I had a hair transplant at Estenove 3 weeks ago. I will admit at first I was worried and nervous. However, the team were very professional and helped put me at ease from the moment I arrived in Turkey. The procedure was very well organised and the team made me feel right at home. The team even helped me source an hotel after my flight home was cancelled - showing they still care even after the procedure. After the procedure the aftercare team were extremely supportive and checked in with me via WhatsApp periodically. I’m now a week past the day I got to remove my scabs and everything looks great. I can’t wait to see the progress over the next months. I went with the premium plan and I would highly recommend it. It comes with loads of aftercare products that is definitely worth the extra cost. My expectations thus far. Surgery wasn’t painful and its recovery time is also easy. The staff checks on you every two days and you leave knowing exactly what to expect every day. As for my new hair, I’m so happy with the results 17 days in. I will be booking another trip to finish the back crown, which unruly respect this company becuase they don’t just do anything. They educate you on what can be done safely and you really feel comfortable with the entire process!

I'm now on my 3rd week after the procedure. It's still too early to say much about the results, but everything so far has been going well and I'm happy with my decision to go with Estenove.

I did quite a lot of research before choosing Estenove, and I was a bit nervous about traveling abroad for a hair transplant. But from the very first chat before I even booked, the person helping me was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. They sent me all the documents I needed and never made me feel like I was asking too much. The communication was easy and smooth.

When I arrived, everything was well organised. There was a transfer arranged for me, and when I had to change hotel, they also helped me transfer to the new hotel and to the airport the following day.

The procedure also went smoothly. The doctors and all the team were professional and I felt at ease. The translator specifically, she was with me the whole time during the procedure, kept explaining what was happening, and when the anesthesia was a little painful she tried her best to keep me calm and help me through it. She also guided me on what to do and what not to do through all the steps.

The pre and post aftercare team was very helpful with all instructions before and after, on what do and not, washing, sleeping, and medication,,. They've been following the progress and answer my questions all the time. The support didn't stop once I left Turkey or in the first few weeks, they still keep in touch and easy to reach, active, and follow up closely.

Overall I'm happy with the whole experience so far. The team is professional, caring, and easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Dès mon arrivée, tout a été parfaitement organisé. L’accueil à l’aéroport, le transfert vers l’hôtel, puis la prise en charge à la clinique : tout était fluide, rassurant et très professionnel. On se sent accompagné du début à la fin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable dans ce type de démarche.
Le jour de la greffe, tout s’est très bien passé. L’équipe est compétente, attentive et met immédiatement en confiance. L’intervention s’est déroulée dans d’excellentes conditions.
Après l’opération, je suis reparti avec tout le nécessaire pour bien suivre le traitement : antidouleurs, antibiotiques, ainsi qu’un shampoing spécifique pour le lavage et l’élimination des croûtes. Tout est bien expliqué, ce qui permet de suivre les soins sereinement.
Aujourd’hui, à 18 mois post-greffe, je suis extrêmement satisfait du résultat, et même bluffé. Le rendu est naturel, dense, et a complètement répondu à mes attentes.

From the moment I arrived at the airport, everything was taken care of. I was picked up in VIP transport, taken straight to a beautiful five-star hotel, and made to feel comfortable right away. The next day I was collected again and welcomed by the clinic team, who were friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring from the start.

They really put me at ease. Any questions I had were answered before I even needed to ask, which made a big difference, especially going into something like this. The procedure itself took around six hours and went very smoothly. The only discomfort was the initial injections, but after that it was completely manageable and nowhere near as bad as I expected.

After the procedure, I was well looked after, given food, and checked on to make sure I was feeling good before heading back to the hotel. The next day I returned for my hair wash, and then it was time to head home to New Zealand.

Painless anesthesia is not really painless, first 10-12 minutes was very rough with lidocaine injections. I would have appreciated if done by a physician.

I would highly recommend EsteNove clinic to anyone. I am three weeks post op, feeling great and very happy with the way my new hair looks. The staff communicated with me and checked in quite often to make sure before I came to clinic, the day of surgery and post op surgery I was okay or had any questions.
