ordered boots in September its now mid November no boots no refund no answering of the phone. I have sent over 20 emails 1 response still no sign of the boots.
ABOLUTELY APPALLING

GBO are a small family business who work exceptionally hard to get their orders out on time, at this time they are experiencing some staff shortages making it difficult for them to be as efficient as normal, a mistake was made with my order, however this was rectified quickly and I received my correct order in only a few days. I will have no hesitation in using them again.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and have not received my order, or a response to my multiple enquiries to help resolve the issue

Do not order from this company I placed an order ages ago and no order has arrived no tracking iv emailed this company several times no response AT ALL so I can’t believe they have actually replied to a good review that someone has left if they can reply to reviews then why arnt they replying to emails when people have ordered goods disgusting Klarna that iv ordered through are now investigating this and I won’t lose money avoid at all costs a scam company no decent company treats thier customers this way avoid it’s a disgrace

It's a con your won't get anything you have paid for!! Owner saying he's been in hospital, what a prat! Stay away from this scum of a company, false company address and phone number and employee's leaving fake reviews! Better luck getting my review taken down next time

Ordered an item, no reply to emails , phone number doesnt work, trying to get a refund paid by paypal so hoping i can.

Company wrote to me after this review asking me to retract it or they wouldnt refund me for 14 days as was their contractual right or i could wait longer for paypal to refund me, what a delightful and professional (not) company.

Excellent customer service in a difficult time for them. I have found out they are small business and have a had some difficulties their end logistically through no fault of their own. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order but it was dealt with immediately and professionally and I will be using them again. Many thanks Nick

Terrible service, item still hasn't arrived, been order over a month now. It has been paid in full, and not cheap!
No reply via email, and phone line straight to answer service saying they are ill!

I’ve experienced the same issues as others are reporting, time ordered and paid for but then radio silence.

Emails not replied to, phone lines disconnected and the online chat isn’t actually that.

Bank is doing a charge-back because it’s been nearly a month since order was made.

Still haven’t heard anything from the store, instead of writing a response on here the store could have done something about my order. Bank has had to issue a chargeback but I need to wait another 30days

This joke of a company have contested my chargeback claim despite not having sent the items and have ignored all my attempts of making contact. Scam company

Absolute shocking company avoid like the plague.
If you want to pay for something and not receive item then this is the company to shop with, embarrassing customer service never reply to any emails or phone calls 😡

Order still not received, been waiting a month. Emailed the company countless times and received no response.

I ordered a pair of kids Hunter Wellies on their website as it worked out £10 cheaper than going through Hunters.
After 5 days I still hadn’t received a tracking number so chased my order. They were quick to reply fobbing me off about being a small company and shipping takes awhile (7-10days). After 7 days I emailed them again asking to cancel my order as it was taking so long. Received an automated response saying we will be in touch within 2 days. No reply. I chased them again asking for the order to be cancelled and still got no response.
So have just emailed them again. (I’ve ordered the same wellies direct through hunters and they arrived within 2 days)
Obviously a scam of a company and I would highly recommend avoiding. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Very helpful and good customer service

I bought a pair of boots which never arrived and it took a lot of chasing over five weeks to get a refund. The owner contacted me after five weeks and gave a full explanation of what seems to have been a genuinely exceptional set of circumstances and a refund has now been issued. Review therefore updated.

Warning Warning Warning would not recommend buying from these people. Communication is zero it takes over 2 months to get your item and over 2 weeks for your money back

Purchased a Minox monocular from this company. Very efficient customer service, rapid delivery and a top quality product that surpasses expectations. Payment was fast and secure.
