was taken up being used by children in school uniform who clearly did not have play passes meaning us who did could not use anything. This was clearly because the security was most interested in talking to people he clearly knew just outside the door as when we entered and tried to show our passes, he didn't even look in our direction, just waved us in. We left and went to reception to complain. It was shut and locked but 3 people sat inside, we knocked and they ignored us at first but finally came over when we didn't leave. 1 woman danced over to the door, barefoot and shouted through the door at us that we had to come back tomorrow. We went back to the caravan planning on spending the night, complaining in the morning and leaving with a refund. We didn't make it through the night as the neighbours we had stood outside our children's bedroom smoking, shouting, making animal noises and driving there cars across the grass area underneath the living room bay window and we had absolutely no one to complain to. We packed our bags and left that night. Rang the following day and was told to calm down or I'd be hung up on because I got frustrated about the situation! Have been told I've been issued a refund but it could take up to 28 days! So now have 2 very upset disappointed children who have waited a long time for the worst ever first holiday! The entertainment and arcade section was absolutely tiny as well, was like a small cupboard with flashing lights, more tables and chairs than dance floor for the children. Because of shutting the bar/venue for a while there were a lot of drunk adults walking around being loud and acting scary for children. Absolutely terrible experience and would never return again or ever recommend anyone else going to Allhallows or any Haven in general

Unclean caravan, worktop not covered but the guarantee only high traffic area what a joke!!!! Any excuses to get out of giving you this!! broken blinds, nail ona child bed! decking with a gap child could escape through to underneath the caravan and adult could not have followed! paid extra for decking got small area by door not of lounge with a table and 4 chairs in it you couldn’t even walk around or get in one of the chairs it was that small, cleaning staff visited whilst we swam and left the door unlocked, staff in restaurant moody and unhelpful and heard staff talking about us as we went to the loo how unprofessional! Sorry if asking for a booth table was an issue to ensure my disabled child was ok, really don’t understand why I had to
Repeat it 3 times! Especially confused why such and issue when it’s half empty and the same when we left! To then have to deal with the most rude customer service manager ever who was so stuck up and Frankly appalling at her job, she should be sacked, seashore Great Yarmouth avoid! Miserable unhelpful staff as standard

Great park for families and the entertainers are good at there job. The swimming was limited to 1 swim for our stay and with 6 kids wasnt much fun to be able to go swimming once throughout our stay. We looked at the entertainment board for daytime and it was a dinosaur explore within half an hour they had changed it to a private owners event with live smurfs and wasn't allowed in so kids were then disappointed

Haven park Haggerston castle, booked months ago and stated that we needed to be near the main area and amenities due to mobility issues.
The booking was made by my brother in law and a mobility discount applied from disability UK so they are totally aware of the disability problem.
We booked an prestige eight berth caravan for the three of us so as to have plenty of space.
You don't get your allocated site until the day before your holiday starts.
Well they could not have put us any further away from the main area if they tried so I called and complained to be told they can't do anything.
My brother in law was not very well and decided not to go so the wife and I decided to still go and see.
Well we arrived around 2.0pm on the Friday and left at 10.30am on the Sunday even though we had booked for a week.The steps were to too steep and hand rail far too low with no grab rail
The seats and bed really uncomfortable giving us more back pain, and the distance way too far to walk. Are they interested are they hell.
So disability people need not bother with them as they are NOT bothered about you or your well-being.

Stayed at littlesea in Weymouth and for the 3 year on the trot my wife spent the first 24 hours cleaning the caravan. Now in this situation the world is in, with covid these should be spotless. We arrived on the Friday late afternoon and all we could smell was bleach but an unclean caravan dust,dirt and a very greasy oven. So we called the said number and they sent a team (of 2) to come and reclean, we went for a walk while they supposedly clean again ….we returned and my wife spent the next 4 hours cleaning properly the excuse was not enough staff!!! …we then found blood stained mattresses with no topper mattress …we reported this to the desk said they would come and replace them? They didn’t!! Needless to say we didn’t sleep in that room. The oven was greasy and disgustingly dirty. So went to the shop and brought cleaning products. As much as we love the area we will not be returning to haven…ever!! And I will hammer them on every social media post I can find 😡😡😡😡

Just back from a long weekend in cleethorpes, caravan was spacious and absolutely beautiful and was spotless, car could be parked right outside caravan, staff very friendly and always on hand for anything, most definitely will be booking again next year, fantastic relaxing break, overall 10/10
