Dopiero po upomnieniu mailowym( minęło 14 dni kalendarzowych) - nagle pojawiła się informacja ze otrzymam zwrot środków - za 14 dni.
Lepiej omijać szerokim łukiem - brak szacunku do kupujących.

Rude employee didn't ask once if I needed help for me family. It took my ten minutes to get the employee off her phone to get any help .I had did all my family's back to school shopping at the Gap. Had $2,300 of items. Once I finally recieved help all the employee was worried about is how fast she could get back to her phone messages. She let me know all the clothes were nolonger on sale discount. I told her I never seen the fake sal3s ad and had more than enough to purchase anything they sale. Are shopping day just begun we had several other stores to visit.I will never shop the store again . Most of the clothes was out of date, the service was bad and the store sm3lt like a strong old lady perfume the kind that takes your breath away. It's a CHINA 🇨🇳 owned company. BLACK ROCK INC.

This really is a bad company. They have no morality when it comes to working with customers. I've repeatedly had issues with deliveries being made to the wrong address, and being lost. That happened 2 times last week. On the last shipment, they denied my claim, and sent me a report card (not kidding), showing that I had problematic returns, Yes! I have b/c they seem to be unable to deliver to my home. I went as far as to contact the delivery service ahead of the last shipment to ensure I would get the package, that did not work.

Toilettes dans un état lamentable, pas de serrure sur la porte des toilettes femme .. propreté totalement inacceptable je ne recommande pas ce lieu

Étoile je le ferai. Article pas conforme et ne parlons même pas si besoin de faire un retour il faut payer 12€, j’ai jamais vu ça en tout cas première et dernière fois en commande chez GAP

Great sale anc friendly employees

After paying my parcel I had to send it back (poor quality)- but I have found out, sending back is possible only on my expenses. This was one month ago, still waiting for my refund!

Nie polecam! Sklep jedna wielka pomyłka. Na zamówienie czekasz prawie 2 tygodnie a na zwrot pieniędzy miesiąc. Nie dość, że musisz na własny koszt odesłać towar lub oddać w sklepie to jeszcze nigdzie nie informują, że nie wystarczy zwrócić towar w sklepie, żeby odzyskać pieniądze tylko sklep jeszcze musi wysłać to do magazynu i jak magazyn potwierdzi że otrzymał przesyłkę to dopiero mają 2 tygodnie na zwrot pieniędzy. Czyli tak naprawdę możesz czekać 2 miesiące bo nie wiesz ile razy sklep wysyła towar do magazynu. Rażąco łamią Prawo Konsumenta. Omijać z daleka! Obsługa Klienta to jakaś masakra!!!!!

Hice una devolución de un pedido a la dirección del almacén logístico que me indicaron en el email de devolución aceptada y dicen que no ha llegado el paquete y no me me hacen el reembolso del pedido que he devuelto. Además que el servicio de atención al cliente es verdareramente desagradable.

Niestety nie polecam. Raczej nie wystawiam negatywnych opinii, ale tutaj nie moge inaczej. Wyslano mi bluze w zlym kolorze. Zglosilem sie z prosba o wymiane. Zostalem poinformowany, ze mimo ze jest to blad firmy nie moga mi wymienic bluzy. Przedstwili procedure zwrotu i poinformowano, ze moge zanowic sobie bluze jako nowe zamowienie. Jak zobaczylem ta procedure to na sam widok mi sie odechcialo. Kontakt z obsluga bardzo slaby - po kontakcie na infolinie dostalem informacje, ze osoba zajmujaxa sie sprawa oddzwoni. Nigdy tego nie zrobila, a mailowo odpowiadala w taki sposob, ze chetnie pokazalby. screeny.

Buty GAP kupione w CCC. Z pozoru wygodne i trwałe. Niestety podeszwa robiona jak w chińskich trampkach z temu, taka kratka z plastiku. Mam 185 cm wzrostu i ważę 105 kg. Buty dosłownie zapadły się na piętach, tani plastik polamał się. Masakra. Przy zakupie nie sposób tego sprawdzić bo wkładka jest przyklejona i sprawia wrażenie miękkiej gąbki.

Desde la compra hasta el cambio de envío de paquetería. Me regalaron una tarjeta regalo ( creo que lo hicieron para putearme y ponerme de los nervios) compres dos sudaderas y solo tenía que pagar el envío a domicilio 8,99€ escogí DHL porque MRW es un desastre, y resulta que pon envían por MRW y dicen que han venido dos veces a casa, manda un SMS con un enlace, en el cual ya no te da opción de re programar, llame y me dicen que tengo que ir a recogerlo a las oficinas de MRW y que pasa con los 8,99€.
PD: estoy de baja médica no puedo salir de casa por motivos de movilidad, he estado en casa.

I purchased 5 items on Nov 30. Got an email stating my items would be delayed on Dec 4. I waited as it’s a busy time of year. Nothing arrived and my shipping info status has not changed in one month. I called on Jan 2 and customer services explained that the item had been lost but as I had not called within 30 days I would not receive a refund (not even store credit, which I would have declined). I had no communications from Gap about this since the email about the delay. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge. It’s a complete joke.

Sweat dont la couleur ne ressemble pas du tout à celle sur la photo sur leur site, la qualité n'est pas au RDV.
Mais si il n'y avait que cela comme problème ... la cerise sur le gâteau, les retours sont à notre charge, retour envoyé le 12/12 et toujours pas de remboursement, car le colis est à disposition depuis le 17/12 et personne semble vouloir valider la réception.
Première et dernière expérience avec cette marque.

GAP is now a total let down. There is new management and the change is painful. The style and quality of clothing, especially their underwear has gone backwards, while paying more. Highly disappointed, as I have been a customer with GAP for more than 20 years

Was a loyal customer till someone stole my CC info and bought stuff from GAP online. Was notified bc shipping address was diff from billing (my address). Called GAP customer service right away (within minutes) of catching that thieving woman (I have her name and her address) GAP would NOT cancel that order!! Minutes after fradulant purchase they would not cancel. I will NEVER shop on their website again.
