First package didn't arrive after a week. Emailed them. They apologised and explained that the package was stuck in sorting.
Resent. Arrived swiftly beautiful presentation ideal gift !

I ordered this jumbo hamper and its supposed to be baklava and also it came 1 day after when it was supposed to be delivered

The worst kind of scam. As it’s a gift they can avoid complaints as the person who buys the product ultimately doesn’t receive it, and so they have a low-0% refund rate.
Where to start, we received the muffin hamper from a close friend as a moving in gift. Below is my experience:
The photos they use to sell the hampers are all AI generated, in fact every image on the site is AI generated slop. What you get looks nothing like what is presented on the website.
It says “baked fresh the day of dispatch” which translates to “bought from the cheapest mass producing factory and re-packaged then dispatched 3 weeks later”. It’s honestly shameful how poor the quality of the muffins were. Imagine reduced to clear muffins from Poundland but worse. Stale, cheap, bordering on inedible.
You can tell these are just repackaged as they don’t list any of the ingredients anywhere on the website, nor on the box you receive. Unsure on the legalities of this.
And finally the amount of plastic used is quite frankly shocking. The box contained 8 muffins, in 4 plastic cartons, vacuum sealed in plastic, with a plastic net wrapping the whole thing. All that single use plastic. For 8 horrid muffins.
DO NOT BUY anything from here. They are money grabbing scammers praying on the politeness of people accepting gifts from others to not ask the person who sent the gift to get their money back.
Support local bakeries who do these boxes, research before spending your money. Giftalicious sucks.

Good price and selection, and on time delivery

It was a gift for someone, I was impressed with the quality and packaging. Especially when your gifting someone you want them to get that first initial reaction, it did that, it was beautiful to look at and the items inside were of high quality. Also delivered on time.

The gift was delivered as expected and the staff on the ward raved about how delicious and light they were.

I will definatly buy again on a special occassion.

I ordered Large but items in the hamper were much smaller in size than advertised and pictured. So be Aware also my hamper had a white netting around it which although looked pretty, it meant the items weren't on show and this didn't suit the occasion I ordered it for.

The gift arrived the day after ordering (small exotic fruits) it was in a lovely strong presentation box suitable for man or lady.

The gift we bought was delivered on time as promised and great value for money

I ordered the medium size to send as a get well gift, it was delivered in very good time, seeing as I paid the extra amount for a faster delivery. The person I sent it to was very pleased with it. There was quite a variety of fresh fruit in which included a bottle of sparkling grape juice which they thoroughly enjoyed and have searched for some more, to find it's difficult to buy and quite expensive.I would recommend Giftalicious, it was my first time using them and will use them again.

Order placed on 30 June for delivery on the 3rd July for a birthday gift on the 4th July. Acknowledged & confirmed immediately by Giftalicous, Evri where expecting the order same day, but has only just been dispatched to them today (6th July), AND not expected for delivery until 9July according to Parcel2go. The delivery address has been shown incorrectly as Rose Mallow Cottage is NOT in Shop Lane. Extremely dubious that it will ever arrive or with edible muffins. A refund should be made.
