Alles kwam in goede staat aan, pakket deed er 13 dagen over. Maar nu kunnen we genieten van o.a brintapap.

Never buy from this company. Never respond any emails. No tracking number was given. Very bad customer service. Ordered the formula since 06/23. It’s been two weeks and nothing.

alle producten waren zeer goed verpakt en zijn heel aangekomen, er ontbraken enkele producten, maar deze zijn nabezorgd, we kunnen nu genieten van Nederlandse en Belgische producten

Heel fijne ervaringen met dit bedrijf. Bestel al jaren met veel plezier. Altijd op tijd, verpakkingen zijn uitstekend, kortom ik ga er zeker nog meerdere keren van gebruik maken.

Good and quite fast service. I placed an order on 30 of May and received the goods 7 days later. Best thing is that i finally have my source for Dutch delicacies !

Stay away from this company otherwise you will not receive everything you purchased and would be called a thief and a liar. I purchased 30 bottles of Karvan Cevitan. I received 28 bottles and contacted them on the very same day. I even sent them every possible picture you can think of, most importantly the weight of each box which they sent. It said 14.5kg x 2 boxes giving a total of 29kg. Each bottle weighs over 1kg so basic maths will confirm that without any boxing & packing the bottles alone weigh over 30kg. Added to that each bottle was individually bubble wrapped placed in a sealed plastic bag, all placed in a box able to hold this weight with two pieces of thick Styrofoam on both the top and bottom before being sealed. But after some rather stupid emails from a lady called Sophie, I got a message telling me that I was a thief and a liar but as she wasn't interested in getting into it, she was refunding me for my 2 bottles. Take from that what you will.
After reading their reply saying I got all bottle in packaging that weighed far less than it should with the right order meaning I can't count, their office can't weigh and the courier like to receive less money for their courier services. Nothing to do with them! Customer services 0%. I would have preferred my full order but I would have been happy with a refund which did not include being called a thief and a liar and explained how I was 2 bottles down and the weight was less than it should have been. Happy to include the weight evidence so you can all see how this company operates.

Mamas be aware this seller ships a formula close to expiration date. I ordered Hipp UK in February, received beginning of March and formula expiration date is May 19.Their customer service didn’t notify me about expiration date I think it would be reasonable to avoid this situation and the formula wasn’t on sale( paid regular price). I discovered late May 21 cause Who could think I have 2,5 months to use all 4 large boxes of the formula. Emailing back in forth with this company they said I could contacted them as soon I received my package I could send them the formula back to get a refund ( shipping cost on my expenses as per email) so they could resell the formula to other costumers. What about other customers and what are they going to do with pretty much expired formula??? Now nothing they can do. Very frustrating especially when you are trying to plan ahead. I ordered only 4 boxes but if you placed order for bigger quantity. No way I could return this formula cause the shipping cost to send back to them is 200$ from Canada. This experience costs me about $200 and a lot of wasted time. It is a lot for not working mama.

Terrible! Terrible! Ordered my baby formula on the 18th of May and today May 30th nothing has arrived!
Paid $70 for 2-day shipping and nothing!
Don’t order or buy anything from this place!

With this stressful time of a formula shortage I am understanding there are issues.

Was very lucky to find Loulouka formula on their website. Arrived today neatly packed and sealed.

Would recommend them in this difficult time of finding formula anywhere.

Heb al 2 keer besteld.En ben zeer tevreden over snelle levering.Binnen 4 dagen goed bevroren aangeleverd.
Ook andere hollanders hier vonden het prettig dat men alle spullen zo kunnen bestellen die ze hier niet kunnen krijgen.
ook zij gingen dat nu doen.

Snel en makkelijk, heb veel besteld bij dutch expat shop van snack tot aan bevroren producten, alles kwam snel (binnen 5 werkdagen) binnen en perfect ingepakt en helemaal niet gesmolten of nat. Er miste 1 product maar nadat ik het had aangegeven kreeg ik per direct me geld terug. Ga zeker nog eens bestellen.

Ik heb bij een aantal bedrijven Nederlandse producten besteld en de beslissing om de Dutch Expat Shop te proberen is heel duidelijk de allerbeste gebleken. Alles in perfecte conditie en supersnel ontvangen!
