My issue is this.
The people that work for this company are extremely young and lack any type of After care sales and real bad communication. The reason for this, is because it is not their company and they get paid regardless of how they treat you. They are meant to be representing the company and they fail miserably.
I have been asking the same question over and over again about the Halloween Skateboard event. Yes it's 15 miles, I heard you the first, second and third time! So how does this include Stoke board owners, when they can only do 10 miles ???? It doesn't does it! Make it clear that Stokes are not welcome or cannot partake in the event! Don’t just generate a flyer and let us build our hopes up, then crush them with this 15 mile Minutia.
I asked them where can i meet up so that i can join the fun and be part of this so called family? (Which is a joke and you took that phrase from us, when you have no clue what it means) You take our stuff, water it down and then change the meaning of it)
Do you know what family means? It means, everybody is welcome and each one teach one. So when a new member joins and you brag about being some )*(&(& family, it means nothing.
You are fake and have no clue of what you are offering. You are terrain board elite and snobs.
I asked the same question, and got the same answer. You cannot go on this Halloween ride with this lot, they don't give a mint about you. They are selfish and out for their own enjoyment. Tell me this. How are you going to organise a Halloween event and exclude Stoke boards??? if you did 8 miles, 4 miles there and 4 miles back, that would be ample distance, and then EVERYONE really would be welcome wouldn't they????????
I spent Over £1000 for the board, helmet, gloves, lights etc, just to be excluded from the group. I wanted to meet like minded people because my mental health has taken a drop. I just want to be around others, it’s just me then. Maybe it’s because I’’m a woman and they don’t want us making them lag, I really don’t know their reasoning. I thought it was because of my background but luckily i saw the reviews and realises, no, they are just -----

So i will not be coming on the ride as no one wants to pull their finger out and just tell me at what point i can join up, so that i don't kill my battery and have enough to get home. Just a simple question. I've asked in an email, Facebook and Messenger and get the same generic responses. Only one person responded to me and made me feel like I was welcome and told me about other rides. I wouldn’t want to come after I’ve left this review anyway. I’ll be branded with the pointed finger. “That’s the one that wrote to Jeff Anning” That’s how people are, they take constructive criticism, personally and not objectively cause they don’t own the company. Watch how they learn when the start their own company and realise that the importance of after sales. They’ll learn.
So i will now be forwarding my complaint to the owner and founder of Evolve, Jeff Anning. I'm going to copy and paste my correspondence from the UK team and let him know how people are running his UK department. You probably worked up the wrong one this time. I'm so disappointed with you guys. I want nothing to do with your 'Family' or social media. And when my page grows, and it will, trust me on this, I will NOT be recommending your branch in E15 East Bay. I’m done with you. Next stop, Jeff Anning.

If I complain then you know I’m really pi**ed. Nothing you can say will make me feel better. You are clearly excluding us with this stupid 15 mile Minutia. Why would you make an annual event of this nature 15 miles? Just the nature of the event, it should be applicable to EVERYONE, but no, you’re Skateboard ignorant and I am unhappy that I have put money in your pockets. I have both the Hadean carbon and Hadean Bamboo and I am just obsessed with riding them. Nothing pisses me of more than waking up to find out it's raining; means I have to take the tube or cycle to work.
Tube tabes me 30 mins- cycling take 20 - Hadean takes me 12 mins!
it's like riding the future- the design is spectacular, the ride quality is so intuitive and forgiving.
if I had to write a review after a week of ownership, would've given a 1 star review cause I kept falling on my.. that's the beauty of these boards- you're always learning and honing your skills and find something rewarding to get a buzz out of during every trip .
can't think of anything better to spend £2k on!!!
They have the best after sales services ever. I had an issue with the transportation (my fault) and they didn´t stop until they had it solved for me. Thanks!!!
The skate is so much fun to ride, by far the best e-skate i have ever tried.

Billy and Jack were great sales agents not pushy at all and just gave me all the info I need to make my own informed decision.
I purchased a set of prisum lights in October and they are now faulty these have been used twice and clearly not correct but being told they are damaged
I then purchased another lots of accessories in December, after 2 weeks of no delivery or contact I phoned the store to find my order there with notes advicing incomplete but no one bothered contacting me, still waiting for one item to be sent out from the middel of December, great product appuling customer service

These are world class boards make no mistake about it but the fragility of the remotes makes them unfit for purpose.
At £115 each constantly replacing them is not sustainable.
I've had two break so far and not dropped one yet.
Today 10 miles into a ride it just stopped working, the brake switch became inoperable which shorts the whole remote presumably and rightly so for safety.
Long walk back to the car.
The spring on the brake switch had dislodged, took it apart to put back on and the screen is bleeding when re assembled, along with the screen from my other I had taken apart to identify the fault.
This is on a remote no more than 6 months old, bought to replace one that had done exactly the same.
Please do your research into other available brands without these remote issues.
YYSS are fantastic, Meebo and Trampa all appear to have superior quality equipment.
2 Bamboo GTR for sale and a Carbon, will be supplied with brand new remotes, bought as my last ever purchase from Evolve.

