I am new to skateboarding, I am a snowboarder though. I bought the bamboo gtr all terrain a couple weeks ago. I am so happy with the purchase. The board has met all my expectations. It is responsive and easy to control. I have been out everyday riding all around brisbane having the best time. Customer service with evolve has also been really amazing, quick and super helpful as i did have a couple questions about the app on your phone to customise speeds etc.

I got a GTR Carbon All Terrain, unreal, awesome 🤙🏻. Great experience all round and super quick delivery. And I picked it up straight away, very easy to ride!

Gtr arrived from evolve UK. It really is in the details. Quality, customer service, packaging and the bloody case holding everything even the charge and cable. I can not fault it what so ever! I own a motorcycle design and manufacture company and this is the kind of company I respect admire. Top work guys. Huge respect for Mat and Kev at evolve too for keeping my GT going.

I bought my bamboo GTR after watching a guy carving on the Gold Coast. I surf, but i'm not really a skater so i wasnt sure how id go. In short, its one of the best purchases i've ever made! So much fun! It's only been 3 weeks, but i'm already starting to carve really tight turns on grass. At 52yo its also helping to loosen up my hips, and i reckon my surfing has improved too!
Am i allowed to say my teens love it too?!

Excellent board. Long battery life. And being a first time e board rider i would suggest purchasing the bushing kit with the board to stiffen it for your learning experience. And support is excellent. I recived my board with the wrong charging plug. And we’re sent the correct one within a couple of days. Keep it up.

I have an Evolve Stoke and I love it. I am giving Evolve a 1 star review because they don't post critical reviews on their website, which is just dishonest. But for that, I'd be giving them 3 stars, and deducting 2 because of their outrageous price-gouging.
The boards are pricy, but that's fine. You know the price when you buy. But I dropped the controller on the floor one day and it smashed so I had to replace it. The price? $170 with tax!
So you spend $1k on a board, they know they have you as a customer regardless, and then you accidentally knock the controller off the table and they gouge you for another $170?? Absolutely disgusting.

Started off with a few different boards before buying an evolve gtx and then upgraded to a Gtr bamboo. Ridden over 2000 miles on my gtr this year alone. Never had any major problem with there boards or remotes. Remote does need to be re-calibrated if you drop it or come off. Customer service is spot on in the UK and there is a massive community of evolve owners that love these boards.

Evolve doesn't stand by their products. I had my bamboo GTX for less than a year and all of a sudden, the battery has really high voltage drops. I contacted evolve and all they can say is ship the board to us and pay us to see whats wrong with it. They made it seem like it was my fault when i never rode in the rain, always kept my board clean and always charged it appropriately. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They claim they're premium boards with their advertisements but they are garbage after a year and customer service only helps to fix your board if you pay them, regardless if your board was a defect one. Find another company that takes care of their customers well out after purchasing their products.

While initially I was very impressed by the Evolve Skateboard ( I have the Carbon GTR 2-in-1),
after a couple months the defects on the manufacturer's part started to affect my overall ride and skate experience.
The trouble seems to be with the remote's connection to the board. I have gone through two remotes, the first one being defective and having to resilience to falls, and the second outright disconnecting me from the board and throwing me. I have heard the claims Evolve has made, speculating that is is the fault of the rider, this is not the case. I have been riding for over 30 years and am not a novice by any means. This error is on the part of the producers.
I make a point of not having my thumb rest on the brake, as I have been thrown quite a few times now.
At a speed of 30km/h, this $2000 - $3000 board should not brake randomly.
The fun doesn't last. Don't be fooled. The customer service is nil, and this has been said many times by other Evolve users.
Buyer's beware.

This company is terrible from a customer service and product quality standpoint. For $2K the board shouldn’t arrive out of box broken. The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable...this company should not be around anymore. I really hope what happened to Boosted happens to these guys. I’ve never wanted something so bad to happen to a company before this.

I have a bamboo gtr, not even 5 months old. And its broken. My remote has stopped working. And customer service is non existent. They will try to convince you that all the problems are your fault and to pay them more money and they will fix the stuff for you. They dont offer a warranty for their $2000 product because they know ots garbage. Do not give this bs company any of your money. They deserve to go under.

My evolve bamboo is less than 2 months old I have had issue after issue and the worst customer service you could imagine. From the best covers wearing my belts away after the first ride evolve told me to just ride it without belt covers ? Like what ? Then there R2 remote died on me and they want to charge me 80$ to fix it ? Now I have a motor making a grinding noise and not running smooth that one motor stops while the other one still rolls I haven’t even rode this board 5 times . The sad part is I wanted to switch to the at model the second day I got it and Andrew at evolve USA told me I couldn’t but I could buy the at kit at 15% off there return policy is lies be careful theyscrewed me they will screw you too the biggest waste of 1800 dollars I recommend looking else where the customer service and lack of a actual warranty or support will
Just make you feel ripped off and you will be in the same situation as me thanks evolve 👍🏻

Bought a Carbon GT just over 12 months ago, board has barely done 50km in 12 months.... motor controller blows up 1 week after twelve months... $199 to replace, don’t waste your money on this rubbish.
Service and support was actually 5 star, quality and longevity of product is poor however.

Bought a GTR Carbon Skateboard about a month ago. Had to adjust the belt, and due to "lock tight" managed to strip one of of the bolts to the motor.
Contacted evolve, who sent out a new motor under warranty the very next day. Two days later it was at my doorstep. New motor on the board 10 minutes later, as good as new.
I would HIGHLY recommend the GTR to anyone considering it. I use it for commuting to/from work and look forward to it every day. Then on my days off my housemate (who has the GTR Bamboo and loves it) and I go for a skate just for fun, or to the pub for a beer.
This is an amazing Australian company who sell a premium product and provide after sales service that is second to none.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Keep up the great work Evolve.

I bought a Carbon GT Skateboard in 2016. The deck cracked in the first 2 weeks from regular use on pavement. Evole did not want to warranty it but after I persisted they finally relented and did warranty it. Why I had to pester them to get them to cover this is beyond me.
3 years later my remote dies, and there's no warranty so I bought the new "improved" remote. This remote broke within the year. Its bluetooth transmitter died. This is a known issue online that many people complain about. It should be recalled because it is a safety issue on hills. (waiting to see this lawsuit, lol)
They know this, and yet refused to warranty it. Now I am stuck buying another remote even though I know it will have the same issue in a year.
I would NEVER buy a product from this shady-A@# company ever again.
Nice reply..... i already contacted you and there is no warranty on a component that should be recalled. I had a professional small electroics guy look at it and he said its a faulty bluetooth transmitter. This is a 2019 remote and it broke.... so i guess thats not improved yet. Fix your remotes before you get sued!
You need to do better than that lame reply. Send me parts to fix my remote.... any other reply is a waste of your reply and everyones time.

Bought the GTR Carbon and after 10km of riding it now won’t switch on.
Went to return it to repair what is probably just a faulty switch on a Friday afternoon and the place is shut due to a “team building” afternoon. So now looks like another weekend where I have an expensive toy sitting that can’t be used.

Love my board that my husband bought for my birthday! Very torquey and exciting to ride. Always look forward to sunny days to take it out for a spin.
Easily the best all round ESK8/PEV that is available on the market today. Not only can you easily go off road wherever need be, but if you want to change to street wheels, you can within an ease of 10 minutes! Shred and slide as you would, this board is built for it! Would recommend to anyone.
