It's a beautiful mattress and it's…

It's a beautiful mattress and it's well made ,I've had it for two weeks and although it was much firmer than I expected it seems to be settling down so hopefully it will be as comfortable as the one I tried in the shop. But first class service frome the Ashford branch of dreams

I visited Ashford retail park store…

I visited Ashford retail park store today and was served by Gary. Basically I always buy on line but wanted to try before I buy...
Gary was so helpful and went over and above to get me the best product. I was so glad I went in today and will probably always buy from Dreams in the future.

Appalling customer service

We bought an expensive mattress from Dreams only 6 months ago and it has collapsed on one side. Instead of just replacing they sent a 3rd party upholstery surveyor to come and inspect it. Two weeks on and we have heard absolutely nothing and are still sleeping on a broken mattress. We are now trying to call customer service and the wait time to speak to anyone is currently 45 minutes. As it's so long I can only assume that Dreams are inundated with customer complaints. Do feel free to call us – Dreams – and put this right.

Thank you for your recent review. I am so sorry for the issues you have had with the mattress, and for the problems you have had in getting through to us. I am glad to see that we have raised a replacement mattress, and delivery is booked for 19th April.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service in store. Loved the text updates for the delivery. The delivery men were great- they even took off their shoes when they came into my house. Throughly recommend Dreams and would definitely buy from them again in the future.

A1 Customer Service

Amazing sales guy who really listened and did his utmost to ensure we had every opportunity to try out every one of the recommended mattresses and assisted us to find the best solution for my complex requirements.
Excellent customer service all round.

Great Experience

Super staff, friendly, very knowledgeable and could not have done more for me. Thorough and detailed explanations lead me to the ideal solution. I love my new bed. TJP

Fantastic Mattress

Fantastic Mattress, firm and gives me a fantastic night's sleep. Staff were also very knowledgeable and gave impartial advice, which was very helpful, I would definitely. recommend Dreams for your bed needs.
