Shower screen was the cheapest piece of rubbish I've ever fitted. For the money it cost.

Bought the gun metal shower glass from this company and service and delivery was great!
The shower glass is finally installed and looks amazing.
Would highly recommend this company for your shower glass.

Ordered a shower enclosure which was delivered swiftly. Product is very good quality and compares well with other providers ‘ offerings at greater cost. This is the second shower I have bought from this outlet which reflects my customer satisfaction.

Delivery was very quick. I ordered a vanity unit when on first inspection seemed excellent. Fully assembled when delivered except for the drawer handles. When at the point of fixing the handles to the drawer the pre drilled hole was not only in the wrong place but there was only one hole, where each handle had 2 holes. Also no screws were provided.
When raiding this with customer service, I was advised to just ask the plumber to drill another two holes in the drawer. They also sent out 4 screws.
We then had to fix the handles ourselves which was not a big deal but not great.
Now the bottom drawer seems to keep coming off the runners,
TBH I’m not 100% satisfied but get the impression that they don’t really care.

I ordered a bath, as the one I'd previously ordered from another company was broken.
I placed the order on a Wednesday for next day delivery but missed the cut of time, so it was agreed to deliver the new bath on the Friday.
Friday an hour past the agreed delivery schedule, I was called and advised they couldn't deliver the bath as the van had been involved in an accident. I had the plumber there waiting for the bath and now unable to install it. I asked where the Van was as I considered going and collecting the bath. The lady went back and then came back and said she wasn't sure where the van had broken down. I then asked her if it had broken down or been involved in an accident. She was fluffing and I told her I didn't believe what she was telling me.
I phoned Royal Bathrooms as I was annoyed that I felt they weren't being honest with me and now I'd have to pay more for the plumber.
The gentleman wasn't helpful and wasn't interested in how this had impacted me and the extra cost I'd now have to incur.

The ordering process was intuitive and simple. Once order placed the communication on progress of order was great and I was updated through out. The order arrived within 5 days of placing it. Brilliant company, highly recommend!

Whilst the process of ordering. delivery etc. were fine I was disappointed with the product. Although the shower cubicle was of a reasonable standard sadly the cubicle was to small for my shower tray. I have been a builder/plumber for 50 years and have rechecked the size of my tray and I have not made a mistake. The cubicle was to fit a 760mm tray but was 30mm to small.
With my building experiance I was able to salvage wall sections from my previous cubicle and adapt the new cubicle to fit with a satisfactory outcome but not an ideal situation. A person with no expetiance would have a problem explaing this to the supplier.

I only fitted this last week hence delay in feedback.

If I could give Royal Bathrooms zero stars, I would. I paid for next day delivery last week and still haven’t received my package, which was crucial to finishing my bathroom project on time.

This has been an absolute joke from start to finish. What’s the point in offering next day delivery if you clearly have no ability to actually fulfil it? I’ve been left completely in the dark with no meaningful updates, no accountability, and no sense that anyone at this company has even the slightest idea of what they’re doing.

Trying to get information has been equally frustrating — customer service is not only unresponsive at times, but when you do get through, they are rude and argumentative. I was constantly interrupted, spoken over, and met with a dismissive attitude instead of any genuine attempt to help. There was zero accountability taken and absolutely no effort to offer a solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

To make matters worse, the courier, DHL, is the worst delivery service I have ever used. Their app is completely useless, filled with stale, meaningless status updates that don’t reflect reality. There is no flexibility, no real attempt to redeliver, and unbelievably, at times they don’t even seem to recognise their own tracking number. It’s honestly baffling how such a broken system is still in operation.

It feels like once they’ve taken your money, they couldn’t care less about what happens next.

Because of this delay, my entire project has been thrown off schedule, costing me time, money, and unnecessary stress — all of which could have been avoided if Royal Bathrooms were even remotely competent.

UPDATE: Just when I thought this situation couldn’t get any worse, the bath side finally arrived — only for it to be so badly damaged that it was completely unusable. At that point, it genuinely crossed from frustrating into unbelievable. After all the delays, the poor communication, and the stress already caused, to then receive a product in that condition is beyond unacceptable. The level of incompetence required for something like this is staggering.

The shock and disbelief of opening the package to find it in such a state is hard to overstate. This wasn’t a minor defect — it rendered the item worthless and has completely derailed my project even further, causing even more delay, disruption, and inconvenience.

Honestly, I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to think twice. If you value reliability, communication, or basic professionalism, look elsewhere — this company fails on all fronts.
