Always a nice sign, when the product that arrives is what is advertised on line. Village Hats certainly do that in every way. No nonsense. Delivered within a few days. Right size, right colour, right Hat. Good work in a world of disappointment.

I ordered two amazing looking hats separately within a short time of each other. Later I regretted not purchasing them together and paying extra for special delivery. A day or so later, customer services got in touch with me on an unrelated matter, I seized the opportunity to express my regret in the way in which I’d ordered my items… In no time at all, the kind and sympathetic customer services team rectified the situation. I can honestly say, I wasn’t expecting such a swift resolution, given the error was entirely mine. I’m immensely grateful and looking forward to receiving my orders.

I like wearing hats and caps but the once great hat industry in the UK has now virtually disappeared and led to cheap imports and questionable sizing and a lack of choice - the term “one size fits all” is not so in my experience.
If you want a stylish hat that actually fits and want a professional and friendly service use these guys, I can’t fault their service or products.

I have bought many hats and caps from you and I added another one to my collection today, which again I am very pleased with , fits perfectly as always , again great service, well packaged and fast delivery.

Well it's your choice..

If you would like to purchase a hat that people stop in the street to compliment you on, that makes you feel your outfit is so stylishly finished off (even if it's only a fleece or raincoat), that when it's raining you are disappointed you can't wear it ( although some are rainproof and then you remember you have a fabulous rain hat which will make an umbrella redundant), that the quality is so superb that many years later will still look as good as the day you bought it, then..

I bought a hat which turned out to be far too big for the recipient’s head. I posted it back on a Saturday and on the Monday received an email confirming a refund. What brilliant service. I also ordered a replacement last week and that is already on the way to me. I cannot fault their service and would buy from here again.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a beret for a wedding with less than 6 days to go and it arrived immediately, with an email to confirm it was on it's way.

I ordered a beret as a surprise gift for my daughter. As I live abroad, I was concerned that she received it safely. I contacted the company as I suspected that the delivery was late, however my daughter received her package that day. I had a very polite response from customer services, even though I suspect I was a little quick off the mark! The beret is apparently very good quality and my daughter loves it. I hope to see her wearing it soon . . .

I could have purchased this from the USA site but everyone at the UK location was so incredibly helpful I just had to buy the hat from them. Packed beautifully, shipped quickly and excellent customer service- what more could one ask for? I will be be back! I had to return a hat as it was too big - I’d lost the invoice and so sent it back with a hand written note. They had no problem and sent out a replacement really quickly. It’s been a pleasure dealing with them
