Everything fits in, waterproof and stable, the bag is easy to open and easy to carry. The distributor in Europe is Epicair Ltd. This company was a very positive experience for me with excellent service and shipping. You pay customs duty, but that's how you order and get what you need. Highly Recommended!

Looking for a warranty claim on a Veto tool bag. The should strap had worn where it sits on the shoulder. I had left 3 messages (with the reception service they have) before finally someone called back. A bit of an inconvenience on a premium product and disappointing service. At the same time I asked to buy a technicians backpack, so I have the items name. The person then asked if I would like to buy online or via the phone. Well I was already on the phone....so maybe do 2 birds with one stone. If only, they asked for the product details again...

I seemed to be an inconvenience so I guess I will get the product elsewhere.

It’s easy to satisfy a customer when everything is running smoothly. A company really shows it true colours when there are problems to be handled. I had an issue with my Veto bag and the customer service was flawless. Kathryn Harris dealt with my issue and I could not be happier with the service. She was fast in replying to emails and it always felt like customer experience was a high priority. Will definitely be using EpicAir again.

Really good communication. Delivery took a little longer than advertised, but they let me know this and was able to chose delivery window that suited. Products were well packaged and good quality.

Received product without manual and wire connector missing.

I chose Epicair to purchase filters as they were not available directly from manufacturer. I was a bit worried as description kept repeating it was a genuine item, but decided to give it a go.

Original filters arrived in expected time frame.

It was a bit pricey purchase as time was important and I paid extra for quicker delivery. I am not sure how much difference this made, however I could not risk delays.

Throughout the process Epicair kept me informed about the progress of the order.
