The TV bed is wonderful
The TV bed is wonderful. Arrived on the correct day and at the correct time. Installed by 2 very polite, professional, and knowledgeable members of staff.
100% good job from purchasing in the store to delivery and installation. Product itself is to a very high standard. We are overjoyed with our purchase.

A no rush, no pressure, friendly and helpful experience.
On the day we visited the store, there was only one member of staff, that said she managed to let everyone know where they were and we were invited to have a look around, When she became free we were invited to try the contraption to find out what would be our ideal mattress, we then spent more time trying different mattresses and eventually decided on the one for us, the assistant (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
The fact that we didn't feel rushed in any way was a huge bonus, and once again the member of staff was fantastic.

We love our new bed.
We love our new bed with storage, so useful when you are short of storage and looks really good too. We love the matching padded headboard. We are still using our original mattress as it was fairly new but when we replace it will certainly be going to Dreams. They are very helpful in store and the delivery service was 5 star too

Great experience and customer service
Had great customer service from Joe in your Ashford branch. It was only his first week and he was very knowledgable and helpful. My mum ordered a new mattress which came really promptly and although it was ex display she has had many good night sleeps since she got it. The manager was really helpful too, I’m not sure of her name. The delivery drivers were really helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you all for an easy process and great experience.

The delivery team were not very careful when delivering the product to the bedroom. The cartons were also dusty.

The whole experience. My son tried the test bed machine to check is sleep position. His whip sleep pattern has improved and cannot fault the purchase.
