Great service experienced as soon as i entered the showroom in Wrexham. Was welcomed with a friendly Smile from Sarah and was asked what bed i was looking for. Bought a new Bed from Dreams Wrexham. Alan from sales was extremely helpful in choosing our new Bed . Very pleasant and straightforward experience. Recommended.

We went to look for a new bed base and had read some good reviews for Dreams so went to the Wrexham shop, we weren't even sure if they were open. The business next door have scaffolding up and skips everywhere but we are glad we made the effort. Thomas served us and was brilliant he was so knowledgeable and couldn't do evough. We told him what we wanted and he knew exactly what to show us. We chose the bed and it was a great price. We had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. We love the bed, looks amazing. It was a lot easier to put together than we thought after reading reviews. Took about two hours in total but luckily my husband is brilliant at engineerig jobs.The soft furnishing head board and foot boards could be packed better, there were dirty marks on them but luckily it came off. There were a couple of loose threads in the headboard but after talking to Faye in customer service we have sorted it and she has offered a new head board or a £60 refund. As we didn't fancy disassembling the bed we accepted the £60. The drawers you need to know both have pre drilled holes but it's not obvious and we used the two prefilled pieces on one draw and had to remake the draw. Once it was finished it looks amazing. 10 out of 10 couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend Dreams.

Delivery and product fine.
The only issue was I was advised to have the bed constructed by Dreams . I said I was happy to put it together myself.
Was told at the shop that there would be no instructions sent with the bed . Having opened the packaging there in fact was instructions included so it was obviously a ploy to get me to pay a fee to have it built for me.
A bit misleading!!!.

I dislike the fact you have to pay a delivery fee when I was spending such a large amount and no option to collect myself.

Very friendly had a laugh n got chocolates n a drink .
