I ordered a large, flameless candle. It took three weeks to receive it. When I finally did, right off, it didnt work. At first they told me right away they would replace. Then I got emails asking me to send a photo which I did. But how do you see that an item doesn't work when turned on? It was a stupid request. Then they wanted a video showing inserting new batteries and turning it on. So they saw it didnt work and they sent me a smaller version of the one I purchased which of course cost less as my replac ement! When I notified them of their error they said to keep both items and they would give me a 40% refund. We have exchanged several emails. I do not want to keep an item that never worked a nd another that I didnt order. and dont like. I asked for a shipping label so I could return them but the refused saying I has to pay the shipping costs to receive a full refund. I hardly think that's fair since they are at fault for the mistakes. The best resolution they have offered is a 70% refund. Again, that is for an item that didnt work from the get-go and for an item i didn't order and dont like or want. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered the Serenova™ Rotating Zirconia Spinner Ring. It’s such a beautiful ring, but when it arrived, it was too small. I quickly contacted customer service who was extremely accommodating. They were very responsive and said I could keep the ring and they would in addition send a larger size. Exceptional customer service indeed.

I ordered 4 pair of underwear. Obviously too small. Emailed return policy with "their 30 guarantee, touting customer satisfaction". I asked to return and for return money. They have not agreed. Instead offing to replace item. Or, I pay to send them back and pay to have replacement. We have been back and forth over 5 weeks. Now I am told my items shipped from warehouse and they will ship to me. Its April 14. I have received nothing. When I email they are all " robo" responses, the names change. I am so sorry I trusted this company. I believe its a scam. I will update my post if they do the right thing.

Sent an item that came with a broken zipper.
Promised a refund in February and have not refunded me yet.
Also, pretty sure the item shipped from China despite appearing to be a Canadian company.

I have contacted them by email three times to return a purse that I didn't like. It has been a week and I've heard nothing back.

Update: They did respond but it was in spam. Forgot to look. However, I had to send pictures of the purse to them and then wait to see if they approve the return. I pay for shipping if approved. Not easy.

Now they offer me a discount and said to keep the bag. They refund me $24. Don't even like the purse! This has been a lesson - don't order from them.

I have texted for a refund because I had my ring less than 2 weeks and it broke in half. Right at the weld and it was starting to peal there also. Very bad quality. I have contacted them a couple of times and have recieved no response. Bad customer service! I can send a picture of the broken ring but also no response

The flower arranging devices I ordered are nice. It took a while for them to arrive, but maybe I’m expecting too much in the world we live in today!

The slip was beautiful, well made and fit perfectly. Shipping was quick and packaging included a small zip close plastic bag perfect for packing it without risking snagging it.

It fit!! Great now I don't have ta send it back!

I have made two puchases from Clarendale in recent months. I was very satisfied with each purchase. Each item was as described and quality items. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and I appreciated the free shipping on all items

I had ordered the Carreau Multipocket cross body bag and felt that the sale price of $49.99 was reasonable. Upon receiving the bag, I found that one of the center compartment zippers was not able to zip close. Either way I zip it (left or right), it would not zip close, leaving the compartment open. Other than the zipper, I really like the quality of this bag and how roomy the interior was. I really don't want to send it back just for the malfunctioning zipper, but dang....I really like the bag and hate to go through all the hassle.

I’m 66 and I am completely over wearing an underwire bra. My new bra is comfortable keeps the girls in place. I love everything about it!

This was my second experience with Clarendale and it was much better than my first. Delivery was fairly quick. I was informed of delivery status as my product made its way to me. I give Clarendale 5 stars for that. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the Jesus statue I ordered is not as large as it was pictured to be. No matter. I love the little statue. It sits on top of my t.v., where I can see it always. It is quite pretty and warms my heart when I’m reminded that He is always with me. I’ll be coming back to Clarendale for more business.

I really enjoyed my fidget rings. They are so pretty. My only issue is one of them has lost a couple of stones and I’m not sure if I should try to fix it or order another one. I really like it so I try not to wear it everyday. But 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

I bought the posture bra via an ad on Pinterest. Pretty sure the ad must be AI, because the construction was very different from the ad. It was, quite frankly, a garbage product. The material is flimsy, provides ZERO posture support, and the padding was a figure-8 shape in the center that barely covered the center area of both sides. The straps did not wrap around from the back as in the ad - instead they were sewn to the side, and again, super flimsy. This is definitely drop-shipped garbage. Oh, and I got a review prompt email - if you chose the red negative option, it takes you to a blank page on their website. If you choose the positive option, it takes you here. They're tricking people even there.

The videos of the glitter paint I bought was very deceptive. There was hardly any glitter in the paint and the size of each pot was only about 1/2 inch square. Ridiculously overpriced. Happy I only bought the smallest set.

I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. I believe their overall marketing plan is to scam. Whatever you order is wrong and you cannot get your money back. Just go somewhere else, so you're not pissed, not out the money, and don't have what you wanted.

I have nothing negative to save as my purchases have been as advertised, shipped and arrived promptly. I find this company professional and extremely easy to use. Visit their website and give them a chance, you won’t regret it!
