Epicair Ltd Anmeldelser

I’ve brought off Epicair a few time now and on every occasion they have delivered my goods very quickly and without any problems. Also the product I purchased was really good quality.
Thank you!!

Kathryn Harris was incredibly helpful in getting what I needed sorted out.

Good comms on supply issues and promptly delivered once available.

Product was not available initially and was advised of this. Product eventually delivered as soon as stock was available. This is what you would expect but, these days, sadly, reliability has become the exception.

Such a amazing company and top service.
Rung me to say that a promotion was starting a day after my order so if I waited a extra day I would receive the promotion free tool bag which I though was amazing.

The entire process from start to finish was an example of great service, especially compared to other suppliers. Straightforward emails at each stage giving delivery estimates, then times with a speedy arrival as well. Would thoroughly recommend

By chance I stumbled on the proper UK stockist for VETO Pro Pac. Great service

Good delivery ! good feedback
highly recommended

item in stock - delivered on time as expected, quality of product excellent as expected , and has been on past purchases , and no doubt will be on future purchases

Quick delivery - genuine filter. Although it was a few quids expensive than from Titon.

Es war eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung, bei dem Bezahlsystem besteht noch Luft nach oben.
Wenn man mit jedem Zahlungssystem bezahlen könnte wäre es PERFEKT gewesen.

Quality products, fantastic delivery system

Generally impressed with your service but unfortunately due to Vent-Axia upgrading their equipment and not maintaining interchangeability of fan filter's between pre and post upgrade the supplied filter's (2 off), do not fit.
Also helpful advise forth coming from Kathryn Harris on the 01/02/2023.

Great service and a special thank to Kathryn for sorting out a replacement bag so quickly.

The customer service reps are helpful and and pleasant. On the two occasions I have had to contact them, they have dealt with the two separate issues promptly.

Speedy delivery, good communication.

What I ordered wasn’t right (my fault) and epicair was understanding and organised a delivery and pickup service free of charge.

Price matched another site and even sent a free bottle opener.
Delivery was fast and email response was quick. Highly recommend
Thank you Anna

The package took a bit to be delivered (about two weeks from the time of order) and it had a different product number than what I ordered, but it seems to be interchangeable with the one I ordered because it fits in the VentAxia just fine. I appreciated the email reminder to re-order, so will keep using EpicAir.
