My order was shipped to the wrong address, I was told I had to wait for the package to deliver and then submit a claim with Old Navy. After days of trying to call and reroute my package, and waiting for the delivery to the wrong address, my lost package claim was denied - no refund with no reason or explanation. I lost $150 and have no package, they suggested I file a claim with my bank to receive a refund. After countless calls, submitting feedback to the Old Navy site I am left with nothing. I was an Old Navy customer for 25 years, I will never order from them again.

I went to the gap store in forest hills queens 3/15 /24. I spend approximately 40 minutes in the line waiting to cash my merchandise. I walked up the cashier when my time came and I ask her seen that I stayed so long in the line can I get a complimentary bag, she responded no. Can you believe the bag is 5 cents and I spend over $60. She identify herself as the manager. No wonder why everybody shops online because service sucks at the store. No good customer service. Because while they are cashing the customers they were also busy putting away clothes and hangers. Bad service!!!!

Najgorsze doświadczenie zakupowe życia. Towar złej jakości, zły rozmiar, kolor, krój i fatalna jakość. Zwrot kosmicznie utrudniony - na koszt klienta. Paczka oczywiście nie dotarła (mimo potwierdzenia odbioru na miejscu) - więc bez potwierdzenia na piśmie i z pieczątką od Prezydenta USA, Papieża i CIA zwrotu środków nie będzie - i widzę, że to ogólnie przyjęta strategia. Wstyd. Stanowczo odradzam. BE BETTER THAN GAP!!! - it’s so easy!

Good Morning,
This is very unfortunate. I just called customer service and was given the reason why I will not receive a refund or the item. Considering how much I order between Gap and Old Navy, to have the rare occasion when an item is missing from an order is not, in my opinion, excessive!! I am a loyal customer and cannot believe this is the reasoning for not insuring you keep a customer, or believe a customer, more importantly.
Again, look at my order history between these 2 brands and a few items missing compared to the hundreds of items ordered, again, is not excessive! If this is your policy, you then need to look at your process for packaging and shipping items to customers.

If I could have given 0 would have. Three washes and my hoodie track suit for home is bobbly. Gap used to be good quality. Last purchase they have gone the way of Z. Shame..
4 stars for the classics.
Gap gets the American basics right in many ways - great classic denim, khakis, and affordable button-downs for both work and weekends.
The quality isn't always superb but it's decent for the price point. Where they really shine is their sales - if you time it right you can get quality wardrobe staples at an absolute steal. The t-shirts and polos hold up nicely after multiple washes too.
Not a store I shop anymore
I have a Gap skirt from 12 years ago that still looks brand new and completely held up it's shape. Something I have purchased a month ago from GAP already looks like garbage. Terrible customer service, full of incompetent people that don't speak English. No thanks
Can’t unsubscribe from their emails - beware
Bought a single item from GAP on line. Now I’m being bombarded by 3 to 4 emails a day from gap and other stores owned by their parent. Keep un subscribing but it’s like playing wack-a-mole. I’m furious
BEWARE - Scam
Ordered a coat that did not fit. Returned it the next day by mail as there is no store in my province. They denied my return and sent it back and there was absolutely no reason for it. The coat was in brand new condition with tags attached. What a scam. There response was that they could send another return label to try again. Waste of time and money. Will never order again. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Porażka! Nigdy nie spotkałam się z czymś takim, ubrania fatalnej jakosci, niczym tanie podroby lub ubrania z bazaru.. Nie dość że sklep nie ma wymiany a zwrot jest na koszt zamawiającego i tylko przez Pocztę Polską to jeszcze czas oczekiwania na zwrot jest komiczny. 14 grudnia otrzymali zwrot do dnia dzisiejszego nie mam pieniędzy na koncie twierdzą, że paczka im się zagubiła i trzeba złożyć reklamację.. Naprawdę nie polecam tego sklepu.
Big assortment
The assortment here is pretty big, you can find clothes both for yourself, for your beloved ones.
Plus, discounts promoted by the brand are tasty, kinda.
They don't sell clothes of poor quality via discounts, just the one which turned out to be unclaimed for some reason, But even despite this fact, I sometimes find extremely fashinable clothes in sales section.
The one who seeks, always find what he needs eventually.
Good quality - Good prices. Just not great!
Gap is my go-to for timeless wardrobe basics like jeans and t-shirts at fair prices. However, inconsistencies in sizing and quality control are frustrating. I’ve purchased the exact same item that then fits drastically different. Some pieces pill quickly or feel cheaply made. When items do fit right and hold up, I get good use from them. But it’s hit or miss if Gap items make it beyond a season or two in my closet. A mediocre 3 stars for inexpensive basics that lack in quality and consistency.

Acquisto effettuato il 27 novembre, previsti in due tranches, la seconda non è mai arrivata.il servizio clienti non risponde al telefono e ho ricevuto dopo più di un mese e diversi solleciti via email una vaga risposta :chiederemo all ufficio competente l'emissione di una nota di credito. A tutt'ora nulla. Pessimo servizio, sconsiglio chiunque di effettuare acquisti online

Gap used no Vaseline
I purchased a top coat that caught my attention I was really looking forward to it . The shipping had said 7-9 business days so I proceeded to buy it .I had a certain day specific I wanted to wear this item .The day of receiving came and no order came through so as a concerned customer I log in to check my order it turns out it had been updated here I am a bit bummed out it is just a coat after all hmm I’ll perhaps give it some extra time until the next shipping date . Fast forward 1 week and a half and still no arrival of any package from Gap . I logged back in to check what had occurred and yet again my order got updated to a new date I’ve been patient this whole time gave it one more week . This day came where I decided to call customer support was a bit complex pressing 1 2 or 3 finding out how to reach a representative I finally was able to talk to one we spoke and the result was this man wanted me to return the item and he would help aid and repurchase the item for me hmmm here I thought for a quick second at the logic the representative had to fix the issue he said we will return the item and repurchase it ……………… I was took out by this response in my head here I was thinking why would I want to repurchase an item that’s already purchased and supposedly shipping out this would put me back in the exact same spot I’m in at this very moment. Extending my shipping and going through the whole buy again process I told the dude what I thought to him it seemed fine .I’ve wore Gap since I was a child a toddler so I still have a bit of calmness but any purchasing online I would highly recommend not to do unless you feel lonely and you want to talk to a representative about how unprofessional this whole process has been thank you to anyone who reads this review to end it I won’t be purchasing any gap anytime soon especially not online .

Ho effettuato un ordine sul sito gap-Italia. L’ordine è arrivato in due tranches, ma una felpa ha l’antitaccheggio attaccato, quindi risulta inutilizzabile. Il servizio clienti non risponde al telefono nè alle email e non è possibile effettuare il reso perché l’articolo non compare tra quelli selezionabili per il reso. Vergogna.
Impossibile fare un reso
Questi fanno pena! Un ordine del 26/11 viene consegnato in due tranches, di cui la seconda al 7/12. La vestibilità delle magliette è indecente: la M veste forse una L o XL. Tento di fare un reso on line, ma non si possono visualizzare e spuntare le magliette della seconda spedizione. Cerco di contattare il Customer Service e non esiste! Telefono staccato che dice di usare la chat on line, che non è attiva. Mando due e-mail e non risponde nessuno. Rivoglio i miei 103 euro!!
Don't buy organic at GAP
If you're looking for organic products, don't buy from GAP. Tags do not say 100% organic cotton and they are not certified GOTS. It is also super weird that all of their reviews on the official GAP FB page are for an investment/trading gig.