Bought the carbon GT new they were great to deal with. It’s Stil like new. That is because the battery is fried. Sent it to them. 70bucks to send and test.. unable to repair or replace, something along the lines of availability/stock issues globally. $70 to return item. As I need the bms which is attached to the battery.(They pattern there own).. but meanwhile there still selling new boards with new batteries to new customers.. Batteries have been obsalete for a very long time.. 2.5k board collecting house dust..
I would suggest team if you don’t have the ability to repair your products (batteries) in your own workshop. have a tech 3rd party technician that you trust A. Send it too then or B. Give your customers there contact details
it's really sad that such a big company is not able to offer spare parts... if you look an there website 80% is sold out... and this over 3 months right now....

My evolve skateboard was randomly braking and accelerating. Very dangerous. luckily I was not seriously injured. Evolve and the electric bike company in Perth verbally denied me a refund on the board on numerous occasions even after explaining the seriousness of the fault.
I explained to an evolve employee that I use the board to get to and from work and would have no form of transport if I sent it for repairs, so requested a temporary board to use in the meantime. I was denied a temporary board and was told to catch an uber lol. the board was $3k so I expected more from this company in terms of quality and customer service.
I was only granted a refund when I send a formal email with reference to the consumer's guarantee act. This purchase wasted a lot of my time and energy. I was lucky to get my money back through persistence and contacting the correct individual from evolve.
The board was fun at the time however not worth it in hindsight.

After reading the reviews and seeing a lot of complaints on after sales and the product failing, will evolve be improving the motors so they last longer and are protected from dirt, water and dust. Will the warranty improve to replace motors with no fuss? It’s a shame but without this I’m not sure I can buy

Back in December I bought my AT GTR Carbon from a skateshop while my car was getting repaired, using it to commute to work and back. I've found myself prefering to skateboard around since nearly 5 months later and despite being pretty rough with it occasionally it's holding up awesome. Nothing has gone wrong and battery seems to be as good as the day I got it.
The Regen brakes pull me up quick, the tyres are still in great shape since I rarely slide it out. I really couldn't be happier with it.
Used the motor guard to fix a rear bike flasher, hook a helmet light onto my hip and early morning rides with minimal traffic are fun as.
Doing regular tyre pressure checks, light tighten of the wheel nuts, drained battery down completely to calibrate the battery meter, that's about all the maintenance I've had to do. Just a great product 👍

Firstly it's my second evolve in 5 years ,first a gtx,still running strong,
Evolved customer care back then was great,best service I've experienced with any purchase.
For that reason I purchased a early Hedean,not with out it's set backs as was recalled twice,again I mention C stoner care ,this time they went above and beyond for many a Hedean rider
The Hedean is super easy to ride ,smooth ,fast, agile and reliable ,
If your capable of riding a skateboard the Hedean is for you ,have fun ,pad. Up

A company that stand by it's customer and product is rare these days and I can definately say Evolve have been doing just that in the past 3 years I've been using their products. A few minor hiccups here and there which were resolved easily and everything else has been nothing but amazing. The board, the community, the events and the awesome videos and support. 5 starts!

The Stoke from evolve is just a carving rocket 🚀. I wanted the Stoke because I was looking for an ESk8 that was close to a skateboard. The Stoke is it you can throw it around like a skateboard I enjoy the looks on peoples faces when you take off and pop a wheelie I can also travel ( travel friendly battery) with it so now I can explore destinations by a Esk8 The best distance I have had out of a battery is 16km which is crazy given it’s not even half the size of a GTR battery. Under my normal riding I get about 12-13kms It only takes about an hour to recharge it to about 90% If your commutes are about 10km on smooth roads or concrete then this little pocket rocket is for you.

I am an old guy, almost as old as dirt, and I needed to introduce some fun back into my life since the world seems to be turning to sh#t around me. I also live more than an hour from the surf so that is not a straightforward deal what with all the crowded surf spots and traffic. I bought the Bamboo Hadean so I can surf the city, and carve up the local parks, paths, roads, and bike lanes, and I have to tell you these boards are carving machines. They are also a great workout for your legs, ride this baby for an hour or more and you can feel it. So, yes get one, buy a helmet and some wrist guards, and go out and put a smile on your face.
