Never purchase from GAP. Their return policy is only for 30 days. I purchased items for a trip to EU. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, the clothing arrived after I had already left. Upon my return (4 weeks later), I tried on the clothing and they were all too large. However, it was beyond their 30 day policy so I will now have to donate $160 of clothing to Goodwill.

Le soit disant service client au numéro 118412 c'est de l'arnaque. Après un temps d'attente, et demande d'information sur la personne qui appelle, on vous dirige vers le numéro 0142682044 ou 0153892300 et l'adresse mail "custserv@gap"... soit 2 numéro non attribué et une adresse mail bidon puisque personne ne répond. Voilà, reste plus qu'à faire opposition sur votre carte au plus vite et un dépôt de plainte perceval. Les voleurs ne chôment pas. Domage pour la marque.

I want you to know how the Gap agency in Flint helped me, how the agency helps people get to work,,,, After 18 years I lost my job, so I went to register at the Gap agency in Flint, where they gave me a job, they sent me to company for the production of plastic stations for Nissan cars, I was on induction for 2 hours and the manager of that company told me that I could start only from next week,,, so I returned to the agency and explained the situation, so they gave me a job for Wednesday and Thursday at the cereal company on Dissaide zone 2, I came to work and at 10.30 I received a text message from the agency Gap that I should call them, so I went out and called the agency and spoke to the manager Amy, she told me that from Thursday I'm starting in that factory for the production of railway stations, I told her that I'm not going there because I'm not interested in that kind of work, she started nervously asking me around about 5-7 miles away, why, why,,,,, she couldn't understand that I wasn't interested there go,,, THEN SHE TOLD ME THAT I DON'T HAVE A JOB AT THE CEREALS COMPANY ANYMORE ON THURSDAY BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED PEOPLE ANYMORE,,,, so Amy was upset that I wasn't going to work, where I didn't want to go, so she canceled Thursday because she was mad at me for not going there, SHE TOLD ME HERSELF ON THE PHONE THAT SHE NO LONGER HAS A JOB FOR ME ON THURSDAY HAVE,,,,,,,,,,, My experience in England is 17 years on Extruders setter,,,,,, Thank you......

the customer service people at Gap couldn't speak English that well, kept telling me that oh I cannot tell you why this problem cannot be solved, you can try placing order later on. and kept asking if you have any further questions? I will hang up. Jesus, I have never experience such a terrible customer service, you are not Chanel, please position yourself correctly.

Servizio resi pessimo. Contrariamente alla maggior parte degli eCommerce non e' possibile restituire il pacco attraverso un punto di raccolta, ma e' necessario che l'utente contatti il corriere SDA per programmare un ritiro. Gia' questo step sarebbe sufficiente per dare un giudizio basso, ma a questo si aggiunge la completa inaffidabilita' di SDA che nonostante le rassicurazioni non passa a raccogliere il pacco. Aspetto da tre giorni il ritiro ed ogni volta che richiamo vengo rassicurata sul fatto che il ritiro sta per avvenire.
Temo che per avere il rimborso dovro' decidermi a contattare un diverso corriere e pagare io stessa la spedizione.
Di certo non utilizzero' mai piu' l'eCommerce di GAP in futuro.

I purchased a hat from from Banana Republic the Gap Company from there online store they sent me a defective hat. I called customer service Friday night they stated I can return the hat or exchange at Banana Republic Tysons Corner Center VA. I arrived there on Saturday I found another hat with less defects the representative refused to exchange the hat for another hat with less defects.

I needed to return an item but I missed the deadline by one day and they wouldn’t allow me to send back. Very disappointed

Per due volte ho ordinato una felpa, per due volte non è mai arrivato nulla. Dovrebbero chiudere, pessimo negozio, pessimo servizio clienti. Una fregatura...non vi fidate, perché non arriva mai la merce.

I placed an order with Old Navy using my Gap card and when my order arrived, it was missing an item. I was charged for it so I called customer (dis)service and told to complete a form. I was denied and called in and told I had to file a dispute, so I did. It went dark and I rec'd a late charge on my card. They also then charged me an extra $39.95 on my card and I've spent over 5 hours dealing with this. All I get is out of country reps that barely speak english when I dial in. I am going to fight this til the end. Done with Gap altogether. Never again!

Very dishonest company. I will never buy from them or any of their affiliations and I hope they go out of business. They are probably close to going out of business which is why they have crooked practices and just steal peoples money. DO NOT SHOP AT GAP!

I ordered the same pair of pants 5 times within a 2 day period, 4 times online & once over the phone and all orders got cancelled per customer request??? I didn't cancel any of them!!! I have talked to customer service online and phone and can't get ANY ANSWERS AS TO WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING!!! I AM DONE WITH THEM!!!

Terrible Experience, Never Received My Order

I recently placed an order with GAP totaling $132.00, and unfortunately, it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with their customer service. Despite paying for my merchandise, I never received it.

Firstly, the shipping process was excruciatingly slow. Weeks went by, and there was still no sign of my package. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my situation.

After multiple attempts to track down my order, all I received were generic responses and empty promises of investigation. It's clear that GAP lacks the basic courtesy of keeping their customers informed and addressing their concerns promptly.

As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the lack of accountability is appalling. Not only did I not receive my merchandise, but GAP also failed to offer any compensation or resolution for the inconvenience caused.

I expected better from a company of GAP's reputation. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise against shopping with GAP if you value your time and money.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
