Everything went smoothly, tracking was accurate. It took one week from Spain to UK which is totally normal for the cheap shipping fee (I have an e-commerce so I am aware of the shipping rates).

I ordered 3 caps all look new..but after receiving them one of them was really washed up and old.. i tried to return but there was no any easy way and at last i received another bill to pay for delivery while i have already paid before.really i dont recommend anybody to trust this company.its kind of fraud ..specially after receiving the old cap...then pay for double delivery thats craizy.DO NOT ODER ANYTHING FROM CAPHUNTERS PLEASE.IF YOU DO IT..ITS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Arriva il pacco con corriere BRT in una scatolina rigida con nastro superiore e parte inferiore non sigillata semplicemente montata ad incastro. Aperto il pacco : era VUOTO presente solo la busta di carta che avrebbe dovuto contenere il cappello. Contestata la consegna a BRT che risponde di rivolgersi al venditore.
Purtroppo il sito non presenta un contatto telefonico, non presenta una mail di contatto, assistenza clienti inesistente.
Scavando on line ho trovato un contatto mail ma ad oggi nessuna risposta.
Fate attenzione non buttate i vostri soldi,
un azienda che consegna un pacco non Sigillato, che non risponde alle mail di contestazione, che non ha una chiara lista di contatti e che non ha servizio clienti ma solo forum parere personale non è un azienda affidabile.

Order is a no show after two months of waiting !
I made a purchase on the 4th December and it is now February 10th and still no delivery! I have been in contact with them and they advised that my order was sent to Poland by mistake and is now on its way to me which was two weeks ago but when I checked my tracking again it seems it is still in Poland. I have been very patient and understanding up until now but there is only so much understanding a customer can take. These were meant to be Xmas presents but that clearly isn’t the case anymore, I am extremely disappointed and now I find out my card has been scammed from the same country Caphunters are based, I’m not pointing fingers here but it’s all too much of a coincidence. I am now asking for full refund as I have given up hope that my order is on the way. Stay clear from this website unless you want to play Russian roulette with your money !

Ho ordinato un cappello il 17 dicembre, pagando per le spedizione in 48h, il cappello mi è arrivato il 22 gennaio, più di un mese dopo.
Gli scrivevo ogni settimana per ottenere aggiornamenti e non sapevano dirmi niente, mai aiutata né assistita.
Per di più ti mandano il cappello all’interno della busta morbida tipo Shein, senza neanche niente all’interno della boina per mantenere la forma o evitare di rovinare il prodotto.
Oltre al fatto che mi hanno messo la busta di Caphunters all’interno, rotta e con un buco da bruciatura di sigaretta, inspiegabile.
Infine la scritta si è già scucita da una parte.
Con tutti i soldi che chiedono è una follia.
LASCIATE PERDERE non conviene e non siete tutelati, non sono sicura siano neanche cose originali

Delivery Date Changed at the Last Minute
I ordered the cap a week ago and the estimated delivery date was between 19th and 23rd of December. On the 23rd, the status changed to “we cannot estimate a delivery date.” This is right before Christmas, and the cap was meant to be a gift.
The item was sent from Spain, but this was not clearly communicated at the time of ordering, especially as the website uses a UK domain. If I had known this, I would have reconsidered the purchase. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor communication and unreliable delivery information.

Like a lot of people have said, STAY AWAY from these scammers. Sent cap back and have proof of postage to say delivered on 22nd November, a month down the line and no refund. Ivy at customer service blatantly lied to me and said not received it back when clearly have as I have proof of postage. Absolutle scum bags. DO NOT USE

Ordered a cap over 2 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived. The timeframe they state it will be delivered by is waffle.
Assumed was UK based by the cap is being sent over from Girona. Could’ve purchased from pitsea market if I wanted a fraud.
Tracking info only states the day they accepted my order.
Online messaging on the website stated “I can only see what you can”

Tracking? Non-existent for weeks. Only later did it become clear the order was shipped from outside the UK, giving strong dropshipping-from-China vibes.
To make things worse, the print don’t look genuine or original, which raises even more questions.
Sent proof, contacted support — it was the classic game of “not our problem”
Seller blames courier, courier probably blames gravity. End result: missing items and lost money.
If you like surprises (and not the good kind), this might be the shop for you. I personally wanted caps, not a mystery.

Bought an item, sent it back. over a month no response nothing. Shame on me i used standard delivery. They must have taken it act like it didn't arrive. Ive already submitted a lost item form. if it comes back as delivered, its obvious what they're doing reading the other reviews.... avoid!!!

Ordered from this page 5 caps . Waited almost two weeks but they said that estimated is 7 days . But worse that I had to pay extra £43! For caps I paid £155 plus in uk £43 ! They didn’t inform me about this of course they said that is in terms and conditions. I ordered from others countries and never paid anything extra. I will never buy anything from the website . Avoid !
