Exemplary service!
Bought a Veto bag but unfortunately too small. No hassle return and purchased a larger bag. Great customer service from Kathryn Harris. Exceeded my expectations; will not hesitate to buy from Epicair in future.

My order was delivered promptly. I ordered the wrong part and the company immediately, on my phone call, arranged delivery of the correct part, which arrived on the requested day, and a refund of the difference. What great service.

Had a problem which was promptly resolved.
EDIT - Had an issue with product information and how many filters would arrive in a pack.
I was called by the team and offered a solution to the problem and was given some advice regarding filters for my MHVR.
Thanks for the quick solution.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I made an error on purchase of a veto bag and Kathryn went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Dispatching the correct part at no additional expense to me and keeping me updated on the process. Very happy with the product.
