Although we were unable to get the…
Although we were unable to get the paddle board we wanted as it was out of stock, Laura advised us how to order online and gave us the special code to get the extra discount due to our Camping & Caravanning Club membership.
She advised us where was best to try out our boards and advice on licensing payments.
Although the code did not work ultimately she advised us to bring in the receipts and it would be refunded in store.

Staff were very helpful, answered my questions when I had them.

Quick, easy, seamless.
We were served by Annie today and buying a child’s bike helmet. We were able to find what we needed quickly and everyone was knowledgable and friendly. At the till, Annie helped us with our new membership which I had bought online but wasn’t quite ready yet. We were still able to get the discount. We plan to go back - quick, easy, well stocked, seamless.
