AKA Village Hats UK Ltd. Poor products and terrible customer service.
I ordered a straightforward white cotton/linen wide brim packable sun hat which was not suitable or as shown and described due to the fabric under the brim puffing out and looking ridiculous. Clearly poorly made. So far, so not great.
I requested a return for the reason stated above and was charged £4.65 for the return Royal Mail 48 hour tracked label and posted the item back on 21st May 2022. Royal Mail confirmed delivery was completed on 24th May 2022. It is now 29th May 2022 and no confirmation of receipt OR notification of refund has been provided.
A response to my emailed query as to what was going on stated that it can take 14 DAYS for a return to be received and then a further five days for a refund to be processed.
I will never buy from this company again and urge anyone considering a purchase from them to look elsewhere. AVOID.

Wow, my hat arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. When I chose it, I did wonder how good it would be, as the price was so competitive, but I am really delighted and i can't wait to wear it on holiday and also at home . Thanks so much.

I have bought several hats from Village Hats in the last couple of years for myself and members of my family. I have always been very pleased with the quality of service, as have my wife and children. I now turn to Village Hats whenever I need a new hat for myself or as a present.

Recently I had to return an excellent hat, due to sizing issues, I had bought the wrong size. This illicited an instant refund.
This excellent customer service is a welcome outcome for me and can only be rewarded by more purchases in the future.

I’ve just had first-class service from this company. It offers a wonderful choice of hats and the one I chose arrived, perfectly packaged, next day. Good to know that competent, professional companies like this are still around.
The hat is excellent: just what I need.

I ordered a cap that I was told was next day delivery then after chasing this up was told it wouldn't be on the time agreed, order was then cancelled without my request and after asking if this would be refunded into my account today was told it would be by the supposed customer service manager only for her to hang up on me. When I phoned back she says it'll now take 3 to 5 working days. She also mentioned that it was only a £12 cap as if I shouldn't be bothered. This is not including the delivery that I forked out to get it next day.

Bought 6 hats/caps for my husband and me. Total £125.00. Arrived well packaged. Unfortunately only one was suitable - but it’s a nice green cap with holders for sun spex. I’m pretty fussy about my hats! I did pay £6.95 for signed for Royal Mail return and I was a bit concerned about getting a refund. Must say that it was the quickest refund I have ever received from any company - 3 days from date of posting. So I think this company is pretty trustworthy. I will order again.

Wonderful company as I ordered the wrong size accidently on line and the staff could not have been more understanding and i thank them very much i now have the correct size and my refund well done

Purchase was later arriving that I had anticipated. Had excellent communication and response from the company and the hat turned up the following day! Cannot fault the product or the company. Reassuringly good on both counts. Thank you

This was the second order I have placed with hats and caps and the service has been excellent both times. It is always a bit of a gamble using a new supplier but I have found a good one here. Delivery is always an issue to southern Italy and DPD worked well with a week (5 working days) from despatch to delivery. GREAT. I will use again and again.

Ordered free 2nd class delivery on Friday night, got my hat today (Monday) morning. I went for one of the cheaper fedoras, but it's still showing great quality. Impressed with how it was packaged to avoid damage. I did read the reviews on their site advising to go a size lower, I was hesitant as I have a very large head, but I did it and they were correct, it's a perfect fit for me.

Astonishing levels of customer service and aftercare when I spoilt my feathers. I've purchased many fine hats from these little beauties and I thoroughly intend on buying many more. Highly recommend!

Can't fault the service! Hat arrived just now and looks great. This company also has the name "Village Hats".
Free postage (2nd class Royal Mail). Good price. Cannot fault the service - would buy again.

Size guide is wrong. I measured my head and size guide said I needed a large size which I duly ordered. The hat arrived very quickly but is way too big. I have to return it because they are wrong but I also have to pay for the return. If I ordered wrong, ok I expect to pay but their size guide is wrong so I think they should accept responsibility fir return postage.

I've bought three hats from Village Hats over a few years and I'm happy with all three. Always nice hats, well packaged and delivered on time. I somehow managed to lose the feather from the one I currently wear and couldn't find one the same. Village Hats don't sell them separately but when I e mailed them they immediately offered to put a couple in the post free of charge. This was yesterday so I haven't received them yet but I am certain they will be true to their word. Thank you Village Hats.

Sent back for replacement asking for correct size Jan 12.ONLY when we followed up were we told January 24,
"We received your returned item on the 12.01.
Unfortunately, we have issued a refund in error on the same day. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
It can take between 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your accounts depending on your method of payment".

Very thoughtless ,inconvenient and awkward with the person who gave us the present who got a refund! Offered to sell us another with free delivery !! but don't trust them.
