Good price and easy purchase and delivery.

So I recently reviewed this company and gave them one star. The company contacted me and I now have my boots so I am happy to change my star rating.
However I felt at no point the customer services man addressed an unhappy customer. He spent the whole time telling me in no uncertain terms why my review was wrong.
In my business experience you listen to your customers and don't lecture them. All was needed was so sorry you have not had the experience you expected and your boots will be with you tomorrow.
So maybe more training for your customer advisors and I would of gone from 2 star to 4.

Very efficient service and fast delivery. The product was on offer and the price very competitive. The product itself is perfect for my needs. I will return to this retailer.

I Order a Harkila Northfell Jacket from GBO and had an overall excellent experience. The jacket was dispatched the next working day (tracked) and arrived the day after. Great communication via email from GBO and was informed on its location every step of the way. I will certainly be shopping with GBO in the future. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Great value for what I ordered during Black Friday event. Emailed them to ask for an estimate of delivery date. Customer Services got back to me promptly and said my order had been dispatched. Order arrived next day. Cannot fault this company.

I'm not surprised nobody has claimed this company & answered any complaints, it's shocking. Another company that says items are in stock then attempts to source from elsewhere.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a gillet for my husband 12th May, as of 28th July it has not arrived. Contacted to request cancellation of order and refund. Rude customer service stated it will take 14 days to provide refund. It's a con, no bank transfer takes this long. Do not go near this company. If I could zero star them I would.

Updated 13th July - still no sign of a refund. Amazing that it takes a matter of minutes to take your money but months to admit as a company they are falsely advertising items on their website that they do not have access to and longer still to provide a refund.

Having placed an order on the 12th may, we are still awaiting a delivery. Each time we contact we are told there is a delay in the shipping and that we should receive it shortly. Phoned again today and told that 1 person is checking all the deliveries and that it should be despatched this week. Asked to cancel the order and get a refund of the money paid.I am told that it will take 14 days to refund on Paypal. When
I questioned this, he said it was 'company policy' Absolute rubbish. If I pay on Paypal, the money does not take 14 days to transfer. There is no reason why it should take 14 days to be returned. It just gives them 14 days to keep it in their bank account. So basically, they cant supply, cant tell you when you will get it, and will hang onto your money till they can be bothered to return it.

Well good customer service is only a click away, make sure you dont click this website.. they are rude.

I ordered some boots. They hadn't arrived after a few days so I ordered boots from elsewhere and emailed GB Outfitters to cancel. I received no response, and no boots. Over a month later and they haven't replied to any emails and won't take calls. No explanation on the website as to why they are ignoring their customers. I have been forced to claim against them via PayPal to get my money back.
